The hotel is stunning with beach front views and beach front restaurant which makes for a relaxing breakfast every morning. The pool in front of the ocean is sometimes visited by marine iguanas friendly sea lions as well! The staff were helpful and friendly as well. The beds were very comfortable and the AC and shower work perfectly! The wifi isn't the strongest in the rooms depending on how far away from the lobby you are but it was never much of an issue for us. The location is also excellent as it is right on the main Street for all shopping and activity organizing with tour companies. Overall, I recommend staying here while you are in Santa Cruz!

Could be an absolute gem!!! Those who gave 5 stars definitely didn’t have to experience small loud children with parents who don’t have manners and let them do whatever. We had only one night and wanted to relax after a long ferry ride, but was met by crying splashing children in the pool. The room curtains need changing, but otherwise an incredible view and areas for relaxing. Make the pool adult only and this could become a 5 star hotel.

This place was amazing. They got me food past closing time, have a great bar and restaurant, great location in the middle of town. You should stay here for sure. I've traveled to many similar places around the world, this was a great experience. I was traveling for work and they accommodated every request I had and were always super professional. Don't question it stay here.

Fantastic location right on the ocean with a lovely dining area, pool, and outdoor lounge. Quiet rooms despite the busy street in a fun and lively tourist town on a gorgeous island. But the part that stood out for me was the staff. I've never been greeted by sweeter receptionists who truly cared about my happiness. Our tour agency booked our room with one bed but we wanted two. When no double was available, they kindly sent a staff member to split the king bed into two singles. I mean, who does that? It made a difference for us and was beyond the service one could hope for.

This place was a dump. The beds and pillows were hard as rocks, the room was dusty with a blinking lightbulb that needed to be changed, no outlets to recharge anything. Drinks with no alcohol and and rowdy screaming friends of the management by the pool. It was sold to me by KV Travel in Manta as a very nice 3 star hotel. It was barely a step up from a hostel and there are probably better hostels for a lot less than what they charged. The furniture was falling apart and the pool and hot tub water was literally MURKY and dirty. In a word, GROSS. I refused to stay more than one night. I told our travel agent and asked for a partial refund since we were cancelling 3 days ahead of time. Of course they refused to give anything back since now in reading the reviews I see they are not honorable in their dealings. The central location is probably the only thing they have going for them but truly, stay away. We booked the Angermeyer for the last two nights on Santa Cruz which was 1000 times better than this hole.

The hotel, the room, the restaurant, the location all perfect. I enjoyed three meals in the restaurant and each was delicious. Every employee was warm and welcoming but the girl at the front desk went above and beyond for me as I almost went to the wrong dock to find my cruise. I cannot thank her enough. I would definitly stay here again. The bed was comfy, the view of the harbor from my room was absolutely divine. Any questions I would be more than happy to try to answer them

So glad we stayed here and it was 100% worth it to upgrade to an ocean view balcony. I rarely pay for uograded rooms because I’m typically not lounging around the hotel, but activities The Galapagos are so tiring, that we really appreciated having this beautiful ocean view and nice balcony to watch wildlife right from our room! we stayed here as a family of three, and although the rooms are typically made for two, we found it comfortable for three (they added a single bed). I loved using the screen door so that we could be lulled to sleep by the sound of the ocean at night. We were able to see when the fisherman were coming in with their catch and run down to take photos of the animals trying to steal fish when they came in. We also really enjoyed the restaurant. Jordan, who works at the restaurant is a new amigo! He was so friendly and helpful! He was so kind to make up a plate of food and deliver it to our room when our son wasn’t feeling well. Every time we went to the restaurant or spent time in the outdoor lounge or pool area, we saw pelicans, Marine iguanas, sea lions, blue footed, boobies, Sally Lightfoot crabs, even a daily visit from a heron. We stayed here twice during our trip, and were able to leave a few items here that we didn’t need on Isabela, which made it easier to not be overweight for our interisland flight. It was also very easy to do laundry here. The hotel made a great homebase and we felt so comfortable and at home here! Even our quick dry clothes never got completely dry in The Galapagos, so we ended up doing laundry frequently. WiFi worked well. Such a convenient location to different restaurant options and tours. I recommend the blue footed booby cocktail at the restaurant. We had a number of meals here, were happy with the food and thoroughly entertained by all the wildlife hanging around the restaurant! Gracias a todos!

We had business in Panama and added the Galapagos as a 4 day extra... we had the choice of many hotels - This one caught our eye. Right in the middle of town, has a dinning area, morning buffet and a pool. We Loved it. The rooms were clean and Each had a balcony. The staff was great... Helpful and gave good suggestions. They also spoke English - Big help for us! there were also many restrurants close by.
