Hotel Somadevi Angkor Resort & Spa

The hotel itself was beautiful & clean. It has a restraunt, great pool (with pool bar) and a spa all within it. It's well located being very close to the temples for tours as well as walking distance into town for shops and exploring the night markets and night life Siem Reap has to offer. The complimentary breakfast buffet was great as was the food in the restaurant!||The staff were all very helpful, attentive and kind to us. Especially Kimsinh who looked after us extremely well throughout our time there - also helping to surprise my new wife on our honeymoon by having decorations organised in the room for her. ||I would absolutely stay here again the next time we hopefully come back here, but I would hope that they can update the music playlist at the pool bar by then! 11/10 we will be back

Visited Siem Reap and stayed at this place. It was a great experience. The rooms were maintained very clean and fresh. They serve a sumptuous breakfast which included many varieties with a blend of fresh fruits and vegetables.|The service of the staff was wonderful, particularly Mr. Kimsinh Chhong was very helpful in getting all our queries and service requests addressed at the lightning speed! He was very humble and nice to converse with. He kept inquiring regularly about our needs and offering the services. We wish him a good luck in all his endeavours!|Would definitely recommend this place to stay in Siem Reap.

What a wonderful experience staying at this beautiful hotel. The staff could not do more for you if they tried. The hotel is immaculately clean, including the room, lounge, dining where the food is lovely, the beautiful pool area and my favourite, the Spar. The Spar staff were excellent and I can’t recommend more to have a massage and everything else they offer. They have a gym and sauna there as well. Thank you to Fong who welcomed us an arrival and continued to make sure we were very spoilt for our four days staying at the Somedevi Hotel until she farewelled us when leaving. We will miss the them all. Highly Recommend.

Stayed here as part of a Holiday Max Tour group and found the staff to be amazing. So close to the Night Markets and Pub Street. Great Pool with a bar and Happy Hour drinks. Very relaxing pool area. Can not fault anything in the room or with the staff and will definitely stay here again for a longer period. Great spacious room and bathroom.

This is my second visit at this hotel. Location is great. Pub street is walking distance and there are convenient supermarket where you can buy international grocery, beauty/massage salons etc. staff are friendly and polite. The swimming pool is clean and I could enjoy swimming with no one at all around. Their buffet style breakfast was great too. You can enjoy variety of food from local to international. I highly recommend this hotel.

Couldn't fault the service here. All the staff are welcoming and ready to assist. The rooms are good, spacious. The bath is the standout tho. The pool is in the centre courtyard area with a pool bar. Although I didn't use it, it appeared to be well maintained - and welcome relief to weary travelers. I found the food in the restaurant to be on the average side but there are plenty of other meal options not far from the Hotel. Cocktails seemed to be reasonably priced. Location is good. Not far from Pub Street and Marketplace.

This has been a top class experience for us. The hotel and its furnishings are beautiful. The staff are without exception well trained and very friendly. We were particularly impressed with the attention we received from Kimsinh. We highly recommend this hotel and will advise our travel agent accordingly.

We stayed for two nights and three days to visit Angkor Wat. The location is very convenient—about a 15-minute walk from the airport bus stop (Duty Free Shop) and close to the downtown area. Although the building shows some age, it is well-maintained and perfectly comfortable. The room has a desk, coffee table, and balcony, making it suitable for light laptop work. The price is reasonable, so I felt the cost performance was excellent. It is a hotel I would be happy to stay at again if I visit Siem Reap in the future.
