Hotel Sonamarg Glacier

Bedsheets dirty , tiny portable heater in room, no heating in reception and dining area. It was just terrible. We burnt the booking and checked in to 4 points nearby.

Rooms=Bad, Service=Pathetic! Food=Not edible! We started there for a night, the location is ideal as it is near to Pony ride n other activities. At the first impression we like ld it but when we enter the room, it wasn't clean and room service were not helpful, also, there wasn't water in the toilet flush. People seating at the reception think that they are the owners of the hotel! They sound arrogant.! If the owner is seeing this he/she needs to works on the room services. Regards, 1st time visiting Kashmir and Sonmarg.

UNCOOPERATIVE AND RUDE STAFF. Pathetic amenities, wifi doesn't work, tv doesn't work, no lift, over priced, card swipe machine doesn't work, broken glass partitions in most of the rooms, very low water pressure in shower. broken light holders. Unsafe balcony railing. Very small rooms. Food is also pathetic and not worth the price.

Well we only visited restaurant perhaps food was Awesome, We went in awe after eating lunch at this place; and every corner of this restaurant has great views Highly recommend

This hotel is perfect for family and friends. It features impressive decoration and polite staff. The rooms are well-maintained and quite impressive. Some tourists even choose to stay here for more than two weeks.

The hotel is located right on the valley with picturesque views right from lobby. The hotel is dated and rooms were quite old. The service is poor and did not pickup phones. The food restaurant is located in a next building making it inconvenient. The quality of food was average.

Only food is good nothing else very old properly not maintained at all very badly maintained , the person seating in reception will not answer you anything , all fixtures of bathroom doors are broken , we stayed there for one day experience is not good.
