Hotel Sonar Tori

It is a very nice and clean hotel with courteous staff. The rooms are good size. The hotel has all the amenities including 24 hour geyser and parking. Has restaurant which serves alcohol.|The breakfast buffet is good. The Bengali cuisine needs a bit of review by the management.

A good option to stay in the city. Rooms are not exceptional but good enough. Close to a 3 star category. Location, well it's not exactly in an area that you will find attractive. Very manageable to reach. Parking is an issue. The basement is absolutely not adequate. You'll need to park your car literally on the road. Service, it's manageable too. Partially professional. But better than Polo Towers even by a small margin. Unlike the elite dumbs of Polo, the people here at least don't try to act smart even if they are or aren't. Food is quite delicious and original. I've not got the chance to explore the full menu. But whatever I've tasted, I found it nice, tasteful, almost fresh and original. Original in the sense that they will present a dish how it is. Nothing fancy. Like it or hate it. The Bar, Sip n savour, is just a bar only. Countable options. Attentive staffs. Nominal ambience. Adjustable food. In together, it's a better option for a comfortable stay, provided if you overlook the normal location.

The room is specious and clean but smells some dampness, odour in blanket. The toilet is also good in size. Basic toiletries are there. The staff are very attentive. Buffet breakfast is awesome. Many items are there. Room charges are slightly higher but considering the variety in breakfast, it is okay.

Been there for the Puja holidays. Though had to cut the trip short due to an accident, never forgetting the experience. Food👍, hospitality 👍, the staff being attentive, caring and going out of their way to help you in your hour of need is beyond words. Special thanks 🙏👍 and mention to Mr. Rajesh and his Team

Went to 31st dec.2024,celebration. Staffs behaved so rudely and using slang language is not acceptable at all. Vey much disappointed. I have waited in the reception for resolution but no one turned up even after 30mins. No one is bothered about customer satisfaction. Last visit till lifetime.

The front desk and staffs are humble and cordial. Always careful to the borders.Manager ,restaurant staffs are awesome. Hope to come again. All the best for the entire staff members of this group.

My family and I stayed here for a day. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't great. Despite the high charges comparable to expensive hotels, the services were lacking. They provided tea bags but no electric kettle or hot water bottle. The bedsheets and blankets had stains and weren't clean. The AC was also not working properly. To add to the discomfort, they only provided one 500 mL water bottle for three people. Additionally, on the roof of the room was an ongoing construction was ongoing, resulting in continuous noise from early morning onwards. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

We three friends MD Saiful Islam MD Mir Hussain Atiyar Hawladar Sajal stayed from 30/10/2024 to 01/11/2024 but we felt very distressed by the behavior and behavior of such seniors at Sonar Tari Hotel Receptions.
