I can't say enough good things about this hotel. When we arrived we were greeted by lovely Alessandra who made us feel very welcome. She made the check in process a breeze and we enjoyed a coffee in the sun while she checked us in. The hotel is in about the middle of the main "walking street", and you can register your car license plate before you arrive and drive directly to the hotel, where they have very easy and convenient parking right in front. The hotel is modern and well constructed, with high quality materials throughout. The main walking street consists of local and international brands, and there are a number of nice bars and restaurants too. Such a good time, so convenient, am definitely coming back here again.

Hotel Sonne has truly become a home to us over the years. Our first visit was nearly 15 years ago, and since then, we have been coming back almost every year.||The beauty of this place is exceptional — it harmonizes perfectly with the surrounding mountains, reflecting the wonderful sensitivity and vision of the Urbani Family.||But the true beauty of Sonne lies in its people: the amazing owner Patrizia and the dedicated team who care for their guests with such genuine warmth and attention.

A lovely week spent with our granddaughter, thanks to accomodating warmth of Signora Patrizia, Chiara, Vanessa, (the lovely signorina with dark hair), along with Domenico, Eula who went above and beyond ! and the 2 ladies that took excellent care of us and our room. The Sonne's perfect location along with a lovely decor with great attention to detail made for a fantastic week. Highlight recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the Eco & Wellness Boutique Hotel Sonne right before Christmas, and it was an unforgettable experience! The skiing opportunities were fantastic, and the hotel offered the perfect retreat after an active day. The breakfast and food quality were excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The service was truly exceptional—attentive, friendly, and exclusive, making us feel completely at home. We also thoroughly enjoyed the wellness facilities, especially the sauna and jacuzzi, which provided the ultimate relaxation. The attention to detail and serene atmosphere throughout the hotel made it a perfect winter getaway. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a luxurious and cozy place to stay in the heart of nature!

I was there 7 years ago and this winter as well. Everything was perfect as the first time. Valuable for the money. Service is perfect, cleanliness too. Only the massage therapist could be better! Thanks to everybody who took care for us. Perfect place for family and couples

We had such a wonderful experience at this hotel. Ms Urbani & her team were extremely warm and welcoming to us. Everything was a 10/10, the breakfast, housekeeping & sauna retreat. The person tending to us during breakfast brought our beverages without even having to ask us, he was really prompt and that just showed how much they care for their customers. Ms. Urbani also came around often greeting us and asking how we were doing. They genuinely cared for our well-being and made us feel at home. We also got 1 free tea time dinner and wellness retreat which made our stay memorable. |We celebrated our one year anniversary and they sent us a bottle of Prosecco which was very sweet of them. It was a wonderful stay and we enjoyed it alot!! |We were leaving early on the last day such that we wouldn't get the breakfast so they packed us two breakfast boxes, again such a sweet gesture!!||The location of this hotel is just next to Ski lift 23-25 and you would find many ski rentals there. So either you can get the ski rental through the hotel (they also have contacts with a ski renting shop but its not near, however they drive you there so no issues) or you can rent from the ski shops near to the lifts. Secondly, there are ski schools beside lift 23-25, from where you can get trainers. The trainer that we got from the hotel met us at Ski lift 17 but that isnt a good slope to learn, it barely has any elevation and eventually when you ski/snowboard at 23-25, it gets challenging. So best get a trainer at ski schools near 23-25. Also 17 is 20-30 min walking from the hotel (if you dont get the bus, which isnt frequent btw) whereas slope 23-25 is just 2 min walking from the hotel so no need to carry your ski/snowboard gear for much longer.
