Hotel Spa Casa Real

Everything is top notch. Elegant is a word that comes to mind. As soon as you enter we were stunned by the courtyard. The staff is very courteous and professional and the rooms were perfect. Would definitely stay again. |

The lobby and the restaurant looks so beautiful when u enter the hotel. But after that it's only getting worse. We have mold in the tiny little bathroom, the room is dark and narrow. The blankets on the bed are not at all hygienic. We are looking forward to leaving this cold place.

This hotel is clean and nice, beautiful meeting area in the middle of the hotel. Unfortunately, the sound travels from rooms or from the middle area, so if you are a light sleeper this would not be a place to get a great night sleep if many people are staying in the hotel. The breakfasts are wonderful. The owner is so personable and fun. Introduce yourself and ask for recommendations.

Pro: this hotel is really beautiful, rooms are good and the breakfast plentiful. Contra: it is situated very far from the city center, so there is no possibility of going somewhere to dine. What they are preparing in the bar is meagre, and the service there so-so.

This is a 3 1/2 hotel. We booked it because we thought we could have some time at the spa but there wasn’t any! Felt sort of scammed about it. It gets a bit noisy early in the morning because it’s right by a busy street. Breakfast is all right. Lot of parking

We stayed here as part of a group for one night. The rooms were okay but the bathroom we had was tiny and you could barely fit in and close the door. Couldn't open the window because of the noise outside and the mosquitos. The food in the restaurant was okay and the service reasonable but nothing to write home about. We arrived late and left early so didn't get a chance to view any of the facilities. Certainly wouldn't give it the 4 stars it claims to have, probably a good 3 stars at best. The staff however were reasonably friendly.

Yes this hotel has a poor location on a noisy road but our room and the staff were lovely. We only stayed one night on our journey from Riobamba to Cuenca and staying in Riobamba would have been difficult with parking.

Had fun, great breakfast and service. Although getting around was a bit confusing since I've never visited Ríobamba before. Me and my wife went for the weekend for a wedding we were invited to at Hotel Casa Real, very fun.
