Great value, large room, really nice bathroom. Close to everything. Nice lobby, nice people at the reception desk. Has parking. 12 euros a night for parking.

The Hotel sells itself as a 4-star spa hotel but in my view it is regrettably neither!|From a 4-star hotel you would expect a level of equipment (e.g. bathrobe, slippers, courtesy kits, spotless clean rooms) and service (friendly, multilingual and efficient) that Hotel Ciudad de Astorga does not meet: no bathrobe, no slippers, I asked a sewing kit but it was not available. The room in itself is large and with a very comfortable bed, but the wall painting is peeling off and some light did not work and was very dusty. Service as well was unfriendly (at check in) or had problems in speaking an adequate level of English.|From a spa hotel you would expect that the guests have free and unlimited access to the spa, while here it must be booked, it is limited to 75' and is charged a whopping €22 per person! |So in reality this is not a spa hotel but rather a hotel with a spa and even 3 stars would look generous!|Breakfast in the morning was not that of a 4-star hotel.|Not recommended.

We had a great stay there for one night while doing the Camino de Santiago. The room was clean and spacious. Shower was great and had a big bathroom as well. Spa was excellent and location was perfect. We wish we had booked it for 2 nights. Highly recommended

Very nice hotel , excellent service, superbe spa ! Just avoid the restaurant on the corner 😂 I gave one star to the restaurant!

This is rated as 4 stars, but we didn't think it lived up to that level. General area and our room was very basic, lacked any decoration or style. The restaurant was closed on a Wednesday evening when we stayed. Fortunately we had a nice meal at Hotel Gaudi just around the corner.

Terrific Location! |1/2 block from the Gaudi, and great restaurants. Walks with pretty views were easy to get to. ||Liked the walk out patio to a balcony. Teo comfortable chairs for sipping wine in the room. Nice spacious bath. Good check in. Coffee and restaurant connected to the lobby.

Ridiculous room with sloped ceiling means 90% of the room is dangerous/unusable. Booked this hotel because it has a spa only to be told that the spa is an extra 22€ per head. Add to that an extra 14€ for breakfast per head. Absolute disgrace. Avoid this one and look elsewhere. We won’t be coming back but we will tell everyone we know to avoid this rip off.

Good price vs quality ratio. The best price you can get at the hotel, no internet reservation was able to offer me the price I had in the hotel. Expensive breakfast and access to swimming pool. Location is superb.
