My wife and I had a truly unforgettable time here and it was the perfect escape in Rovinj. The hotel is full of charm and elegance, blending historical beauty with modern comfort. Our room was cozy, beautifully designed, and ideal for a relaxing getaway. What really made the experience special was the wonderful reception staff – warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was delicious, the atmosphere serene, and the location ideal for exploring the old town. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for something truly memorable in Rovinj.

Get the SV eufemija suite. 3rd floor, best room and views. Elevator right to room. Very cool restored modern room. Don't worry about parking. They take care of it. Great free breakfast. Free bicycles. Worth it. This is the way.

Stylish small hotel on the edge of the old town, within easy walking distance to the harbour side and all the restaurants and bars. Well designed bedroom to maximise the space. Good breakfast included. Helpful and friendly hotel staff

We are so glad we stayed at this charming hotel! It was our favorite hotel of our 3 week trip. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful, from the reception to the breakfast staff, offering suggestions or making dinner reservations for us…nothing was too much for them. And the hotel itself was designed with a level of detail we’ve rarely experienced. The common areas are quite comfortable. Our room had a terrace with a view of the church and the sea and we sat out there each day…a great place to enjoy a sunset or just relax. The bed was comfy and the room was thoughtfully laid out. They have a fabulous buffet breakfast each morning with many choices, plus cooked to order items. This is definitely the place to choose when in Rovinj!!

This place is a challenge to park and get to, and you need physical adroitness to stay in, but you will be rewarded with an amazing hotel. The on site owner is hands on daily, and will make sure you want for nothing. The free breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The rooms are cozy with have great beds and linens. The hotel location perfection and steps from anywhere you’re likely to want to go. The staff is uber friendly ang helpful. There is much history to the building that has been sympathetically modernized wonderfully. Stay here when in Rovinj.

What a lovely boutique hotel and location right in old Town. Fair amount of stairs so mobility is key. Staff was wonderful - friendly and helpful. Luca was so welcoming upon arrival and picked us and our luggage up with a golf cart. Had a lovely breakfast at the hotel. Nice products in the room (L’Occitane) and sweet balcony. Rain shower was amazing with great water pressure. Would absolutely stay again.

Oh how much I wanted to love this place! Service was exceptional, breakfast was great, location is right in the old town and it is just what we like-- a small boutique hotel in a historic building. However, it is also one of the most uncomfortable hotels I've ever stayed in. First of all, there are a lot of stairs and no elevator, far more than I could have imagined for such a small building. Our room, which was described as the best room and the only one with an ocean view balcony, was up four flights of steep, winding, narrow stairs with an irregular rise. The balcony, unbeknownst to us when booking, is not accessible from the room, but you need to go up yet another steep narrow set of irregularly spaced stairs into a narrow opening to get to a tiny (barely fit two people) balcony with a great view. We loved it the first night, but I should have been suspicious when they made us sign a liability waiver related to the balcony. On our first night, I had to twist and turn to get back down the balcony stairs and the drop to the first step was steep. Unfortunately I twisted my knee which put a damper on the rest of the trip. If these stairs were not enough, to get to the breakfast room is yet another set of steep (stone this time) stairs into what was probably a former cellar. If you are driving their private parking is a 15 minute walk, which you just don't feel like if it is raining or you've had a long day. The room itself was attractive but uncomfortable. The bed was a platform bed with the hardest mattress I've ever slept on, like a futon mattress but with absolutely no give at all. I literally could not sleep. On top of that it was bulged in the middle so that I was afraid if I tossed and turned I'd fall off the bed in the middle of the night-- if you put an object on the bed it would roll right off. We asked them if they had a mattress topper but they said they didn't and had no solution. Housekeeping did, I believe, turn the mattress over because the next day the bulge was gone and it was flat, but still hard as a rock and I woke up feeling bruised all over. In retrospect I should have asked for extra comforters to sleep on. The chairs in the room by the window overlooking the ocean looked nice but were also so uncomfortable that you couldn't sit in them for long. Unfortunately a classic case of form over function. This is not the place for anyone with even minor mobility or back issues.

Nice and new hotel in the old town. Staff is very nice and helpful. Due to the location, the hotel provided dedicated carpark before you enter the old town, €25/day. Before your arrival, the hotel would reach out to you about your arrival. Another appreciation email after your departure. Shows the service is personal. As we were leaving early morning, the hotel offered us lunch box to take to our next destination. Great experience
