This hotel is an absolute delight! The ambiance is relaxing and I especially admire attention to detail in everything. The service was impressive too. Thoughtful. We received a deluxe hotel type service including carrying our luggage both ways and giving us a ride to our car. Highly recommend.

We stayed three nights at this incredible hotel. The palazzo was beautifully restored and the rooms were well appointed and extremely comfortable. Location was perfect for postcard-worthy nighttime views of the primary peninsula of Rovinj. Everything is better in Rovinj, including this hotel.

Extremely rude staff... Unfortunately, in July, I forgot my glasses on the left nightstand of their suite. When I realized two days later, I went back in person to ask for them. However, their employees refused to give them to me. I have a strong prescription (+8 and +9) and had to go back to my old glasses that are already broken. Glasses my strength cost 800eur and the pair that the hotel refused to give me was two weeks old that I had saved up to. Very sad to have been treated this way (screamed and yelled at) because the rooms are lovely but definitiely not coming back and advising anyone against staying here.

The location was excellent and room was very good, but the key is the service that was provided by the staff. Andrea and Mauro were the best I have experienced in a very long time and I’ve traveled around the world. Particularly Andrea as I was sick and I needed to get to an ER doctor and she volunteered to drive us to Pula ( 30 minutes away) on her way home after very long work day, which was outstanding. She represents your property very well in all aspects.||FYI, I am 71 years old and still very mobile, but there are stairs that need to be negotiated and it would be difficult with those with mobility issues. Obviously, there’s nothing you can do about it, but I don’t know if there is a way to mention on your website that there is no elevator and some stairs are required.

Get the SV eufemija suite. 3rd floor, best room and views. Elevator right to room. Very cool restored modern room. Don't worry about parking. They take care of it. Great free breakfast. Free bicycles. Worth it. This is the way.

Stylish small hotel on the edge of the old town, within easy walking distance to the harbour side and all the restaurants and bars. Well designed bedroom to maximise the space. Good breakfast included. Helpful and friendly hotel staff

A true gem in the heart of Rovinj’s old town! I spent a few unforgettable days at Spirito Santo – probably the most enchanting boutique hotel in all of Rovinj. The location is perfect: peaceful, yet right in the middle of everything. Within just a few minutes, you can reach the beach as well as fantastic restaurants – and the old town is literally right outside the door. The hotel itself has been lovingly renovated in traditional Istrian style. Original features like small fountains have been preserved and restored, adding a very special charm to the house. Our room was beautifully furnished with high-quality materials – and we had a terrace with a breathtaking view over the old town and the sea. Breakfast was outstanding – fresh, local, and prepared with great care. I especially want to highlight the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. You immediately feel welcome and well looked after. A lovely detail: the owner stops by daily to personally check in and make sure everything is perfect. I’ll definitely be back – Spirito Santo is a place to feel at home and fall in love with.
