Rally good breakfast. Waiter was super kind, but I had an impression that there should be an additional one - even though restaurant was like 50% ful. Receptionist was super helpful. Swimming pool was clean, great place to rest. Room was a bit small (hard to walk around huge bed), but comfy. Don't hesitate. It's a good pick ✌️

I had such a wonderful time at Hotel Splendido. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease as a solo traveller. The setting is peaceful and the views are absolutely breathtaking – the perfect place to relax and soak up the beauty of the area.||A special shout out to Mila and Marko, who went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and looked after. Their kindness truly made my stay extra memorable.||If you’re looking for somewhere tranquil with stunning scenery and genuine hospitality, I can’t recommend Hotel Splendido enough.

Our stay was disappointing due to several unresolved issues. Our room had mold on the ceiling, a rusted door frame, and a bathroom floor that was always wet, possibly from a leaking shower or toilet. We reported these problems to reception three times. Although a worker was sent, nothing was fixed and we were not offered a different room. My partner brought her own gluten-free additions because there were no gluten-free options available. The staff was informed and they approved to use gluten-free additions. When she added them to her salad at lunch, the waiter complained. However, a nearby table was allowed to add their own berries to their ice cream. When we asked about the double standard, the waiter said they were friends of the owner and exceptions were made for them. At the pool, staff told us we could not drink our own water and had to buy it for €4.50 per 750ml. Only after speaking to the manager were we allowed to use our own water and the manager confirmed that there was no restriction. Overall, maintenance issues were ignored, dietary needs were not respected, and staff enforced rules inconsistently. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a bit worn, but this is more than made up for by the kindness of the staff and the excellent location. The beach is comfortable and pebbly, the restaurant is excellent, and breakfast is both varied and delicious. The private, covered and guarded parking is also a big plus. What truly made our stay special was that Igor greeted us by name from the second day — a rare and personal touch. We rented three rooms: in one, the fridge didn’t work, and in another, the air conditioning wasn’t functioning. Noise levels could definitely be improved with hallway carpets and better-sealing doors. Still, we’d come back anytime.

This hotel enjoys a trulybeautiful waterside location with breathtaking views over the Bay of Kotor. The water here is exceptionally clean, perfect for sea swimming, and there’s also a charming saltwater swimming pool where I never once struggled to find a sunbed. Very good pool side bar service including lunch time snack menu (pizza and burger etc).||Our room was clean but clearly in need of some modernisation — a little tired in décor and fittings. The breakfast buffet was of very good quality with plenty of choice. However, the dinner menu was overpriced for the region, and I’d recommend taking the short trip into Kotor town instead, where there’s a vast selection of excellent restaurants at more reasonable prices.||If driving there is a car park for approximatley 20 vehicles. But spaces fill quickly and on two occasions during a 7-day stay we had to park roadside, ||The staff… well, let’s just say they bordered on comically rude — curt to the point of feeling like I’d stepped into an episode of Fawlty Towers. It became more amusing than annoying after a while, but some customer service training certainly wouldn’t go amiss.||In spite of this, the hotel’s excellent, quiet waterside location and stunning views mean we would very much visit again. If only the staff’s approach matched the beauty of the surroundings.

This place is truly amazing! First of all, it's hard to imagine a more perfect location, the scenery is like a painting. The combination of beachfront and portside dining right by the bay of Kotor is unique, and the place has a tranquil and relaxed atmosphere to it. We also found the staff welcoming and serviceminded, especially the daytime beach/pool service, housekeeping and restaurant staff. Special compliments goes out to the chef(s): great breakfast service, delicious dishes for dinner and most notably: amazing pizzas for lunch.. (and yes: they can be ordered beach/poolside! ) The rooms are rather worn down and beds not the best either.. but again: this is a 3-star hotel. All in all, a definite recommendation from here. (Based on a 5-night stay with family.)

Had a lovely dinner at the restaurant of Hotel Splendido: a fresh and tasty Balcan classic salad with tasty tomatoes, vegetables and feta cheese, and good Margherita pizza. Location couldn't be more wonderful, they have tables just by the sea. And the building itself is also fascinating, one of those typical stone palaces you can find in beautiful Prĉanj. Perfect and fast service. Wonderful experience. ♥️

So much potential. The views are stunning. The outside area of the hotel is great, they have a pool and private little beach area. And rooms were standard and as expected. However, it’s majorly let down by the restaurant & bar staff who clearly can’t be bothered. ||The restaurant and bar staff stand around looking like they are trying to actively avoid you at all costs. And when you do manage to catch them they aren’t particularly helpful at all.
