Hotel Spring

Beautiful colonial building with a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the noise is unbearable in the front rooms (traffic ), the rooms feel grotty, the beds are very old & hot water was very unpredictable. Essentially, the hotel feels neglected.

This hotel has a great price and is excellently placed within walking distance of many conveniences. As tourists they also took cards without need for exchanging currency. Excellent and friendly service. Beware that when they say they "have breakfast" it does not mean the breakfast is included with the room. It means you are able to purchase breakfast at the hotel cafeteria.

A place with real character. The only negative was that the WiFi didn't quite make it to my bed 😁 Avoid the cafe, worst breakfast in central america

This is an old colonial building perfectly located with everything in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay so much we came back for a second stay. It's in a clean and safe part of Guatemala City. Great value for money.

Friendly staff lacking a fluent English speaker. Great location in regards to the city centre and tranquility of the courtyard. Stayed in 2 different rooms, both rooms at different corners of the hotel and struggled to give a wifi connection in the far parts of the room.

Extremely clean, beautiful former mansion which is aging well. Built around two landscaped courtyards, the large rooms have twelve foot ceilings. Step back into the 19th Century. Helpful multilingual proprietor and 24 hour receptionist.

Very nice place. Clean and comfortable. And quite cheap too ! The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They ordered us a trusty and very not expansive taxi from the airport, by night, to get there safely. I recommend it to anyone who would discover Guatemala Ciudad !

Nice place, but we had a room near the main street and because of that it was very loud at night. Generally clean and pleasant. Service very nice and friendly.
