The hotel itself has been renovated to better ambience room is larger than the first time, the bed is firm although not too comfortable as is really a small twin bed if your tall and heavy and toss and turn not good idea, I wish they make it into at least fall size bed. Pillow are soft, wifi is good not too strong but its ok. bathroom is better renovated no more curtain now its a glass wall. water pressure is strong and good hot water , safe in the room, large tv with movies and good channel option.

Our stay was actually good. Kinda hesitant because of some negative reviews but overall our stay was smooth and nice. Reserved directly with them and they were very responsive. Check in/out with no issues. The room was clean and has complete in room amenities. The bedding was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast buffet is impressive - spread is complete and has good variety. F/B staff are also attentive and accommodating. Location is fantastic - you can walk to Ayala Mall, LCC or tricycle to SM. Stores and restaurants are also nearby. ||Overall, highly recommended and value for money.

I stayed here for an overnight trip to Legazpi on January 2025. By this point, I've been to a few hotels in the city at the same price level as well as a couple in other cities in the Philippines (outside NCR). All of these within the second half of 2024 and now 2025. To me, this is the best, and most complete option out of all I've stayed at so far. My personal priorities when it comes to hotels are good rooms, and a solid breakfast option. The room is great and I've provided a lot of photos for you to check out yourself. Room is spacious, well-lit, and well-stocked with amenities. Often with budget hotels and in the pursuit of eco-friendliness, a lot of the minor "free" amenities you may be used to in hotels back in the day are no longer provided. Honestly, if it brings the cost down I'm all for it. But as someone who is getting up in age and who doesn't really have as much time to prepare for overnight trips as I would typically for a week long vacation, I've begun to appreciate the small things like having free slippers with the room. Room is pretty clean, cold, newly renovated, and has a Smart Tv (another thing I have appreciated as someone who stays in during these trips especially when I'm visiting every month or every week). I have to commend as well the really plush bed and pillows. I actually checked the tag of the pillows to see if I could order them for myself (they're hotel branded). My only gripe with the room is that the always lit facade of the building cancels out the blackout curtains (see photo) so the room won't be totally dark. However, despite being light sensitive when trying to sleep, I still had a fine time sleeping. That's how good the bed was. Breakfast was good and one of the best breakfast buffets I've had for similarly priced hotels in terms of variety and taste. There was a buzzing mosquito though and I hope this can be resolved in the future. Location is good, close to a few restaurants and also close to the Ayala mall and the A. Bichara Silverscreens Cinema. This hotel is about 30-40 minutes from the airport.

2nd time to stay here. We love this hotel from the lobby to the rooms. It's just perfect for families. Very accessible to the malls. We love their breakfast too!

The suites were okay but deteriorating fast. When I checked out, my bill was ₱18K+, the Duty Manager saud that I was good, the bill was already paid for. I could have saved me ₱18k+ but I was nit comfortable, so Zi asjed her to check it out again, she might have made a mistake. She was so grategul fir my honesty. Then I asjed for a “senior discount”. She refused to give me despite My honesty in saving her to face the ₱18K error and that seniot discount is provided for in the Senior Citizens Law.

PLEASE DO NOT CONDUCT YOUR ACTIVITY HERE! i attended a National Event here and the Theater Hall was already old as well as the rooms and by far, the worst was the food.||They’re just serving typical food like from a Carinderia or should I say, street foods was way better than the meals that they’re serving.||If I can suggest, they should’ve serve any Bicol specialties/ delicacies that the guest from other regions will surely love instead. ||Also, the internet connection was intermittent. Video conference is not advisable here.||Definitely, I will not go back to this hotel ever again.

An older Hotel that has worn rooms. I rented 3 rooms for 7 nights for our family. We stayed here 10 years ago and honestly not much has been changed or updated. But, rooms are large and have good cabinet space. The rooms were basically clean but very dated. Terrible clogged and dirty shower head in room 507. The Vent fans in the CR(bathroom) only bring a worse sewer smell in and are unusable. Staff was cordial and basically friendly. The Hotel has outstanding room service and restaurant. But they need to relax the rules on not bringing your free breakfast plate back up to your room. Almost all hotels allow this. The manager of the restaurant gave me a hard time about this but relented when I said I was sick with a cold and didn't want to be coughing and sneezing while eating in the dining room. But otherwise the free breakfast buffet is good and lunch and dinner entree's are outstanding. Location is good and if you need public transportation, it's available right outside the hotel. All in all it was ok for the price and I would consider staying here again if the price was right.

this is our second stay in this hotel, the staff are more nicer this time in front desk, I ask extra key so that I can leave the room while my companion is sleeping and she give me extra no argument, the parking lot is safe although its limited, they renovated the the hotel so kind of a mess but they tried to make everyone safe and provided they need. the bed is firm and pillow is soft, the safe didn't work but they fix it quickly, the bathroom need improvement. strong wifi, strong water pressure and hit water somehow a funny smell in the bathroom just need to continue exhaust on. its quite we both sleep well. this location is perfect in center legaspi walking distance to ayala mall. the food seems very limited this time but good enough few variety to get it full, had a soup, fruits, and omelet station.
