This hotel was quite sufficient for a few days at work. The lobby was nice. There was one elevator but the floors were not too high so we took the steps most times. Rooms were ok. Quite comfortable and had most things we needed. The toilet did flood at times as the buddy was leaking. what we liked was the TV which offered a variety of channels. Facilities were really not the best. Only a small pool but it rained most of the time we are there so could not use it. There was no gym. Breakfast was quite good. There were a variety of food but lack in the teas offered. Overall, ok for a short trip.

Stayed for one night with family before going to Misibis Bay. Rooms were kept clean. It was a pleasant stay at the heart of Legazpi. Lots to places to eat in around the hotel. Pool was small, but no one really stays here for the Pool anyway. Breakfast was so-so.

I recently stayed at Hotel St. Ellis with my mother and sister and unfortunately, my experience was marred by an extended power outage due to maintenance. Upon our arrival, we were informed that the electricity was out due to ongoing maintenance and would be restored by 4:00 PM. However, when I returned to the hotel around 5:00 PM, the power was still out, and the room remained dark and uncomfortable. The power was only restored at 8:00 PM, a full six hours after check-in, which made our stay extremely inconvenient, especially considering the hot weather. While I appreciate that the staff provided a solar-powered lamp, the discomfort and disruption caused by the power outage was significant. What made matters worse was that I did not see the maintenance notice sent by Agoda on June 21st until after my booking had become non-refundable, leaving me unable to cancel or make other arrangements. I understand that maintenance is sometimes unavoidable, but the lack of timely communication and the inconvenience caused made this stay less than pleasant. I would recommend the hotel improve their communication and make more proactive efforts to ensure guests are comfortable, especially during maintenance periods.

I stayed here for an overnight trip to Legazpi on January 2025. By this point, I've been to a few hotels in the city at the same price level as well as a couple in other cities in the Philippines (outside NCR). All of these within the second half of 2024 and now 2025. To me, this is the best, and most complete option out of all I've stayed at so far. My personal priorities when it comes to hotels are good rooms, and a solid breakfast option. The room is great and I've provided a lot of photos for you to check out yourself. Room is spacious, well-lit, and well-stocked with amenities. Often with budget hotels and in the pursuit of eco-friendliness, a lot of the minor "free" amenities you may be used to in hotels back in the day are no longer provided. Honestly, if it brings the cost down I'm all for it. But as someone who is getting up in age and who doesn't really have as much time to prepare for overnight trips as I would typically for a week long vacation, I've begun to appreciate the small things like having free slippers with the room. Room is pretty clean, cold, newly renovated, and has a Smart Tv (another thing I have appreciated as someone who stays in during these trips especially when I'm visiting every month or every week). I have to commend as well the really plush bed and pillows. I actually checked the tag of the pillows to see if I could order them for myself (they're hotel branded). My only gripe with the room is that the always lit facade of the building cancels out the blackout curtains (see photo) so the room won't be totally dark. However, despite being light sensitive when trying to sleep, I still had a fine time sleeping. That's how good the bed was. Breakfast was good and one of the best breakfast buffets I've had for similarly priced hotels in terms of variety and taste. There was a buzzing mosquito though and I hope this can be resolved in the future. Location is good, close to a few restaurants and also close to the Ayala mall and the A. Bichara Silverscreens Cinema. This hotel is about 30-40 minutes from the airport.

The hotel itself has been renovated to better ambience room is larger than the first time, the bed is firm although not too comfortable as is really a small twin bed if your tall and heavy and toss and turn not good idea, I wish they make it into at least fall size bed. Pillow are soft, wifi is good not too strong but its ok. bathroom is better renovated no more curtain now its a glass wall. water pressure is strong and good hot water , safe in the room, large tv with movies and good channel option.

Our stay was actually good. Kinda hesitant because of some negative reviews but overall our stay was smooth and nice. Reserved directly with them and they were very responsive. Check in/out with no issues. The room was clean and has complete in room amenities. The bedding was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast buffet is impressive - spread is complete and has good variety. F/B staff are also attentive and accommodating. Location is fantastic - you can walk to Ayala Mall, LCC or tricycle to SM. Stores and restaurants are also nearby. ||Overall, highly recommended and value for money.

2nd time to stay here. We love this hotel from the lobby to the rooms. It's just perfect for families. Very accessible to the malls. We love their breakfast too!

Stayed in one of their deluxe bedrooms and it was a pretty decent stay. Albeit some parts of the hotel were showing its age, the rooms were clean and the bed linens were fresh. The breakfast buffet experience was up to par to what was charged although nothing too fancy, just regular Philippine breakfast dishes. The location is right in the middle of the city but was on a relatively quiet street so that was nice.
