Great hotel in great location , had a great stay in room 22 on second floor. No issues or problems . Be aware no kettle in room, shower is weak. Breakfast was OK but not much sweet stuff or English options. Choice makes you eat healthy. Good value rooms that were clean and tidy , night dark blinds provided. Nice quiet location , be aware they knocking down building next to hotel

3 stars only for the comfortable and spacious room even though there are hardly any amenities in the room thenthough hotel boost being a 3 star . Hotel was clean though but outside hotel you can see a trash bin . Breakfast was a joke , never had such a funny breakfast . Reception staff was very helpful . Not recommended

Great location near the old town and reasonably priced rooms. The soap in the room was a bit strong-smelling for my tastes. Would definitely stay here again.

This is one of the most beautiful charming hotels you will ever go to. The staff are wonderful and the attention to detail in making things look nice is exceptional. They even have free cookies and coffee ect 24 hours. It was quiet at night and the beds are very comfortable. The shower always had hot water. Breakfast has many choices. The area is perfect. I love this beautiful hotel and would love to return one day if ever in Poznan.|Sincerely Nicole from Canada

Centrally located, very friendly hotel staff, lovely breakfast room with good selection of food. Parking is a bit restrictive so check before you book if you intend to park there. As a city centre location, the street can get noisy at times but it's a side street and the double glazing works well if that bothers you. Close to tram & bus stops, short walk to main city shopping streets, bars, cafes & tourist attractions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. As others have mentioned, the location is ideal, especially if arriving by car. You are far enough away from the Old Town to avoid the traffic and close enough to walk there after parking the car. ||This is a solid 3* hotel with nice touches, such as a delicious chocolate left for sweet dreams, nice smelling shampoo/bath gel and complimentary bottled water. Remember when staying here that you did not pay a 5* price, so do not judge it harshly.||The room and bathroom are exceptionally clean. Both are adequate in size, yet far from large.||Some amenities you may miss between a 3* and a 4* are coffee/tea maker (although the restaurant will prepare for you free of charge...how nice!), air conditioning and mini fridge. We did not miss them and were quite content staying here. ||Breakfast could have been better as the breads and rolls were stale.||You do hear the trams passing, but they stop at night. They start up again early in the morning, so you don't need to set an alarm!||Friendly reception at arrival and check out.||Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Charming hotel with newly renovated rooms. Classic style, real nice oldschool furniture, comforable beds. Service is very accomodating. Breakfast only from 7:00 on but offered a tasty lunchbox. |Will come again!

Hotel is located about a 10 minute walk from the main square. The staff were excellent and very friendly and willing to help. The rooms were well maintained with all the facilities maintained in good condition. The breakfast buffet was good and well stocked. Good value for money

We're tourists (not business travelers), so bear that in mind. Three-star level of amenities suited us just fine (no business center or concierge). Clean, quiet, pleasant and equipped with a helpful staff, we were surprisingly pleased with our stay. Not far at all from the historic town square, the location is more convenient than initially assumed. Breakfast is perfectly delightful as well. Elevator is there for when you just can't face the stairs.
