I loved it here! Old fashioned Italian in the best way you can imagine. Super nice service. Friendly, cosy, small Italian Hotel. Yes, the rooms are not modern BUT sparkling clean and all you need. The beach is fantastic and the area great for exploring. Parking spaces are available. The kitchen is OMG good and I loved the food. No! It’s all great. Not to forget the fantastic sun downers. I will come back!

We have been recommended to dine there.||Please come and pay €20 for the menu and enjoy the view. Because that's all you get. The food we got is u n-eatable, we sent the pasta back twice. No flavour, totaly salty and , We had to leave and just paid for the drinks. And got some beautiful shots from the sunset over Pareti Beach.||What a waste opportunity: perfect, unique location. However unflavoured dining experience.

Typical small beach front hotel, very good location as the beach is right outside the front door. Rooms are adequate, some fairly large too. We chose half board (Breakfast and dinner). Breakfast is quite varied with mainly continental menu. The dinner menu allows to choose from at least 4 different dishes per course. A very good system they have in place is the ability to swap your dinner with lunch whenever you want in case you wish to dine out.||||Free WIFI, but only in the lobby, so there is usually a concertration of cybernauts crammed in there.||||One thing to be aware of is that there is one room in the hotel which is advertised as family room, since it has a main bedroom, with bathroom and another connecting room (for the kids). We were given it first and were appalled by the general condition of the room, alot of dust (to which my children were allergic) and ants crawling over the beds. The general condition of the room was pretty bad ,also with paint chipping away, external wiring, and a very loud airconditioner, which didn't even work very well. The thermostat had no control over it.||General cleaniless of the hotels public areas can really be improved.||||The next day we requested another room and were given a "standard room" which was way better, and also cheaper, in fact with the price difference we were able to stay another day.||||All in all we really enjoyed the stay and would return again in the future, hopefully they will fix a few of the exisiting problems.

The rooms to this hotel are quite basic. But this is made up by friendly management and a great seaside location. there is a large restaurant and a nice bar area. Local neighbourhood is very scenic and this is a good place to get away from it all on Elba's southern shore. good for families

Wonderful Location, just in front of the see with a number of rooms with direct access to the seaside and the rest a few meters away, both on the back or on the first floor ... same view from the nice restaurant. Staff people are not so "friendly", and rooms clearly need some refurbishing ... anyway the position in front of the sea is really wonderful.

Very nice hotel for a good price. Nice clean small room. Polite staff. Hotel is located on the private beach. Free of charge (umbrella and bed on the beach) It was a good hotel in Amazing Elba island.
