Our family stayed here on a trip to Bern and had a great experience. Google was a little off on driving directions, but were able to navigate our way to the entrance and parking garage. The parking garage had plenty of space and was easy to access. It also had automatic doors which made carrying our luggage very easy. ||It was also very easy to get to the Town Center with the bus/trolley system (7 minute ride). The rooms were clean, spacious and quiet. The breakfast was also wonderful and we left full and ready for the day. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Bern.

Had a family room, very spacious and good bed. Nice showers. |Breakfast was nice, you can choose your own eggs made from the kitchen. ||The first days where hot, we got fans that helped a lot.||Overall a very good stay with 3 kids, 7y, 4y and 10mo. Slide on the outside was fun.

I made an enquiry about travel before our visit and was impressed with the service I got then. |On arrival, Laura at reception made us very welcome and was extremely helpful. We were able to go to our room early which was welcome as it was extremely hot.|The room was clean and comfortable and although there was no air conditioning, an excellent fan was provided.|A very pleasant stay in a welcoming and comfortable hotel, convenient for both buses and trams

Nice and pleasant stay, room is clean. Was a bit uncomfortable transportation, but it’s just because all Bern is reconstructing.

We had a premium room with a good terrace and a nice view of the alps in the distance. Hotel is right by the tram stop to the city centre, 10 minutes trip, running very 10 minutes. Parking was easy, underground on site. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was very good and a nice outdoor area for dinner. Highly recommend.
