Located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, this hotel made it easy to explore the entire city. It's spacious, modern, stylish, and very clean. Our apartment included a double bed with a very comfortable sofa for our daughter. The staff was incredibly kind and professional. We used the rooftop pool, which offers stunning views of the city, but it fills up easily. We didn't get a chance to try the on-site restaurant, but there are plenty of others nearby. The only downside for us was the overly strong air conditioning. Although it's indeed hot outside, we felt the air conditioning was too powerful for us. Other than that, the hotel is worthy of its stars.

A disappointing experience for what is marketed as a 5-star hotel. While the room cleaning staff was excellent and very friendly, and there were enough personnel and security in the lobby, the overall experience did not meet our expectations. The gym was poorly equipped with only 3 treadmills (2 out of order) and a very limited selection of weights (max 16 kg). There was no spa, and the restaurant service was clearly understaffed — both at breakfast and dinner. At the grill dinner, we were told to help ourselves to bread and hummus outside, but when it ran out, it wasn’t refilled for 20 minutes. The same happened at breakfast, with empty trays left for too long, especially on the first day. The grill dinner itself was okay but nothing special. Another downside was the view — at least half of the rooms look directly into a brick wall, which is disappointing for a hotel in this price range. If this had been advertised as a 4-star hotel, it might have met expectations, but for a 5-star property, it falls short. For these reasons, I can only give 2 stars.

I loved this hotel. The hotel staff are so good and so helpful. The bangladeshi ppl working at the front desk and the restaurants are so helpful, so cordial. Loved their service. They are truly awesome. Many restaurants around the hotel. But a little far from happening places like Bukit Bintang, Time Square etc..the breakfast was good. The room service and swimming pool was good

A very convenient and relaxing stay. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast and a fantastic view from the rooftop pool and bar. We enjoyed our days as well as our teenagers (16 and 17 of age). The hotel is good situated to reach many interesting spots on foot (central market, Petronas Towers, KL-Tower).

Stayed 5 nights. Very modern and clean rooms. Very good breakfast served from 6.30 to 10.30. roof top bar and pool very relaxed. Complimentary cocktails and nibbles for 1 hour from 5-7 in pool bar. All staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel, a short walk from downtown. Hotel is located in business area with lots of restaurants close by.

One of many great hotel i stayed while in Kuala Lumpur. The room was nice and cozy The staff were friendly and wonderful, especially the doorman welcoming us with the most sincere and wonderful smile and great with handling our luggage from the day we arrived until the day we leave. the breakfast food layout was great to. and the restaurant setting is elegant with touch of aesthetic. the location was great too, walking distance to public transport and good cafes, restaurant & bars .. I was staying for 2 nights .. while attending the Journey of Sound Judika & Dato Sri Siti Nurhaliza concert at Stadium Merdeka Definitely when i got a chance i will visit again.

I stayed here for two nights over the weekend with my partner. The warm welcome that the hotel staff exuded from check in lasted throughout our stay. Check-in was fast and efficient, and the valet took card payments too. The room was pleasant, sparkling clean and well equipped. I really enjoyed the tub in the Executive Studio we picked, and bath salts were even provided too. The re-usable glass bottles filled with filtered water, alongside the coffee capsule machine, are nice finishing touches to an already-lovely room. I did not mind the brick facade, in fact, I found it pleasant and somewhat rustic, adding to the overall feel of the room. As some other reviewers may have mentioned, breakfast may not be as varied as other 5* properties, but you are surrounded by exceptional cafes all right at the doorstep of the hotel - there are no lack of good options for food here. Wadud from Security and the folks running the valet were excellent, and deserve a shout-out. At RM10 a stay, parking is very fairly priced for guests, and they are no less efficient and prompt in fetching my car whenever I needed it. A quick call to reception, and my vehicle would be ready by the time I came down. I stayed in other 5* properties in KL, both during and on past trips, but this was my first experience with a YTL-owned property. They truly know how to provide an excellent stay to their guests and I would look forward to trying their other hotels, both on and off the Marriott network.

It was a brilliant hotel, great room with luxurious beds and a lovely spacious bathroom. The cocktail drinks were fab and the happy hour they had on was great. However, I was not impressed by the food for a 5 star hotel, the breakfast buffet was extremely bad, the hot buffet food very cold, the fruit tasteless and a lack of options. The only good aspect of the breakfast the man who serves the omelettes. ||Overall, a mostly positive experience with the staff also being very friendly and helpful. However, the food was questionable.

Yelp
It's a very marginal experience, inexperienced staff, marginal view, small room, others are so much better.

Yelp
I've stayed here twice and both times have been excellent. Upon check in they've always upgraded my room for being a Marriott Platinum member. The suites here are definitely welcomed upgrades, but not sure if I would pay extra for one (though the bathroom is great). The breakfast buffet that is included for elites has a great spread of food and also has attentive staff. Though the elite lounge here is quite small and has limited offerings. One of my visits to the lounge had a guest playing loud videos from his phone and I was surprised the staff didn't tell him to lower the volume. Try to visit the pool if you're here!
