Fabulous spacious Room, White, crisp & very clean. Super Comfortable bed with an additional comfortable double bed on balcony. Good Bathroom bathrobe & slippers. Great air conditioning, safe in wardrobe. Hard working staff with good customer service. Half board basis is good, food delivered beautifully. Grand Contemporary entrance, Huge pool with comfortable white beds, Beach 5 minutes walk away is average. What let this lovely hotel down for me is the hideous red lighting in the corridor's, i don't understand why any interior designer would think that was ok. It was dark & dingy & i'm sorry to say gave a feeling of walking towards a brothel. Black Carpets which have seen better days, the ambiance absolutely spoiled what on the whole is a beautiful white hotel. No entertainment team which i also found strange in a 5* so no unity amongst guests. I do understand however it is a city centre hotel

We had a lovely stay at this hotel and enjoyed the free water park next door. The variety and quality of food is excellent. The gym and spa were a fabulous additions. My teenagers loved the fresh pasta and the guy that was serving this each night and our room maid Derya left our room spotless and was super friendly. Thanks for a great stay.

Stayed here again last week. Another great experience. All of the staff were friendly/helpful. It was a luxurious week holiday, the food in the restaurant was excellent, so much choice for Breakfast and Dinner and again all the staff were friendly and helpful. The Lady that cleaned our room daily was very pleasant and did a great job. Guest relations approached me a few times during my stay to make sure that everything was good and was offered complementary coffee/Tea. They also rang the Dentist for me when my Transport failed to arrive, which was very good of them. Also all of the staff at Reception were very friendly and helpful, explaining everything about the Hotels amenities on arrival and also on check out they said that we could leave our cases in secure room and use all of the amenities and have use of the Spa to shower before our pick up for the Airport. They also have a watermark attached to the Hotel which we went to which was included in the hotel cost. The pool area was fantastic, great size pool and pool Bar. Again the staff around the pool area were hardworking and friendly. If I go to Antalya again, I would definitely stay here again. Very highly recommend.

Over a month ago, my family and I stayed at this hotel. The room was very tidy and clean. We arrived late, but the staff kindly provided us with food and were very caring. The housekeeping team was attentive and fulfilled everything we asked for. Breakfast was excellent—delicious food and a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff were especially kind to my little girl. One of the chefs even brought my food to the table, as I was with the buggy. Our waitress from Kazakhstan was absolutely lovely. Dinner was also BRILLIANT, with so much choice. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality.

The hotel staff were so polite and helpful, they took time to talk to you and find out if everything was ok. Outside around the pool they go round asking if anyone needs anything as well and bring your drinks to your sunlounger with ice buckets as well it’s really was 5 star for the staff including cleaners who cleaning your room everyday towels replaced everyday and bed linen every other. The actual hotel is gorgeous lovely chill pool with actual beds and parasols and a grass area with sunloungers and cabanas, a toddler area with kids club and out door park swings slides and two little water slides and a little pool, for the older kids the hotel had its own waterpark which had a really good variety of rides for different ages including a wave pool, this is access by a side gate from the hotel. These gates are all secure and opened with your room key, same for the smaller kids area and out the back is a gate access to the park and beach area with lots of new restaurants. The hotel has its own beach bar called Ayan which has its own private park of the beach that is free to guests to use the sun lounger etc, you can get food and drink there too. The hotel has many features we didn’t use like a very well equipped gym a spa and sauna etc The food was one of the best hotels I have stayed in for quality it was so fresh and a very good selection, the display and replacement of everything was very good. Again staff serving you tea and coffee or fruit juice to your table very helpful. I plan to come back to this hotel next year. Shout out to Alkam on the guest relations always making the effort to chat and help everyone.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Everything was wonderful — the service, the cleanliness, the atmosphere, and the overall experience. However, the only downside was the pillow and mattress, which we found a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was perfect and beautifully arranged.

I cannot say enough good things about Hotel Su. I stayed with my elderly mother for one week and it was just perfect in every way. Every single member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay so comfortable and welcoming. The bedrooms were spotless, beds comfortable and had everything you needed. The breakfast and dinner buffets were just delicious. The pool was beautiful. Spa so relaxing and zen. The staff made it though. From the cleaners, to the waiters, to guest relations, to bell boys, reception staff, just everyone. Friendly, kind and always with a smile on their faces, always wanting to go that one step further to ensure you had everything you needed and more. Highly recommend.

The hotel is very family friendly, the staff are very helpful especially the guest relations and housekeeping… I have visited the hotel three times and its only getting better every time 👍 from the rooms to the pool bar and restaurant and the breakfast and dinner buffet are all amazing… I loved my 12 nights stay and will always come back!
