Hotel Su

Fabulous hotel. Staff were so friendly and professional, nothing too much trouble for them. Rooms were spacious, spotessly clean with huge balcony which even had a bed on it. Breakfast buffet was 5 Star - couldn't want for more choice & again restaurant staff & chefs friendly and attentive. The private beach was fantastic with sunbeds, umbrellas, towels - all free. The pool was large and sunbeds comfy - everything spotlessly clean. Gym & spa very well equipped with instructors there to help. I couldn't recommend it highly enough and will definitely go back. Amazing value for money. There is a relaxed ambience throughout the hotel & beautiful gardens. We stayed for 10 nights and did not want to leave.

The hotel is incredebly good. I was blown away how the hotel service is good. The food is delicious at any restaurant. The hotel has many facilities as an aquapark, a big pool with comfy sunbeds and beach. I would like to say thank you for guest relationships team for help. Everyone were very helpful and kind. The guys very communicative and ready for help at any tim. By the far the most cool hotel ever in my life because I like to visit hotels and experience new hotels and definitely I will be returning. Just recommend you guys you will be not regret to choose Su hotel

Excellent hotel and facilities. Rooms are large and had a double bed on balcony to lounge on. The breakfast buffet was extensive and the gym was really well equipped with trainers on hand if required. The pool was clean and the area kept immaculately clean. The private beach 5 minutes from hotel could have not been better with restaurant/bar attached. The hotel staff are very helpful and courteous. Special thanks to Alexandra on reception who helped several times with requests.

The bedroom had a platform to get into bed, I found this extremely difficult to manage to crawl across to access plug point. In the room there was also a hard pointless shelf which was a hazard when you bent down and hit your head on it. The pool area was lovely and the loungers were comfy but very low down. I managed to put one lounger on top of the other to enable me to get on easily enough. The food was ok but never had warm plates so all hot food I found to be tepid. After a long lovely day of relaxing by the pool I was looking forward to going back to our room to change and enjoy the evening entertainment, unfortunately there was none. This meant that after evening meal there was nothing to do, the television in room was limited and therefore I found myself going to bed at nine o’clock. We did venture out to old town twice and walked for twenty miles to a shopping mall which was nothing special . When I was asked by customer relations if I was enjoying our holiday I stated that we were very dissatisfied that we were led to believe entertainment in evenings and there was none. She stated that because hotel is city hotel (first I heard about that) and half board that entertainment is not provided. Well everywhere else I’ve been half board it is. I stated I felt this was more a corporate hotel as most people were having turkey teeth done and were in and out. By this happening it was hard to make relationships as most people were out having procedures and were not by pool etc. Overall very disappointed as was led to believe there was entertainment which would have made the holiday experience much more enjoyable. It should let holiday makers aware when booking it is a corporate hotel, in a city and not sell it as a ideal hotel for families and couples. Will definitely not be returning.

Super beautiful Su hotel ! It was my first time there! All staff is very helpful , very friendly. The restaurant staff were extremely polite . Also I would like to say big thank you for Emma, spa therapist. She does an amazing hamam and massage for me!!! I do recommend everyone to see Emma, because she is super professional, friendly and beautiful lady with positive energy. Again thank you very much hotel Su. I will come back again and again.

We stayed at Hotel Su years ago when it had just opened and used to belong to the Hillside Group. It seems to be under a different management now, but overall it’s still a very good hotel in terms of service and cleanliness. Everything is bright white, which makes the corridors a bit tiring for the eyes, and the bathroom fittings are showing their age. The towels smelled a bit musty, but the pool area is lovely. To reach the beach, you need to cross the street and use the sunbeds at a partner beach club — a bit unusual, but probably due to Konyaaltı’s public beach setup. Breakfast was a real highlight — lots of variety, not every item perfect, but overall delicious. The tea, in particular, was excellent — rarely this good even in cafés. When we first entered our room, there was a strong cigarette smell, but the staff handled it very professionally and changed our room immediately.

Business trip - hotel was close to work location. Very nice hotel, geared towards honeymooners and weddings, but beautiful. Hotel has a red light theme. All the hallways have red lights and there’s red soft lighting in the room as well. Buffet breakfast was really good as well.

We travelled in mid-September for a 7-night holiday and were surprised to find the Su to be a dead zone in the evening, with almost no entertainment either in the hotel itself or the surrounding beachside area, other than bars and restaurants. Prospective guests should note that it really isn't designed for families or people wanting something to do in the evening. Guests we spoke to or encountered tended to be conference delegates or orthodontic patients at nearby private clinics. On the plus side, the Su was spotlessly clean, even if the predominantly white decor was disconcertingly dazzlng, especially when the soft red lighting was added in the evening. The food was fine and all staff excellent. It was also a revelation to find plenty of sunbeds available around the huge pool, although my wife, who has had knee replacements, found the mattresses too low. We solved the problem by stacking one on top of the other, without affecting availability for others. Our 8th floor deluxe room had fantastic vie of sea and mountains, but we found the layout of a plinth supporting the bed (v comfy) and acting as bedside tables somewhat annoying. SIgns acknowledged the trip hazard but the plinth was not compatible with any physical disability. An interesting design innovation but not very practical!

We stayed at Hotel for 6 nights recently. It was our first trip to Antalya. We had a good experience here but it had some quirks. The whole look and vibe - all white everything with huge disco balls in the lobby and red lighting in the hallways/red accent colors sort of felt like is was something designed in 2000 to look cool and modern but was maybe a little odd and dated now. The hotel is really conveniently located next to a strip of dozens of restaurants and coffee shops, bike paths and greenspace just meters from the beach. The staff were very helpful when we realized we needed a last minute COVID test before traveling home and were generally multilingual which was selfishly helpful for us. They offered a nice breakfast buffer daily. With pandemic protocols in place it made it a little more challenging to maximize the buffet offerings but felt more clean with staff filling plates for you. By the pool bar they had a projector and showed the Euro soccer finals which was nice. We used the hotel spa and got massages and the person we booked them with ended up giving us a discount which was nice. While service was overall good here and it was pretty affordable by American hotel standards, it could use some renovations. The carpet in the entire hallway was buckled as if it had been wet or flooded. The all white guest rooms probably looked crisp when first built, but the floors, in the bathroom in particular, had at lot of marks on then. The paint around the fixtures in the bathroom was chipping off and our toilet paper holder was loose on the wall. The hair dryer also seemed like it was 20 years old. Nothing necessarily seemed "dirty" but definitely had seen better days. The rest of the room was in better shape though. Final though is that the vibe of the all-red hallways and mirrors all over the walls around the bed definitely gave some adult only vibes.

I stayed in this hotel during my summer vacation in Antalya with my family. There were other families and couples, Arab, Turkish, Europeans and Russians, staying in the hotel while I was there. The hotel has the theme of a love hotel. But it looks like it was converted to a conventional hotel at some point. This is because of the white and red in the theme's color scheme. My sister has a chromophobia from the red color, so she suffered from headache whenever she went down to have breakfast or dinner in the food hall. The rooms are big, and the balconies are big too. There are big double beds in the balconies, which is a lovely addition to have some intimate place for the guests apart from the bed inside their rooms. The swimming pool is fairly long. And the café/bar there serves shisha and other food and drinks. There was a different music band hosted every night during my stay. The pool was busy during the day and less busy in the night. Also, there was an open air cinema next to the pool showing movies. The health club of the hotel has a gym, Turkish hammam, sauna, steam room and massage rooms offering a wide variety of treatments. There was an activity room with 2 PC's to browse the internet, chessboard, baby football and a billiard table. The kids loved spending time there after sunset. The food hall consists of 2 big halls painted in red. Even the floor, tables and chairs were red. The amount and variety of the open buffet dishes is mouth watering. We benefited from the free access to the beach and the adjacent water park. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel, and I recommend it to families and couples alike.

I have just come back back from a few days of holiday at Su Hotel and must say I am very pleased. I had already heard many great things, previous to my visit, but was also a little skeptical, because it was bought by Sunis Hotels Group from the original Hillside Group. From what I can tell, not much has changed in decoration and the usual hotel's flair after it has been bought. The hotel reminds you a little bit of a giant Apple Store or maybe a very futuristic Star Trek disco! :) I say this, because EVERYTHING in the hotel is white (except for the main restaurant that is all in RED and is also called that...). The staff is dressed in all white, the floors, walls, ceilings and tables are all white. The reception reminds you a little bit of a hospital, with the staff wearing a white doctor's jacket almost and having little fish bowls on each counter. I took it with humor, as I knew wha I was expecting from the pictures I had looked at before my visit. The lobby has lots of big 'beds' with large pillows on them with giant disco balls dangling from the roof as you look up. The rooms are exactly the same, but somewhat VERY sexy. All in white again, but the bed is surrounded with large mirrors on all 3 sides and there is an actual bed again with huge pillows on the balcony. It is all very clean but somewhat sterile. However, the room looks even sexier at night when you can choose what color light you want; white or red. As the base color is white, the whole room turns into somewhat a resemblance of the red light district with the crimson light! :) The buffet at the Red Restaurant has good variety on food, from many different entrées to main courses, diet foods, dessert and fruit. I am not a fan of buffets at Hotels, since mainly they are cooked in too much grease and taste awfully due to sitting around for hours. However, here everything was very fresh and tasteful! The pool area is also nice, same as the beach, however do note: it is NOT a sand beach, but a pebble-stone beach and the waves can be a little higher than other parts of Antalya. The hotel is located quite centrally near the city center, with a big Aquarium to visit across from it, an Aquapark behind it and shopping areas nearby. The staff in the hotel was very friendly and all in all was very happy with the stay. The only downside (kind of) was due to the fact that everything is so white, especially in the rooms, it is very easy to see 'dirt'. The toilets and showers seem to show their 'age' a little bit and will probably in the nearby years need to be changed. Also, it can sometimes be a little difficult for international people / tourists to communicate with the staff, as not all of them are aquainted with the English language. All in all very well though, and a very nice, relaxing holiday spot!

Normal hotel, not so big, no animation, so many children. Different nationalities, Arabian & Turkish in most. Good service. Very beautiful sea: blue flag! Interesting interior: white walls & mirrors anywhere. It's a pity- only 1 pool. The children Zone is small, all children in the big pool. Pool working day&night. Pluses: "aqualand", wi fi, hamam & saunas free. Good sport zone. Tasty meal, different dishes, big select of desserts. but the porridge is no.

The hotel is fantastic - as simple as that! It´s member of "Design Hotels" and yes, in the beginning it might be a little bit irritating that everything is white, white, white and you think of a hospital. But I must say with the days it became more and more cosy - thanks also to the excellent service and friendliness of everyone around. The rooms are spacious and sexy, the balcony with the extra bed is perfect for private chill out, the pool is SO NICE! Food was excellent all the way. I couldn´t think of a nicer holiday. Hotel Su is a recommendation in any case if you want to spend a nice holiday at a stylish place with good service and supergood food. I will come again for sure!
