Hotel Su

I just wanted to share my experience with everyone on my time at this hotel, as a solo woman traveller, I never once felt scared the hotel is very safe, the pool was outstanding, there was a separate pool for kids which no doubt they would enjoy I had a walk around it, there were lots of slides etc, but what really made my trip memorable and lovely were the kindest staff I’ve ever meet, they greeted me with a warm smile & nothing was a problem, my hero was a very hard working man called kurtulus( who worked in the restaurant the poolside bar & the bar at night as well he was like superman I had a little accident with a pair of nail scissors he helped me & got me the 1st aid kit ( I was so embarrassed) …|Also the lovely family on the lower ground floor okan you were so kind your shop the quality of your merchandise was amazing literally this man can source you anything u want any handbag shoes etc, just bring pictures of what you want he will get it for you, his jackets & coats are of the highest quality & his prices are so reasonable, his whole family work there his grandmother who’s just adorable his grandfather and his lovely sister, a real family business are so kind, so please go say hi to them they welcome you with the biggest smiles & are so genuine which is such a lovely quality. I really can’t say anything bad about this hotel only I can’t wait to come back and see you all again, a goodbye for now & I’ll definitely will be returning…

Super beautiful Su hotel ! It was my first time there! All staff is very helpful , very friendly. The restaurant staff were extremely polite . Also I would like to say big thank you for Emma, spa therapist. She does an amazing hamam and massage for me!!! I do recommend everyone to see Emma, because she is super professional, friendly and beautiful lady with positive energy. Again thank you very much hotel Su. I will come back again and again.

Murat are waiter was absolutely excellent in service this morning. He was very polite he provided excellent table service and was happy to engage and have a laugh which made my holiday very happy as he went the extra mile. Very funny and was very professional..would definitely recommend breakfast service at hotel su and Akram al-doori the guest relations officer was very professional and helped me and my family be able to use the Internet service to provide good feedback for other potential customers...please come to hotel su for 1st class service especially from Murat...thank you guys!!

i came to this hotel alone and very enjoyed my stay. the staff was very helpful and friendly. i liked the gym which is very large a modern. the food was very variety and delicious. i really liked turkish cuisine and hospitality of turkish people.i would highly recommend this hotel to your holiday.you won’t be regret

We had a lovely stay at this hotel and enjoyed the free water park next door. The variety and quality of food is excellent. The gym and spa were a fabulous additions. My teenagers loved the fresh pasta and the guy that was serving this each night and our room maid Derya left our room spotless and was super friendly. Thanks for a great stay.

Stayed here again last week. Another great experience. All of the staff were friendly/helpful. It was a luxurious week holiday, the food in the restaurant was excellent, so much choice for Breakfast and Dinner and again all the staff were friendly and helpful. The Lady that cleaned our room daily was very pleasant and did a great job. Guest relations approached me a few times during my stay to make sure that everything was good and was offered complementary coffee/Tea. They also rang the Dentist for me when my Transport failed to arrive, which was very good of them. Also all of the staff at Reception were very friendly and helpful, explaining everything about the Hotels amenities on arrival and also on check out they said that we could leave our cases in secure room and use all of the amenities and have use of the Spa to shower before our pick up for the Airport. They also have a watermark attached to the Hotel which we went to which was included in the hotel cost. The pool area was fantastic, great size pool and pool Bar. Again the staff around the pool area were hardworking and friendly. If I go to Antalya again, I would definitely stay here again. Very highly recommend.

Over a month ago, my family and I stayed at this hotel. The room was very tidy and clean. We arrived late, but the staff kindly provided us with food and were very caring. The housekeeping team was attentive and fulfilled everything we asked for. Breakfast was excellent—delicious food and a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff were especially kind to my little girl. One of the chefs even brought my food to the table, as I was with the buggy. Our waitress from Kazakhstan was absolutely lovely. Dinner was also BRILLIANT, with so much choice. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality.

I was in this hotel for a dental treatment plan. I just want to say a huge thank you to one of the waiters who when I came down for dinner I slept in so I miss the cut off time however the waiter (Kurtulus - his name) mad a huge effort to get me food and got it sent to my room. I would just like to say thank you and that he was great my whole stay.
