HOTEL SUBA GALAXY

We selected this hotel to accommodate over 50 guests for our wedding. The hotel staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality, cooperation, and assistance to all attendees. Our guests consistently provided positive feedback regarding the staff, services, and accommodations. The accommodation aspect of our wedding preparations was remarkably stress-free, largely due to the diligent efforts of Mr. Osama and Mr. Praveen, who ensured all our requirements and special requests were addressed without the need for supervision. The cuisine at the restaurant was expertly prepared and presented, including our customized request for a full Jain breakfast. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the culinary experience, departing with pleasant memories. A big thank you to the entire team at Suba Galaxy.

We stayed here for 3 nights and our stay was satisfactory. The service was pretty decent. They have a limited car park in a open area. We had the breakfast in the hotel once and had a incident as the staff was more focused on the guests who opted for buffet ignoring us completely. We stopped using the restaurant after the incident. There are small eateries around the hotel and nearby as well.

I had a lovely experience at Suba Galaxy. The reception team, two girls and a boy were always smiling and daily interactions feel easy and pleasant. The bellmen at the entrance were very helpful, always ready to assist with luggage or directions. Staff in the buffet area were friendly and attentive, making meals enjoyable. Housekeeping staff were very polite too. As a solo woman traveler, I felt very safe and well cared for throughout my stay. I truly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place in Mumbai

Myself along with my family had been into Suba Galaxy hotel in Mumbai from 26th September for 3 days. I must say the overall stay was very pleasant. All their staffs are very cooperative and focused towards guest Service. The place is also excellent, every place from there it's well connected and you will get public transport very easily too. The most amazing Part was there Breakfast which was simply amazing where you will get variety of options and every items are tasty. Please feel free to choose this hotel if you want to stay in a central location near to Airport and city. Thank you Suba Galaxy Mumbai and team for making my Vacation memorable.

NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL! Booked a single room for 4 nights, 3300rs a night. Checked in, only to notice that a deafening noise came through the walls. Impossible to sleep in. Asked reception, they gave me another single room. Same, impossible to sleep in. So I asked them to solve it. Reaction: It's not our fault, so pick a single room or check out and find another hotel. At 830PM. This is not customer service, this is downright rude. Asked for the manager, and out of nowhere another room was found, while first they said the hotel was fully booked. Could stay there for 2 nights, after that I had to go back to the (noisy) single. On the day of moving (for the 4th time) they said that the problem was fixed, but ofcourse it wasn't. Still extremely noisy. All confirmed by staff and management. Same reaction: take the room or leave. No wifi, lock on the door was not working properly, old airconditioning that made a lot of noise (to top the noise that came from outside). NEVER STAY HERE, I had 10 times better hotels for a third the cost. It's a disgrace.

Had a great stay at Hotel Suba Galaxy. Reception staff were polite and professional, housekeeping kept everything clean, and the guards were courteous. Special thanks to bell boy Stephen for his outstanding help throughout my stay. Overall very satisfied with the service — highly recommend and will surely visit again!

Staff where really friendly and smiling every time room was clean and tidy room service was excellent location was quite which I like if I ever decide to come back to Mumbai again forget about the 5 star hotels, hotel suba was a 6 star stay for me thank you
