The staff at Hotel Suba Galaxy were very accommodating- from the receptionist to the driver service and the restaurant team. Room service was good, and the bathroom was clean.
However, I did have a few concerns about cleanliness in my room. One of the pillows seemed used when I arrived, with an odd smell and a visible blood stain. The bedsheet had small hairs on it, and there was a stain on the bed cover. The in-room phone was also very dirty, smelled very bad and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. I hope housekeeping can improve cleaning and disinfecting these items.
The socket in my room wasn’t working properly, which made charging my phone difficult.
As for the restaurant, I’d rate the food 6/10. I hope they can offer more variety, especially for foreign guests.
Overall, the price of the food and the hotel itself was reasonable, but better attention to cleanliness would really improve the stay.
