The team at Suba go way beyond Excellent customer service. The rooms are very comfortable, Nitin, Salim in the restaurant go beyond service. The Star is the front travel desk Popbo is excellent I highly recommend using him, we booked him for 7 days and he took us every where, his knowledge of Mumbai is exceptional. Every single staff in our hotel is very kind and welcoming. I would like to thank the servers who assisted us in Cinnamon: Naresh, Nithyananda, and Lancy. They assissted and gave us everything we need and I feel sad that I’m leaving India tomorrow. They are the best people :)

Great place to stay for a visit to Mumbai. Close to T1 airport. Clean well serviced rooms. Excellent service from checkin to check out. Courteous staff in every department. Restaurant serves delicious food. Refill of food in buffet is quick. Enjoyed my two days of stay.

I recently stayed at Hotel Suba International, Mumbai for 3 days, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and prompt service. Every staff member greeted me with a smile and treated me with genuine respect and care, making the entire stay feel so welcoming. The rooms were spotless, and the room service was extremely prompt—one of the best I’ve experienced. The reception and security teams were also very professional and helpful throughout. But the biggest highlight has to be the food. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the lunch and dinner options were exceptional—easily some of the best hotel food I’ve ever had. The quality, taste, and presentation were top-notch, and the service at the restaurant was equally impressive. The hotel is also conveniently located just 10 minutes from the airport, which is a big plus. They even have a tie-up with a taxi service for Mumbai sightseeing, which made exploring the city very easy and enjoyable. Overall, it was an amazing stay and totally worth every penny. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Mumbai!
