NIGHTMARE AMENDMENT PROCESS & ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
BEWARE: STAFF IS UNWILLING AND NOT HELPFUL ON CALLS!
Amending a booking at this rubbish hotel is an absolute nightmare. The staff doesn't care at all about customer needs, and they seem determined to make the process as difficult as possible. Adding to the frustration, half of the contact numbers provided on the booking platform simply don't work.
Here is a detailed breakdown of the appalling service:
My friend had a booking from the 21st to the 25th, and due to unforeseen circumstances, needed to change the checkout date to the 23rd.
Initial Contact: The hotel staff immediately directed us to contact the booking platform (Booking.com) as the amendment wasn't working on their side.
Second Contact: When I called back to explain that the amendment still wasn't processing, the response was a dismissive, "it should," offering absolutely zero practical assistance—truly unhelpful!
Booking Platform Intervention: After contacting Booking.com, they confirmed they had processed the amendment request from their side and informed us that the hotel simply needed to confirm the change.
Hotel Refusal: I called the hotel again with this information, expecting a quick resolution. Instead, the staff named "Ravi" explicitly stated, "we will not change the booking as it's not possible."
It was an absolute zero-effort, obstructive approach from their side. We ended up wasting half a day sorting out such a simple administrative task purely because of the Ravi and his lady colleague's unwillingness to lift a finger to help a customer.
Terrible, frustrating experience. I hope this hotel gets a team that is actually willing to help customers rather than just being difficult. I would never recommend this property to anyone. Avoid at all costs.
