Hotel Suite Home Prague

Hotel Suite Home & all of the staff deserve 10 stars! We stayed for 8 nights and loved our time at the hotel. The front desk staff were always very welcoming and happy to answer any questions, and the breakfast staff was top notch and happy to help too! The rooms were very spacious and the kitchen was very helpful. We didn't make any meals so can't comment on the functionality of the oven or availability of cookware but there appeared to be everything you would need. Having the fridge was great, being able to make ice right in the room was so handy and have the ability to keep beers or wine at the right temp was awesome. ||Breakfast was more than plentiful - there was a separate area with gluten free items, a coffee & espresso machine, 8-10 kinds of tea, pastries (rotated slightly day to day), cereal & muesli, yogurt, eggs, meats, cheeses, rolls, toast, fruit, waffles, pancakes, at least 4 kinds of milk & milk alternatives (coconut, almond, soy), and at least 3-4 juices. We were blown away by the options and it was so nice to start the day not having to think about breakfast. ||The location was perfect, far enough away from the "center" of town so that noise was at a minimum for sleeping but SO close to the 22 tram (and a few other lines) to all the major sites and a very flat 15-20 minute walk to the main square or even closer to Wenceslaus square. There were plenty of great restaurants nearby and we never felt far from anything. ||Overall would happily recommend family & friends to stay here and will absolutely stay here in the future!!!

The hotel’s location is excellent—we found it very easily. There’s a tram stop nearby, and many major tourist places are within walking distance. Grocery stores and plenty of cafes are also close by. The hotel staff is incredibly welcoming. Our room was fantastic—spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast offered a wide variety, with options to suit every taste. The setup for the food area could perhaps be a bit better organized, though this might be the best arrangement given the space. My husband and I were delighted to stay at your hotel and would gladly return again.||

The hotel offers a charming and cozy room with a warm and quiet atmosphere, perfect for a December visit. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. Breakfast was great, with options for vegans and those following lactose- or gluten-free diets. Highly recommend!

Staying at the hotel left a pleasant impression. The location of the hotel is convenient, the room is quiet, cozy, the staff is very helpful, the breakfast is excellent. We will definitely come back here. Many thanks to the hotel team and the general manager.

Spent 4 nights in this amazing hotel . The staff are just amazing and so friendly especially the hotel receptionists both so nice and helpful. The breakfast was great and the suite was spectacular. Thank you for making my birthday so special and the birthday card and bottle of wine was such a nice surprise. I will definitely be back soon

Location was excellent and place was clean. They even gave us access to the terrace from the penthouse suite because it was available. Terrace had a gorgeous view and sipping wine there with Mr friends was just awesome. Loved the water bottles at the front desk as we were able to pick one up before we head out for the day

A beautiful, elegant small hotel, appropriate for dog owners, also child-friendly, close to 2 parks. Breakfast was great-a small buffet, but with a little bit of everything and fresh. The hotel aims to let as few groceries as possible to end in the garbage! A really great concept! We loved everything about it and will come back soon!

Room (apartment) was large, location is very close to the center and although the hotel is located on a busy street, rooms were quiet. Breakfast is very nice with plenty of options, also for the kids. Hotel staff are very friendly and helping. First apartment we received was too small and on the second day we were moved to a larger one. The rooms are very old and the shower is old and small

We spent 10 days in Prague at this hotel and loved every minute of it. The staff here is incredible. Our luggage missed our connection and we went a day without it. We informed the man at the front desk that they were to deliver our luggage later the next day. He was on the phone with the luggage delivery people almost every hour it seemed trying to track down our bags. The housekeeping staff was equally customer oriented. I never expected them to wash our coffee cups and do our dishes (this is a full suite hotel with kitchen in the room) but every day housekeeping washed and placed our china cups we brought with us on the table and did the dishes. They even took the dishes out of the dishwasher we were going to run later in the day and washed them. Every staff member was wonderful, the hotel was clean and nice and the location was an easy walking distance to most everything. The only drawback was the small elevator that was sometimes very busy and only held 4 people, no luggage but it is the age of the building so and fits the charm of the hotel.

I can definitely tell why this is the second best family hotel in Prague. Everything was very family oriented. There were free drinks for kids and crayons in the lobby for kids as their parents check in. Reception was very friendly, and the other staff are great as well. The rooms are incredibly spacious. The kitchens are all full kitchens, and you can request a microwave for free! The rooms were very clean and are perfect suites for families. One of the best parts is how the hotel is so centrally located. The public transportation in Prague is very confusing, so it was great how everything is walking distance. The free breakfast every morning was great too. Kids love the orange juice and pancakes. There is a huge variety every morning! Also, there is a beer spa in the hotel for adults. Such an authentic and interesting experience! It may be the only one in central Prague. Overall, highly recommended. Thanks, Suite Home Hotel!

Really nice, spacious apartment rooms. Hotel Suite Home is ideal for families! Would also recommend the apartments to business travellers spending time in Prague!

Great location, 10-15 minute walk from everything you would want to see and close to the metro station if you want to get farther out or to the train station. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was better than I expected and hotel was clean. I would stay here again if I ever came back to Prague.

Very nice hotel in a great neighbourhood. Of course it is not super fancy but it is very clean the staff are super polite and helpful and the location is walking distance to all the attractions. We had a three bedroom on the 6th floor and the bonus was we had access to an amazing rooftop terrace.
