Hotel Suite Home Prague

Very nice hotel, very suitable for families. Good location, excellent tram connections, but also walking distance to most of the main attractions (1-2 km). The suites are large, we also had a kitchen. The views from the windows and terrace on the upper floors are fabulous. The hotel is impeccably clean. The breakfast room can be quite crowded during the holiday season. The breakfast is delicious and varied. The service is professional and calm. In short, the hotel can be warmly recommended.

This Hotel is not a 4 star hotel. Whilst the staff in reception was faultless they had no idea about the central heating not working. We had 3 young kids and a freezing room. One member told us that the heating was broken so sent extra blankets and a portable heater and the other told us that the heating is not switched during certain months. The bedding had rips in it and shower facilities were 2 star at best. ||The breakfast room was dated but all staff were good and food was decent enough save for one member of staff who was not pleased when we asked for a chair to be wiped clean as someone had spilled something on it. She threw a cloth at us and told us to do it ourselves. ||The location of the hotel is decent, 10 mins walk from main centre. ||In summary, a dated hotel with dated amenities in a decent location.

We chose this hotel for our vacations. The room was clean and with everything we need (full equipment in kitchen and bathroom). It was convenient that we have breakfast included in the price and also full kitchen to prepare something for us at evenings. The location is also very good - near walk distance to center of Prague but also with metro, trains and bus stations if you would like to visit some other places near Praque. On breakfast you have buffet with was full of choices also you can order additional hot dishes as pancakes, eggs.

I had a superb experience in Prague. My family and I enjoyed the stunning view from the top terrace of our apartment at Hotel Suite Home Prague. Breakfast was delicious and the staff extremely friendly. Very good money value over services and rooms.

We stayed in the rooftop apartment with nice roof terrace and big rooms plus kitchen. The breakfast was super with fresh fruits and fresh orange juice, a great selection of bread and sweat and salty food and lovely yoghurt. And the option to order waffles or eggs as you like it.

Hotel Suite Home Prague was a great choice to stay with the family in Prague. In a close proximity to the areas of interest. Nice neighborhood. Decent breakfast. Clean and fully equipped rooms. Would definitely be chosen for the next time.

Superb ! The breakfast is great and the Chef Vladimir is the BEST ! He greets everyone and offer freshly cooked waffles / pancake coffee / egg , he gives an impression like dinning in a 5 star resto. Location is Superb ! Just few mins walk to clock tower. Rooms are huge and clean

Friendly staff. Absolute stunning view of the city (we booked the top suite with terrace and view to the castle). Excellent breakfast. Close to the city center.

We spent 10 days in Prague at this hotel and loved every minute of it. The staff here is incredible. Our luggage missed our connection and we went a day without it. We informed the man at the front desk that they were to deliver our luggage later the next day. He was on the phone with the luggage delivery people almost every hour it seemed trying to track down our bags. The housekeeping staff was equally customer oriented. I never expected them to wash our coffee cups and do our dishes (this is a full suite hotel with kitchen in the room) but every day housekeeping washed and placed our china cups we brought with us on the table and did the dishes. They even took the dishes out of the dishwasher we were going to run later in the day and washed them. Every staff member was wonderful, the hotel was clean and nice and the location was an easy walking distance to most everything. The only drawback was the small elevator that was sometimes very busy and only held 4 people, no luggage but it is the age of the building so and fits the charm of the hotel.

I can definitely tell why this is the second best family hotel in Prague. Everything was very family oriented. There were free drinks for kids and crayons in the lobby for kids as their parents check in. Reception was very friendly, and the other staff are great as well. The rooms are incredibly spacious. The kitchens are all full kitchens, and you can request a microwave for free! The rooms were very clean and are perfect suites for families. One of the best parts is how the hotel is so centrally located. The public transportation in Prague is very confusing, so it was great how everything is walking distance. The free breakfast every morning was great too. Kids love the orange juice and pancakes. There is a huge variety every morning! Also, there is a beer spa in the hotel for adults. Such an authentic and interesting experience! It may be the only one in central Prague. Overall, highly recommended. Thanks, Suite Home Hotel!

Really nice, spacious apartment rooms. Hotel Suite Home is ideal for families! Would also recommend the apartments to business travellers spending time in Prague!

Great location, 10-15 minute walk from everything you would want to see and close to the metro station if you want to get farther out or to the train station. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was better than I expected and hotel was clean. I would stay here again if I ever came back to Prague.

Very nice hotel in a great neighbourhood. Of course it is not super fancy but it is very clean the staff are super polite and helpful and the location is walking distance to all the attractions. We had a three bedroom on the 6th floor and the bonus was we had access to an amazing rooftop terrace.
