Hotel Suite Home Prague

We stayed at the hotel for several nights and overall had a great experience. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the service from the staff was truly exceptional – always kind, helpful, and positive. Special thanks to Andy/Andrew at the reception, who went above and beyond – you don’t meet people like that every day! Breakfast was very good and definitely worth the price, with made-to-order eggs, waffles, and crepes. There were also complimentary water bottles available in the lobby throughout the stay, which was a very nice touch. The location was convenient – about a 10-minute walk from Wenceslas Square and 20 minutes from the Old Town Square, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The towels in the room were large, clean, and very soft, which added to the comfort. A few things could be improved: the hotel isn’t very accessible with a stroller (a few steps at the entrance and before the elevator), and the elevator itself is small, slow, and has an old manual door. The blinds in the living room didn’t block the light well enough. Bathroom cleanliness could be better, and it would help to have more towel hooks and to replace the shower taps, which were difficult to adjust for water temperature. The kitchenette was well equipped (including a dishwasher and tablets) but too small for a family – more suitable for a couple. There were no child-friendly dishes or utensils, which would be nice to have. Also, the placement of power outlets in the bedroom wasn’t very convenient, though there were enough outlets overall. Overall – an excellent hotel with outstanding service, warm hospitality, and great value for money.

Apartment was huge with great views from balcony. Huge comfortable bed in bedroom and a lovely cot provided for my daughter. They even had some baby toiletries for her which was a lovely touch. Great size living room and kitchen and location was perfect for sightseeing. Lovely breakfast provided as well. Wish we could have stayed longer!

After a stressful journey, we arrived at Hotel Home Suite where were met by Ondrej, who booked us into our suite with the greatest off ease. The Suite was lovely and quiet, and only a short walk to the Centre. Ondrej couldn’t do enough for us, anything we wanted we got straight away. Ondrej made us feel very special and his knowledge of Prague was amazing. We went on trips recommended by him and they were excellent . I’ve been to several hotels in both Europe and internationally and never received such great service.

Our family met in Prague for a vacation and stayed at Hotel Suite Home. It was perfect and the location was great. All staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Some of us had the apartment with the castle view and hung out there during our down time. Breakfast was good and they maintained it well. We especially appreciated the bottled water in the lobby which came in handy after sightseeing and walking around on warm days. We can’t wait to return and stay there again.

All staff charming. Made us feel very welcome and relaxed us after a troubled journey. Was extremely impressed with Ondrej with a warm personality and very helpful with vast local knowledge and patience to make sure every bit of advive was understood. Always prepared to assist with a smile and genuine interest for each of our days activity's. Would recommend to family and friends

I highly recommend Hotel Suite Home Prague. I had a large one bedroom suite. Bedroom with king bed was huge with room for a crib. Small kitchen had adequate supplies. Very large living room had a single and a double sofa bed - would sleep 5 (plus crib) if willing to squish or just lots of room to spread out. Good breakfast included. ||Front desk staff kept an eye out and were happy to book transport or tours||Easy walking to tourist sites, restaurants, shopping and tram stop

We're just back from a 3 night stay in the beautiful city of Prague. Hotel suite home far exceeded our expectations. We had the most beautiful room/suite, with so much space. Our 2 teenage boys were thrilled to have their own separate space and the kitchen area had everything we needed. The reception staff were so friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure that we had a comfortable stay, which we definitely did. The location of the hotel is spot on, so close to many beautiful bars and restaurants and within walking distance to all of the citys beautiful landmarks and museums. So much to see, we'll definitely be back again 😊👍

Awesome place… hotel suite home… To be very honest. I felt like home, sweet home, just what the name subtly means… very good rooms, good quality furniture, view - of the main road, extremely friendly people - Sheetal in particular was very warm, friendly, helpful and made us feel like coming again…. Overall, an amazing experience… i would love to come again, to Prague, and to stay at Hotel Suite Home…. Thanks Sheetal

We spent 10 days in Prague at this hotel and loved every minute of it. The staff here is incredible. Our luggage missed our connection and we went a day without it. We informed the man at the front desk that they were to deliver our luggage later the next day. He was on the phone with the luggage delivery people almost every hour it seemed trying to track down our bags. The housekeeping staff was equally customer oriented. I never expected them to wash our coffee cups and do our dishes (this is a full suite hotel with kitchen in the room) but every day housekeeping washed and placed our china cups we brought with us on the table and did the dishes. They even took the dishes out of the dishwasher we were going to run later in the day and washed them. Every staff member was wonderful, the hotel was clean and nice and the location was an easy walking distance to most everything. The only drawback was the small elevator that was sometimes very busy and only held 4 people, no luggage but it is the age of the building so and fits the charm of the hotel.

I can definitely tell why this is the second best family hotel in Prague. Everything was very family oriented. There were free drinks for kids and crayons in the lobby for kids as their parents check in. Reception was very friendly, and the other staff are great as well. The rooms are incredibly spacious. The kitchens are all full kitchens, and you can request a microwave for free! The rooms were very clean and are perfect suites for families. One of the best parts is how the hotel is so centrally located. The public transportation in Prague is very confusing, so it was great how everything is walking distance. The free breakfast every morning was great too. Kids love the orange juice and pancakes. There is a huge variety every morning! Also, there is a beer spa in the hotel for adults. Such an authentic and interesting experience! It may be the only one in central Prague. Overall, highly recommended. Thanks, Suite Home Hotel!

Really nice, spacious apartment rooms. Hotel Suite Home is ideal for families! Would also recommend the apartments to business travellers spending time in Prague!

Great location, 10-15 minute walk from everything you would want to see and close to the metro station if you want to get farther out or to the train station. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was better than I expected and hotel was clean. I would stay here again if I ever came back to Prague.

Very nice hotel in a great neighbourhood. Of course it is not super fancy but it is very clean the staff are super polite and helpful and the location is walking distance to all the attractions. We had a three bedroom on the 6th floor and the bonus was we had access to an amazing rooftop terrace.
