Hotel Suitess

The best thing about this hotel is its LOCATION. Everything is just around the corner. Loved it 😍 But our room was quite cramped, with no view! It was super clean though. The bathroom was spacious. There's a TV and a comfortable bed available. The lifts and the hallways were decorated very nicely. The staff were so nice and friendly. They could spoke English very well.

This is by far my new favorite hotel located in Dresden.. I have stayed in several hotels in and around Dresden and Hotel Suites is awesome. Its different from most hotels but has all the amenities.. Great gym, spa, bar and breakfast. The breakfast is a little on the high side of €35 but have a great selection.

Stayed for only 1 night but it was a lovely stay. The location is superb, everything touristic is just a few steps away, also lots of restaurant, bars etc. We were upgraded to a Executive Junior Suite and it was really spacious and lovely decorated. The frontdesk staff was also very friendly and helpful. On our next Dresden visit we will stay here again!

The hotel is in a good location in the very center and that is one of its´ main advantages. The quality corresponds to the 5 star standard. But: there is an exceptionally nice and helpful staff. The only thing that can be criticized: occasional inscriptions in russian, the language of the backward destroyers. But that probably cannot be blamed on the hotel, but rather on the overall submissive policy of Germany towards russia. The hotel could emphasize local Saxon food and wine more. But even without that he has my recommendation :)

Supreme high class hotel, just amazing! The personal was very friendly, professionall! The food was absolutely fantastic, could not recommend it enough ! Just delighted!

Absolutely amazing! (But just one thing) The hotel surprises you as soon as you enter the building. The reception with skylight is just the start. Location is bang in centre of the city with the cathedral next to it! I had a lovely view. Check out the pictures and leave a like 👍 Very close to tram and commute. The rooms are beautifully set and well lit. My bathroom had 2 basins, a glazed shower room and rain shower head built-in. The cooked breakfast was a treat with squeezed orange juice! Dont forget to go up on the roof and spend some time in the relaxing setting. Took lots of videos to show as well.

Excellent hotel, very well located, incredibly quiet, despite of the fair in front of the hotel. I had a room with a great view to the church. The double bed is gigant, probably a super king size. It creates such a comfortable environment that makes it easy to oversleep. Everything is clean, spacious, either new or very well preserved. No smells or odors in the room. It provided a great experiencie.

The location of Hotel Suitess couldn't have been any more perfect; we were within walking distance of the most beautiful palaces, buildings and churches that you could imagine. Not to mention that the staff, Fräu Jung in particular, were wonderful! The next time that we come to Dresden there is no doubt in my mind where we will stay!

I would strongly advise you to stay away from this hotel. I chose this hotel because it had positive reviews. During our 3 day stay: First, an extremely foul odor of sewage leaked from the pipes and into our room. Second, the air conditioning was non functioning. We asked for assistance and they "forgot" for two days. Third, we were told if we parked our vehicle ourselves it would only be 6 euro a day (instead it was 28 euro a day). Fourth, we paid for a queen bed, yet instead we had two beds pushed together with space in between. Fifth, was a lightbulb hanging from the bathroom ceiling which burnt and smelled when the light was on. We told them about this, and they said "we will get a technician out as soon as possible". One never came. A simple apology would have been in order, but not even one was given. They didn't seem to care, it appeared as if asking them about these issues was "bothersome" to them. We've been in Germany almost a month traveling across the country and have had ZERO issues with all of the other hotels we've used, except for this one. I cannot fathom how this is a 5 star hotel. I can only guess that they must have changed management because all of the other reviews were positive.

Hotel Suitess, a five star hotel, cancelled our reservation on the day we were leaving for Germany. They did offer a substitute apartment at a different location with no maid service or breakfast which we declined. We had booked through Hotels.com, apparently an error on our part! We scrambled to find a substitute accommodation! This was to have been our second visit to this hotel.
