Hotel Suma

I love the staffs here so much! They're super friendly and ready to help if needed. There was a power cut that day when we arrived but we were still well accommodated by them. They have their own spa which allowed us to have a nice massage after we checked out (additional price). The place is near to the beach and quite a lot of shops nearby offering dolphin watching so you can book with them and don't need to wake up early to catch the boat! Would definitely be back again if there's chance!

Nice place, spacy room, affordable and helpful staff. Please do not book from number written on google maps! It's a scam! I booked from that number to stay for three nights, but when I arrived, I did not have my room booked, turned out I was scammed. Thankfully the owner was very helpful. She gave me new booked rooms with much lower price and free dolphin tour 🥲. I hope this never happen again in the future, please be careful.

Great staff, fast to respond. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Lovely pool area Bed was a little soft for our liking. Dinner was ok. The AC was blowing right in our faces, no matter what setting, ceiling fan did a good job (beginning of June)

The staff were incredibly polite and friendly. Providing us with excellent service during our stay, especially Ekka who was so polite and kind. The gardens were very beautiful with many tropical plants, statues and bonsai. The pool was lovely and refreshing. The food in the restaurant was fresh and tasty. The massage was professional and relaxing. When I return to Bali I will stay here again. Any problems we did encounter were quickly solved by the helpful staff. For example, when the air conditioner didn’t work in one of the rooms we had booked they changed rooms for us straight away.

This is the most beautiful hotel, the courtyard area is idillic, and the restaurant being open and surrounded by so much green is a joy. The pool is serene and relaxing. It’s a lovely place to be. Location is quite remote. It is next to a beach, but not the sort of beach that is for sunbathing. It’s a working beach, lots of boats, and a market next to it. There are plenty of places to eat locally. Personally, the hotel is best though. It may be bit more, but worth it. They make a great Margarita too!! The rooms are really nice. The balcony and terraces all appear to be quite public. The spa is delightful. Speaking to a physiotherapist who was staying, he said that it was done to perfection, with expertise and understanding. I would definitely return if visiting the area again.

As I was making my nasi goreng I remembered I forgot to thank the lovely and absolutely amazing team especially Dewi and Chef for our amazing cooking class. When we arrived at Suma we asked at reception whether there were any cooking classes in the area and within an hour we were in the kitchen cooking up a storm. We had an amazing time learning the Balinese dishes and got to enjoy our efforts after. Highly recommend and can't wait to visit again.

i had booked from aps for my friend total for 4 days. when they came to check in, front office said that the room is fully booked, and no more room available, isn't it crazy? They over my friend to another hotel that they said it similar, but the fact it's totally not, and with all the mess in the new hotel they found. They complaining, but not got the solution. Finally we booked villa for them, in the messy morning. they checked out earlier, and you know the staff event not asking why, and said anything about it since they still have 2 more night there. verry verry bad service and unprofessional, this hotel with the new hotel they changed. enggak lagilah pesan di sini, kapok. Takutnya pas check in dibilang kamarnya sudah full lagi, iiih sereeeem.

Amazing value!. We have received 5 star service all the way. The amazing staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Food is first-rate, fresh and excellent value. Rooms are super clean and comfortable, gardens are maintained beautifully, and the traditional sculptures really add a true Balinese feel to the place... From the excellent table service to the towels shaped like peacocks on your bed, this place feels like a 5 star resort. There is bike hire and a mini mart up the road, and access to the dolphins if that's why you are here.. I would definitely stay here again..
