Hotel Sun Holidays

As the other comments say, it's a terrible hotel. Overpriced a lot for what they can offer. Paid €56 one night like for 4☆☆☆☆ hotels while ot wasn't worth even €20 . Poor quality overall, but it is not a problem. The real problem is huge noise in it. It's a well, not a building. Forget about sleeping. Not in that hotel. The other bad thing is location. Horror scenic. The pluses were the balcony, nice old stylish decoration in room, very nice reception.

I booked this hotel as last minute option to escape the British rain and I was curious to see if the pictures matched the reality as it seemed impossible seen the low price: I was delighted to see that it's exactly as described, incredible what you pay for I must say, compared to other experiences I made elsewhere.|The rooms have nice simple bright design, they are clean, spacious, the toilet has toiletries and, in general, I really liked it. |I had read in other reviews that the bed was a bit hard to sleep on, but I found it comfy.|The hotel is perfectly located at a short walk from the bus station that connects to all sides of the islands, and in the heart of the old town centre, which is very pretty, with traditional architecture and lovely places to eat and have a great time.|The area feels safe and quiet despite being in the lively zone of Puerto and it was perfect for a solo traveller like me. |Playa Jardin and Lago Martianez are both walking distance.|The staff was all very friendly and helpful.|Wifi included.|I think they should level up their stars because it's certainly a 2 and a half at least but I would even say 3.|The prices are incredible.|If I will ever come back, I will certainly choose this accommodation again.

Room was cleanish with aa big south facing terrace. Excellent aircon but WiFi signal was week.. Clean crisp sheets & a comfy bed. Could do with update but for the price was good value for money.

Very cosy, clean and comfortable little hotel to spend night or few when travelling. And my little dog has always been welcome here. The old town tranquility and restaurants are around the corner. The hotel is situated in best part of puerto de la cruz.

We had a nice room with sea view and the lighthouse. Very cheap and cheerful but it's a lovely bit of town in the old streets and you get a fridge! Area Not too loud but lots going on. Nice balcony even though it is small. Would have stayed another night but they were booked as we went last minute. Definitely recommend if you are on a stop over in supprisingly nice Puerto de la cruz

so happy we found this place, perfect for a short stay and great location within walking distance of everything. rooms were clean and staff were so friendly and helpful. shower water pressure was weaker than we like, however still got the job done and is something that can be easily fixed. no complaints at all, especially for a 1-star hotel - it exceeded our expectations!! would deffo stay again

Excellent quality vs price and excellent customer service. Placed a last minute booking direct with Pedro at the hotel who was professional and efficient. Even organised a kettle for me at short notice. Room (and kettle) where spotlessly clean. Plenty of towels, and even a fridge (and fan) in the room. Location excellent. Well worth booking directly with the hotel. Pedro was happy to help me find the hotel and advise on locations for a quick evening snack. Quiet location had an excellent nights sleep. Plenty of hot water, good water pressure, brand new quality hair dryers. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you for a lovely stay x
