Modern and spacious room, with separate toilet and bathroom. There were free car parking in front of the hotel and laundry facility with three laundry machines, each one both a washer and a dryer, with separate charges. We didn't try the breakfast. It's good value for money.

The room is very clean and space is very good in Japan standard. The front desk staff are super helpful.I wanted to open a bottle of wine and didn't have a wine opener. When I asked the front desk staff. He tried his best to help and unfortunately there was not a wine opener and I borrowed a beer opener instead. Just a few minutes later, I managed to open the wine using the beer opener and I went down to the front desk to return the opener. When lift door opened, I saw the front staff wanted to get into the lift with a screwdriver and 2 screws in his hand. I was really so touched when I saw him not giving up and still wanted to help me. I am totally zero to Japanese, and I can't remember the gentleman's name unfortunately. I really want to say a big thank you to the gentleman who tried his best to help me.The location of the hotel is good with a supermarket and a convenient shop next door.There a massage chair in the room for guests to use at FOC.I you drive, there is car park on-site and it's free.

It is a great place to stay at! I only stayed for one night but it was worth it. The breakfast buffet is only 500 yen and the room is spacious. Also it is very near the station and they offer a discount to the nearby restaurant that has the local specialty. Another thing is the hotel is beside the souvenir shop, we were able to try local stuff there too

I think the best hotel throughout my trip in Shikoku island. The hotel is new, bed room is clean and neat, and bed is comfortable. Wifi is efficient, breakfast was very good and comprehensive. And they even provide nite drinks, until 8pm, together with some cookies. But the most impressive part was, I arrived around noon, and they asked me to wait for 10mins, for the room to be ready and allowed me to check in early, that is a super service. Not only that, they offer free bicycle to cycle around the city and riverside, and I was very thankful. YOu really need a bicycle to cycle around, along the river side, it will be a memorable trip, at least for me, it's a very meaningful one. And the front desk Manager, Ms. Kanematsu was very helpful, very cordial and providing excellent customer service. I am impressed, and assuming I make a return trip to Shimanto, I will definitely stay in the same hotel.Excellent. ANd location wise, it is around 600m from Nakamura station, and next door to the hotel you have a shopping complex, a restaurant and a convenient store. I am very happy and satisfied staying here.

This hotel is newly built and is within a shopping district. Supermarket, Japanese restaurant and a Family Mart are just next to the hotel. The layout of the room is excellent that the bathroom and toilet are separated. The design of the bathroom is like a small onsen. There are free bath salts available in the lobby. Everything is clean and spotless. The room is of reasonable size for our twin room because it could fit in a massage chair. It is a very welcome feature for your tiring body after a day's travelling. Connection to wifi is via tv in the room and the instruction was very easy to follow.||||The restaurant is very big that never feel crowded. It provides Japanese food as well as western style food for breakfast. We went to the nearby Japanese restaurant for dinner and their food was excellent too. ||||Finally the room price is a relative bargain for all the excellent features I mentioned.

I stayed for 3 nights in May 2018, about a month after the hotel opened. Needless to say the building was super clean and everything very new. At roughly 5000円/night the room was a reasonable size with a comfortable bed and all the amenities that I needed. The bathroom was on the small side, but everything was nice and modern and the shower head was adjustable for height so I didn’t need to bend over to use as is somethings the case in Japanese hotels. The air conditioning unit in the room was very quiet so i had no issues sleeping with it on. There’s a dining room on the first floor for breakfast (Japanese style) which was a very reasonable 500円. The hotel location is conveniently located on the main road through town and has ample free parking.

Very convenient, modern and clean business hotel at the end of the Shimanto River. It was a nice treat after a few days raveling down the river. Family Mart convenience store right in front of the hotel. I'm always pleased to have proper coffee mug in my room :)
