Location is good, room services is good, non ventilated rooms. Charges are very high and food quality is below average. Not a value for money. I will not not suggest this hotel for family with kids as they are charging occupancy charges in the range of 400-500 for each kid, which i am not convinced with. With this average room cost will go to 3000 Rs and the hotel is not worth of that. Restaurant menu is tooooo costly as compare to food quality.

It was not a good experience. Room is very small and they charge a decent amount for that. Food is expensive by the standard of this hotel. Room was not clean. Stain on blanket and bedsheets and when you ask why it is the answer is amazing that it is oil mark. I mean really. The only good thing about this hotel is their bar. This have limited options but sensible pricing and they give you peanuts and papad complimentary.

Hotel seems good in first look but owner didn't spend a penny on maintenance. Washbasin's Marvel was broken, towel was torn, paintings were damaged, bedsheet & pillow cover had stains, etc. Bathroom's exhaust fan was Very much louder & irritating as well. Restaurant was very nice & staff is trained but delay in service. Rates are as per 3 or 4 star hotels but room infrastructure doesn't support it. Parking is easily available. Power backup is also available. I don't recommend untill they do renovation.

Pathetic room service. When I reached there was no towel in the bathroom. First I told room service boy who came along with me till room for check-in, then I had to make multiple calls to get towels. Though free wi-fi service was mentioned, but it was not getting connected properly. Even after calling multiple times, no one bothered to visit. The lock of bathroom was broken. Though the cooler was running, but the room was not getting cold. In a word - horrible experience.

This hotel staff is not even worth 1 star Rajeev is the front desk man here and is super trained how to insult any customer. I booked this hotel while my travel from jaisalmer to jodhpur to pune I reached the hotel in night around 1am the bed sheet was stained I asked him to get it removed he said it’s not the time Then the argument heated up and he said the things that I cant even imagine any hotel manager would say a literate manager And of course he proved he is not the one I had to leave the hotel in the same night And booked another one Horrible experience..! Kind of hated my visit in jodhpur coz of this hotel and specially Rajeev @Rajeev grow up man

Hello Everyone, I am just about to leave a hotel right now. This is one of the most pathetic experience as far as hotel is concerned. I have booked 2 rooms and stayed for 3 nights. The manager upfront asked for full money have never seen this treatment anywhere else but as it was booked by someone I knew so I gave into it reluctunatly. The food is pathetic here everyday they serve the same breakfast mostly half cooked. The bathrooms have issue of water logging. The service is very slow and staff in particular a manager is not courteous at all. Whenever you ask for something even like basic soap he will argue ek set to diya hai and u have to convince him that one set is not enough for 3 days. Room service also very poor. I have never been to such hotel ever and I never recommend this hotel anyone.

Oktober 2018: Not recommendable! Stay away! We spend 4 weeks in India. We stayed in nearly 20 different 2-3* Hotels and Hostels within this time. But this hotel was the worst and most disappointing on our trip. 1. The Location: Its near the Airport and next to a main road. Surrounded by a few pretty expencive Restaurants. 2. The Building: Nothing special. Just a random, typical old building. 3. The stuff: 3.1. The "Manager" at the reception: The most annoying and dumb person I met in India, who is additionally totaly overstrained. Starting with permanent calls, to remember us, that its time for dinner, which we of course should take in the hotel. (More then expencive, see food below.). Next to mention is his total ignorance of problems e.g. WiFi connection issues (see more wifi below). 3.2 The other stuff: Quiet slow, dont understand english, still always kind and gentle. 4. The rooms: The rooms aren't bad. They are just quiet oldfashioned. The bathroom facilities doesnt work properly, which is quiet annoying. Espacially the shaking toilet... :D There were no towels and one missing pillow.. which we got from the stuff a half hour after telling them. The biggest problem of the room was the AC. When ever you put it on, you felt like Jodhpurs Air Force is just in your room. Keeping it off.. wasnt an option either, since there are no windows to open .. so that the air would just stuck in the room. The bed had some undefineable dirt on the bedcover and even some blood. 5. The Food: The price of the food that you can buy is upper average to expencive. Since the quality and quantity of the food is less aswell, its recommendable to eat outside. 5.1. The Breakfast is the worst I ever had. Fits perfectly to the hotel. You have to choose one of 7 options. Plus 1 cup of tea or coffee (ca. 50-70 ml). The preparation takes 25-30 min (when ordered after the main breakfast time!) You have to go down and order it. Then those 30 min starts. (Bad for ppl who have to leave in time and have to starve finally..) The food is quiet less. And since you dont know which might be good for you.. its kind of a lottery to choose the right one. (The Sandwiches are disgusting. Avoid to take them!) Its funny, that preparing 2 sandwiches with cucumber and tomatoes takes half hour. With 2 persons and no other orders. And they taste just bad. Dry and old bread. On the lower part were a half Pound of pepper.. you could barely see the cucumber below the pepper.. 6. WiFi: Todays days most important item on each hotel to reach the family at home! Here you have 5 ports and a Lobby WiFi. Sadly its a realistic 2:8 chance to get a room with wifi. The WiFi routers who are used.. are to weak to send a signal all over the building. Being 2 rooms away from WiFi.. was already to far. Lucky for them, I couldnt write this text before... So better make sure to have some mobile Data.. After all that memorable nice experiences in India and Jodhpur.. this was the only one I would like to cut out of my Memory. Just a disappointment. I hope this helps the future Me's to avoid those disappointing days. And mb the Management of the hotel tries to improve. Best wishes from Germany!

The worst ever hotel I stayed.. First thing the staff at reception stare you. Which is very unpleasant... And the moment you get in to room you feel like entering a room of 1980s old rooms..the dirty window rails and covers.. stinky room .. there is no bottled water supply ... There isnt coffee or tea supplies in the room. They provide some water which they say is ro water... And morning breakfast is again bad... Poha.parota. dry bread... we ordered two tea. And when we poured the tea to glass. It was one and half cups of tea.... Overall. Worst experience... For one night we paid 3450.... Which is waste... We booked just because it is near to airport.. never suggest this to anyone. Reply to owner respond: when we were there you did not bother to listen what we were saying. And the same reply I could see from you on all bad comments. The
