IF AGODA ALLOWED CANCELLATION AND REFUND, I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. First of all, the staff are not friendly and not welcoming at all. There is no sense of hospitality. Second, the entire hotel is very old and clearly poorly maintained. There are no decent facilities, and even the elevator is extremely old, small, and uncomfortable. When we arrived at our designated floor (7th floor), there was a very strong smell of paint, and it extended all the way to our room. I immediately requested to change rooms, but they refused and said it was not possible. Since we arrived at night after a long and tiring day, we had no choice but to stay. All toilets do not have a bidet. For someone who has been using a bidet all their life, this is very inconvenient and uncomfortable. What's even more disappointing is that the hotel imposes many strict rules, yet they cannot provide basic necessities. There was no bidet, no complimentary soap, no body wash, and no shampoo-items that are usually standard in most hotels. The only good thing about this hotel is the location, as it is just a few minutes' walk to Somerset and Orchard Road. Overall, this hotel does not meet basic expectations, and I would not recommend staying here unless there are major improvements. JUST KINDLY CHECK ALL THE PHOTOS THAT I’VE ATTACHED .

This is by far the worst and most horrifying hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The entire room looks like a scene straight out of a murder movie — dark, dirty, and extremely uncomfortable. The air conditioner is ancient, filthy, and only blows warm air. You can’t even adjust the temperature. The towels smell awful and feel like old rags. The shower curtain is full of mold, and the furniture looks like it hasn’t been replaced for decades — everything gives off a creepy, abandoned vibe. The pillowcases are stained yellow, the windows are covered in grime, and every corner of the room feels unhygienic. I had no choice but to stay one night, and it was honestly one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Absolutely not recommended. I wouldn’t stay here again

This hotel is a nightmare! It’s a scam in the hospitality industry. If you really really really don’t mind sleeping in a horror hotel. The rooms looks like one you see in haunted films. The moment you stepped into the room the smoky feel and the dust proofed out of the aircon. Worst is, you booked for # of nights and can’t cancel it. I booked via Agoda.com and no one entertained me. So don’t make the same mistake please.

DON'T OPERATE IF YOU WILL JUST FALSELY ADVERTISE AS A HOTEL AND PROFIT OUT OF NO-REFUND POLICY BECAUSE CLIENTS CANNOT STOMACH HOW DIRTY YOUR FACILTIES ARE THAT THEY HAVE TO WALK OUT!!! IF YOU WANT TO SEE THE WORST OF SINGAPORE, GO HERE. HOTEL HAS NO HUMANITY TO PUT THROUGH VISITORS WITH SUCH FILTH!!! Air inside room is moldy! Beds and seats have stains!! Bathroom and toilet are not clean!!

This was by far the worst hotel we stayed at in Singapore. It was shocking to find a hotel with such unmaintained rooms specially in a country like Singapore . In other words it was a dirty hotel.. the room, the walls , the bathroom, the linen and carpet was all extremely dirty. The WiFi barely worked. The coffee mugs in the room had dried coffee in it.. it hasn’t been washed..They don’t offer any amenities .. definitely no value for money.. and the vibe here is just off.. house keeping is just useless.. they don’t clean the room or bathroom at all..they just change the towels. (Which is also torn and stained) the only good thing about this place is the location.

We booked a family room but was very disappointed and disgusted in the place. Rooms smells like a cigarette, no coffee maker and their fridge has a lot of leftovers or drinking even water.no slipper available too. Cockroaches and ants, room lock feels scary coz it us easily broken if someone breaks in. Lights are very dim,AC vent has lots of black dust residue and molds. Walls are so dirty and stained Restrooms are not brushed or cleaned and has soo much stains too, no toothbrush,toothpaste,soap or shampoo Towels looks very old and very stained. Sheets and pillows are old and smells like cigarette I requested additional pillow and towels in the evening around 9 or 10pm but no available housekeeping to attend and reception at the evening was not accommodating at all. On our last day before check out they shut the AC off an hour before we get out of the place. Terrible place to stay in a good place known for top cleanliness and a country known for good management specially with the hotel price per night. Unfortunately, it isn't refundable and no cancellation options.

Room are ok, aircon, hot & cold shower, mini fridge. Large room comfortable for two people. Good location.

Not a “Family Room” Filthy, Unsafe, and Dishonest Advertising We booked what was advertised as a “family room” what we got was a nightmare that no family should ever have to experience. The room itself was disgusting. Cockroaches were everywhere crawling out of the fridge (which didn’t even work), scurrying in the bathroom, and nesting in corners. The air conditioner was covered in mold and barely worked, pumping out a foul, musty smell. The ceiling and walls were visibly moldy, and the beds were unstable and creaky. Everything felt dirty, damp, and completely neglected. Even worse was the hotel environment. Nearly every other room seemed to be operating as a place of business for sex work with a constant stream of people coming and going, loud noises throughout the night, and behavior that made us feel unsafe. We saw multiple transgender sex workers working openly on the premises. To be clear, our issue is not with anyone’s gender identity it’s with the fact that this was clearly an unmanaged, unregulated environment, completely inappropriate for families or anyone looking for a safe place to sleep. When we complained to the front desk manager, it only got worse. He refused to give us another room, refused to refund us, refused to send housekeeping, and instead handed us a can of air freshener in response to our roach problem. When we pushed back, he rolled his eyes and said, “This is a budget hotel — deal with it.” The attitude was insulting and unprofessional. We had already paid for all three nights, and because of the manager’s refusal to cooperate, we were forced to pay out of pocket for a different hotel. Once we switched hotels, our taxi driver and the new hotel’s front desk staff immediately recognized the name of the first hotel and warned us that it’s well-known locally for being a hotspot for sex work specifically transgender sex workers. Apparently, this is common knowledge among locals, but completely hidden from tourists booking online. This hotel is falsely advertised, poorly managed, unsanitary, and unsafe. Do not stay here, especially if you’re with family or expecting even the bare minimum of comfort or cleanliness. Rating: 1/5 — Zero stars if I could. Don’t waste your time or your money.
