Hotel Supreme

The most dirties hotel in Singapore I have ever stayed. Mouldy rooms, dirty linen, curtains, carpet and floors. When I went and complained the reception person didn't even apologize but gave me another key. When I opened the room a woman walked out and the management said she was a staff but didn't look like it. Other than a stellar location I will not encourage anyone to stay here. There are other brands such as value and hotel 81 which are 3 stars but great value for money.

The staff were approachable and kind. However, the room is musty, the beddings, towels and curtains were too old and should have been disposed of. Rooms were dirty. There were dried rice and hair balls on the carpet. Bathrooms need hard scrubbing to remove the molds on the crevices. Not worthy for the price.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location, within walking distance of the famous Orchard Road, a laundry facility, a bar, and grocery stores. However, it is a budget hotel with very basic offerings. They only provide soap as an amenity, and while towels are available, they are in poor condition.The hotel rooms are outdated, with old furniture and an uncomfortable mattress. The room was dusty, and the cleanliness did not meet expectations. Hotel lift also very old. The shower had issues, with no hot water available at night and excessively hot, unadjustable water in the morning. Overall, the stay was disappointing despite the great location.

Chose this hotel as it is located in Orchard and has spacious rooms but those are basically the only good points of this place.We did not expect anything luxurious considering the listing photos and how the hotel looks like those older ones but at least just the basic standard.The towels all had holes and threads were falling apart. There were small cockroaches crawling around in the room and bathroom. Thick dust build up in the air conditioning vents and corners of the room too. The signages were just written in pen and paper.We went down to the lobby at one point in the evening asking if we can have our towels changed but the staff only told us that ‘this is a budget hotel. tomorrow you can come back’. It is greatly shocking for a hotel like this to exist in Singapore. I’ve been to a number of budget hotels in SG, areas far away from the city center but never experienced something like this.I hope management considers upgrading or do an overall update in their quality of service because something as basic as towels and signages would definitely ruin an otherwise enjoyable experience.

A random guy came and knocked my door 5 times from 10pm-5am. No security whatsoever. It was freaking me out. The rest was just unacceptable. The host was nice and polite but was helpless.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Dilapidated rooms, old furniture and sheets, and staff that do not help. I booked a room via Agoda, and upon arrival, they gave me room 201 which is a room near the stairs, plus it reeks of dust. We cannot request for another room, and if we plan to leave, there is no refund. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
