Hotel Surf Mar

The rooms are quite big and comfortable, however they have Minior issues that don’t affect your stay in here (our room had broken balconies glass, AC is working well. However service wasn’t helpful, they barely speak English, most time they were mean and gave us weird stares, the cleaning service just changed our towel. Location is delightful- 3 minutes away from beach. Food was either freshly placed or really cold. Although I recommend

The location is great, walkable to beach. There is not parking for us when we arrived. We drove around several times and eventually find an off street parking spot two blocks away. Google says this is a 4 star hotel. What a joke! I would say the room is what you can expect from a 2 star hotel.

Ants everywhere in the room and in our bags and clothes. Definitely not 4 star standard. Kids facilities were good and breakfast was good

Great sports facilities, good pool for swimming lengths. Air con was not effective in the room and the door to the bathroom had evident water damage. It would be a good addition to have a courtesy room to allow guests to shower and get changed when departing after check out times. Location is a stones throw away from the beach.

I give it 5 stars for the great service from Ruben at the bar and a girl from Colombia at the front desk! They were the best part of the hotel.

Horrible hotel stay. Noisy school class children all days outside in the garden/pool area - and the restaurant Juni 2025 Horrible hotel stay. At dinners in the restaurant you can not have a conversation with one another because the children shout so loud .in the restaurant when having dinner. Totally destroyed our stay.

Very unhappy I left my denim jacket in my room with my watch in the pocket (£380) and it was only when I went to pack to come home I realised it had gone! Hotel staff unhelpful and not interested didn’t have time to go to police as checking out. My room mate had an expensive ring go missing too, then we heard someone else on same floor had 2 rings go missing 🤔 ||Very upset and dissatisfied that no one wanted to help and went into “we don’t understand “ mode!!

Constant noises at night can't sleep. We checked and it said the pool was open but when we arrived reception said it would open next week. Reception was mean and fiesty and apprentices were moody. Golf course is in a really bad state, unplayable. Not much to do in area and buffet is low quality food. DO NOT STAY HERE AND EVERYONE GIVE 1 STAR REVIEW, I HATED IT THERE!!!
