Review Swiss Hotel Moraira – 3.5/5 We recently stayed at Swiss Hotel Moraira and left with mixed feelings. The hotel is advertised as adults only, yet during our stay there was a child present, which was disappointing since we came for peace and quiet. Breakfast was fresh but very limited and rather sparse for a four-star hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but somewhat dated and in need of an update. The swimming pool was definitely a highlight – beautifully designed and a great place to relax. However, it was a drawback that no snacks or light meals could be ordered at the pool. Lunch and dinner are only available at the table through the day menu. What really stood out in a positive way was the staff. The service was fantastic – very friendly and helpful – and this truly made our stay more enjoyable. Overall, a hotel with potential, but with a few clear downsides. The wonderful team, however, did make our stay pleasant despite these points.

My recent stay at Swiss Hotel Moraira was quite enjoyable. The staff provided exceptional service, earning a well-deserved five-star rating for their attentiveness and professionalism. Overall, I rated my stay four stars, as there were a few aspects that could be improved for an even better experience. The hotel services were satisfactory, also receiving a four-star rating. I would recommend this hotel for its hospitality and beautiful location.

We had a lovely weekend staying at this hotel. The place is beautiful and great for a weekend of relaxing in your couple. After seeing some of the bad reviews we were quite nervous but the stay was overall great! |The only two comments we had was that the place is really understaffed, the friendly girl at check in was great, but she seemed very stressed as she was doing pretty much everything which left some of our questions unanswered. Another comment, at breakfast we were not seated nor spoken a word to by the waiter in the room, and we had no idea that you could order cooked breakfast, so that would have been nice to know!|However, there was a young Spanish bar tender around the pool and he was fantastic, really polite, and he made our experience. |Other than that, the whole experience was lovely and we would definitely return!

I don’t usually write reviews however following reading some of the negative reviews prior to our trip, I wanted to provide reassurance to those who have an upcoming booking and to say ignore the negatives!|I have stayed in 5* hotels in both the UK and Europe and can honestly say this hotel was fantastic. It’s smelt amazing with the diffusers throughout. The hotel is not run down at all, I would say the opposite… it has a lovely authentic feel to it.|We arrived at the hotel very early, however were shown where we could change to use the pool and relax. Our room was ready early and the receptionist made an effort to come find us to inform us and then show around the hotel. |We had the Romantic room of which was very spacious, clean (could smell the washing powder!) and had a private balcony (ok was not much of a view but that didn’t bother us in the slightest!) aircon worked very well and compared to some other reviews, we had no WiFi issues across the hotel at all!|The pool area was very pretty, relaxing, quiet and there were plenty of beds available in both the sun and shaded areas. Pool area was clean and tidy despite what other reviews have said… there is a lot of plants and trees so a few leaves are sometimes about but that is expected! |No mosquito bites! |The pool bar was very reasonably priced (3.50 for a beer and 6 for a glass of wine… reasonable compared to UK prices) and the food was lovely. Waiter brought our drinks to our loungers which was a nice touch. (Food was quite expensive and our only feedback would be to offer some smaller snacks for those who would not want to eat a full meal)|The breakfast was great, big selection of fruit, yoghurts, some pastries/bread, fresh juice and then a choice of cooked eggs from the menu (eggs Benedict was fab)|The pool area is beautiful and romantic at night if you wanted to have a nice drink/meal where there are plenty of tables around.||We ate out every evening as we wanted to explore the area. It’s a 5 minute drive into the main centre of moraira with a huge free car park. Taxi was approx 10euros.||Please ignore the bad reviews, this hotel was fantastic and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. We will be rebooking!

If you’re looking for a peaceful escape with top-notch service, look no further. From the moment we arrived, Felipe went above and beyond to make our stay perfect—attentive without being intrusive, always available with a warm smile and helpful suggestions. He truly made us feel cared for without ever disturbing our peace. Verónica was equally amazing—professional, kind, and always ensuring everything was just right. She has a calming presence that fits perfectly with the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. If you’re someone who values privacy and excellent service, this is the place. Felipe and Verónica, thank you for making our stay unforgettable.
