Great place. Lovely, stylish, well decorated room & great bathroom. Really comfortable beds. The gym and sauna were quality too downstairs and nice and quiet - Maybe I was lucky?! The value was excellent. Real bargain by Swiss standards!

When I first came the manager wasn’t nice to me but Zilan was the best! So nice and helpful. Anything I needed she helped me with! Leon also was super nice as well. Zilan gave me tips on how to get around. Had the best trip because of her! 🫶🏽

This is current information. This ifs an excellent location however there is an extraordinary amount of construction right in front of the building. You cannot even enter without walking around steal greats, and barriers. Very noisy during the day. Jack hammers at work. Decide carefully. When I went in with my wife, the receptionist had no comments. He was less than forthcoming. We asked to cancel our reservation and went elsewhere.

For the price, service, and location - this is 5 stars from me. Judith and Leon were great and couldn't be more helpful if they tried. The room was lovely. You'll see people complaining about the heat, its summer and the staff warn everyone. Its not 5-star hotel so there's no A/C, but, there are fans in the rooms and You'll have be3n told. We were absolutely fine. Its worth paying a little extra for the breakfast, its an unlimited, help yourself buffet with a great selection of hot and cold food, juices, hot drinks, breads, eggs, fruit, yogurts, all you could need. They need to have the breakfast staff open both doors in the summer for comfort, but no biggie. Its smack next to the Metro station too and surrounded by stuff to do. We had room 309 with a beautiful view of the cathedral.

Unattractive entrance dingey decor. Rooms well appointed although shower in bath was inconvenient. No bar and only breakfast offered. Very convenient for Metro. Some upper floor rooms had good views

The hotel have a really good location and service. The room was nice and clean. But air conditioner worked really bad (it was too noisy so I had to switch it off during the night). Also it would be better if it was a chair in the room, but a stool, so I could sit and relax leaning back.

Overall, it is a really nice hotel! The rooms were very clean and big enough, the only problem is the lack of AC, a little difficult in the hot summer! They do provide a fan but it is still very hot, keeping the windows opened is also difficult if you need a good night of sleep. However, the view from the room was simply wonderful, the service was very friendly and the location is perfect!

Great location, just a step away from the metro station. Very noisy environment, soundproof windows improve the situation...but still the sound of loud music can be heard during the night and through the window. Clean room and friendly staff!

Overall hotel is clean, friendly service, good location to grocery store, restaurants , popular shops, train station etc .. No AC BUT I suppose it's a Europe thing. Pillows are such poor quality , paper thin felt like I was sleeping on flat surface. Asked for more pillows only got 2, one had no pillow case with a stain on it. Mattress stiff my back hurt after 3 days. Bathroom has no fan or window so always stuffy . Mind you this hotel was 700 plus dollars for 3 nights. The location of this hotel is prime though.
