We were very disappointed with our stay at this so-called 5-star resort||The basics were missing. There was no phone in the room to contact reception, so I had to call a Polish number from my Norwegian phone at extra cost. Note sour rooms were in another building. The shower didn’t even have a holder for the shower head, something you would expect in the cheapest motel, let alone a place advertised as luxury. Not even complimentary shampoo was provided. For a property marketed as 5-star, this is simply unacceptable.||What makes it worse is how misleading the booking process is. At no point was it made clear that we were reserving a room in a much lower-standard annex rather than the actual 5-star hotel itself which was informed at the check-out. This feels deliberately deceptive, and for international travelers arriving with expectations of quality, it’s incredibly disappointing. There are many more transparent and genuinely budget-friendly options in this area that would have offered better value and honesty.||Management’s attitude only reinforced our disappointment. Despite being told the manager was available, no one made the effort to contact us directly. We were out making the most of our short holiday and cannot be expected to waste time waiting around for management to appear. If guest feedback truly mattered here, the manager would have taken the initiative.||The location is beautiful, but that is where the positives end. This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had abroad, and we would strongly caution others against booking here expecting true 5-star resort.||We will absolutely return to this beautiful region—but we will never stay at this resort again.
