Our stay at Hotel Tandem was perfect. The rooms are spacious, the amenities wonderful and the beds comfortable. Our kids had a wonderful time at their library (special mention for the rescue birds Douglas and Pippa, they adored them) and the good folks at the hotel were very kind and accommodating with our last minute meal requests at the restaurant, even on 31st night. Location is fantastic, breakfast is local and very tasty. Above all, the staff is always smiling and helpful.

Our stay at Hotel Tandem was nothing short of perfect. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed us with genuine warmth and professionalism. The location couldn’t be better, short walk 8minutes to the Christmas markets and right across from the station yet quiet and peaceful inside. Our room was well designed, (with only one minor comment to have coat hooks installed near the entry door in room 301) spotlessly clean, and the soundproofing meant I slept like a dream. The highlight, though, was breakfast: an incredible spread of homemade cakes, organic cheeses, fresh breads, and fruit that felt both indulgent and wholesome. I also loved the hotel’s eco-conscious touches, like bike rentals and locally sourced products, which made me feel good about my stay. Strasbourg is a stunning city, and Hotel Tandem was the ideal base to explore it. I can’t wait to return — highly recommended!”

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tandem. The staff were amazing – super friendly and helpful. The room wasn’t very big, but it was spotless, beautifully renovated, and very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent, brand new, with high-quality soap and shampoo. Breakfast was fantastic for anyone with a sweet tooth – an incredible variety of cakes, pastries, and other sweets. The savory options were more limited, but overall the experience was excellent. The atmosphere in the hotel is great, and the team really makes you feel welcome. Plus, if you’re taking the train the next day like we did, the location right next to the station is perfect

Just spent a night as we were passing though and this place made us want to return and spend some time. Beautifully renovated and well appointed rooms. The staff person who greeted us took time to look up a particular library we wanted to visit, a little off the beaten path. Also I gave us detailed instructions for an evening walk. Great breakfast spread with lots of site-made baked goods.

Cute hotel located close to the train station. Short walk to the city and main sights. Rooms were clean and comfortable, equipped with desk, sofa, A/C, and kettle. Breakfast was wonderful. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Super handy hotel for railway station, well designed & compact. Rooms spacious & lots of dining nearby. Direct link to tram network. Two lines A & D start underground with access from station forecourt inside glass area & line C starts @ station @ ground level on opposite side to hotel via centre, so you can't go wrong. 24 hour ticket less than €5 from ticket machine @ tram stop, remember to validate before every journey to avoid penalty fare. Many sites are easy walking distance.

Excellent boutique hotel, across the square from the train station. Small but well appointed room, with great beds, pillows, duvet, great shower and bathroom. We got coffee from train station but they do provide breakfast. Helpful kind staff, reasonably prices. I liked it.

The hotel has an excellent location right in front of the train station and just a beautiful 10-minute walk to the old town. The highlight was definitely the breakfast. Staff were very kind and helpful, especially Nikolas and Amin in the bar. The only concerns were the noise from nearby construction and that the bed size was smaller than U.S. standards.
