Wonderful hotel in a great location in Seville, handy for all the sights. Thoroughly enjoyed our four nights at the Hotel Tayko. We had a lovely room overlooking Puerta de Jerez and enjoyed the feeling of space this gave. The staff were wonderful and very helfpul. Breakfast was very good and served in a pretty mezzanine restaurant. The staff at breakfast could be a little overzealous in wanting to serve you and not let you serve yourself orange juice, for example. A very minor point but it could be a bit more relaxed, and did not detract from our stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

We arrived in Seville without any plans and without a hotel reservation. That was our state of mind at the time — we weren’t in the best mood and were simply following our feelings. We walked around the city, looking into the windows of hotels and cafés, watching people and getting a sense of the city. Through the window of Tayko Hotel, we saw happy, laughing people, and that felt like a sign. We went inside, and the first person who welcomed us was Miguel. He is a truly warm, open, and charming person. He greeted us like old friends, even though he was meeting us for the first time. We planned to stay for just one night and then move on to another city. But the warmth and care with which the staff surrounded us were decisive — we ended up staying four nights. Special thanks to Miguel, Monika, and also to the young man from Germany who surprised us with a birthday cake — that gesture touched us deeply. Guys, you are all amazing. We will definitely come back to you again. Tayko is not just a hotel — it’s a place where you truly feel welcome.

When I return to Seville, I will return to this hotel. The staff were exceptional, the location is perfect, and the amenities were great. ||Some of the highlights: very high ceilings in extraordinarily clean rooms, a very comfortable bed, huge shower, free mini-bar with complimentary bottles of water brought to the room every day. As someone who is very sensitive to chemicals and scents, I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel without the heavy scents. Most of all, the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming boutique hotel. Every member of staff, from reception to management, was outstanding. Everyone we encountered was warm, attentive and genuinely helpful, and the team made excellent dining recommendations that really enhanced our stay.|Our room was immaculate and thoughtfully designed, with all the plug sockets exactly where you need them, a proper full-length mirror, and even a hairdryer that actually worked, small details that make a big difference. The layout made the most of a lovely aspect, and the facilities were excellent throughout.|A beautifully run hotel with a team that truly shines. We’d return without hesitation.

I love this hotel. I’m on a fairly low budget solo trip — Madrid, Cordoba, Úbeda, Granada, Sevilla. This is my splash out hotel (****). The others have been **/***. What I love: Super warm welcome. A drink upon check (plain water, lemon water or cava). Help with my bags to the room with an explanation of (no-charge!) simple minibar, Nespresso and WiFi. Complimentary bottle of still water. A welcome note. They brought in a little chocolate at night and checked if I needed anything. My room wasn’t huge but the high ceilings and tall windows make it feel spacious. Tasteful decor. Windows that open to a teeny courtyard. Lovely, nap-friendly blackout curtains. The bathroom is super cute (w/granny style floral tiles). L’Occitane toiletries. Yum! It’s very quiet (room 107). I have ridiculously sensitive hearing, so this makes a huge difference for me. Great sheets. Convenient to bus station (2 stops on a bus/20 min walk). Train station was a short cab ride and there is a taxi rank just near the hotel or they’ll call one for you. Right on a main shopping/dining drag. Walkable to the sites, esp the cathedral, Christmas (nativity) market, Christmas lights. Tons of good tabernas, restaurants, bodegas, cafes… nearby. My one regret is I didn’t get breakfast, 25 EUR wasn’t in my budget. I imagine it was also thoughtful, nice and well done. Top pick of all the many likes: Consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff. Hats off to the HR folks and managers. I’m so glad I stayed here! You should, too.

The place is absolutely beautiful, and its location makes it one of the very best places to stay in Seville. The staff were exceptionally welcoming - we were greeted with a flute of cava upon arrival. Our 230 sq ft-room on the second floor was very spacious, with a balcony overlooking the city square. We signed up for breakfast on our first morning, which was very convenient and allowed us to head straight out to explore the city afterward. We preferred lighter breakfasts the rest of the days, which were easy to find around the hotel. The Hotel Alfonso XIII is just across the way, and it was fun to visit, explore its beautiful interior, and enjoy a drink in the courtyard.

The most helpful and friendly hotel we have ever stayed in in Spain, the staff went out of their way to take care of us. Fabulous breakfast and the room was 5 star with the comfort of the bed matching it. Cannot recommend it enough to anyone looking for quality hotel in Seville

Perfect hotel for a city break to Seville. Nicely appointed rooms, complete with large king size bed, coffee/tea/fridge and fantastic waterfall shower. Also like the traditional elements like the Andalusian tiles. The big plus here is the staff which are super friendly. And the location, location, location. Everything is walking distance. Shops, restaurants, Cathedral/Alcazar/Santa Cruz district are only 5-10 minutes away. Triana district also only 10-15 minutes. Taxi stop right in front of the place
