*Stay at Hotel Temple City A Mixed Experience* Rating : 3.8/5 I recently stayed at Kanyakumari "Hotel Temple City", and while it's a good choice due to its location, the experience was mixed. The hotel's proximity to the Sunrise Viewpoint and Kanyakumari Devi Temple is a major plus, and a short walk makes it convenient to explore these attractions. *Amenities and Cleanliness:- The rooms are neat and clean, which is a definite highlight. However, the absence of an attached restaurant is noticeable. Although morning tea is provided with a kettle and tea bags, and the staff arranges tea from nearby restaurants, it would be better to have dining options within the hotel. *Service: A Letdown:- The service, unfortunately, didn't meet our expectations. We were surprised by the negative approach when we requested an extra bath towel for our three-bed room. Moreover, despite the checkout time being 12 noon, the staff insisted we store our luggage in the car while visiting Vivekananda Rock, citing that we couldn't return before 12 noon. When we returned at 11:05 AM, our room had already been allotted to another customer, and we were asked to freshen up in a different, uncleaned room.!!!! A key takeaway: don't leave your key with them before checkout. *Facilities :- The hotel offers parking space in front of the building, by the roadside, and a lift facility for easy access to upper floors. Being close to the road might be a consideration for some. *Overall Assessment:- Given the mixed experience, I would rate this hotel 3.8 out of 5. While it's an Average place to stay, especially considering its location, the service issues are significant. Potential guests should weigh these factors when deciding.

Good for one day stay. We went on an off season but the price was still the same. Could've had some discount. However they offered breakfast at a discounted price. Breakfast was decent. Locality was good as it is walkable for most of the tourist places. The rooms were decent.

Location is great, walkable distance to sunrise point, kanyakumari temple. Parking is limited. Rooms are big and comfortable. It definitely is not a luxurious stay but a value stay. Complimentary breakfast is very basic.

Most useless hotel . Experience at reception : very rude firstly said no booking after showing printed copy of booking he inform us that room catagory booked is not available , our booking was for double A/c Deluxe room 2 rooms for 4 adults and two children . Then he said he will give us four bedded room . When we entered person had removed beds sheet etc . Then we pointed out that price paid by us was for doubled based room + one extra bed for child . After great arguments made second base. Room service is not available . There is no restaurant at the hotel thus for lunch/ dinner we need to go outside. A/c was not functional okay the time of check in . It being operated from outside. Overall very bad experiance. Would not recommend any Pune

We stayed for 2 nights . Its average hotel . The rooms are small and not very spacious . Wash rooms are also not modern . Just average . There is a small restaurant where they serve breakfast. The breakfast is just average and you do not have much options . Its just ok for 1 or 2 nights. Only plus point is that Hotel is very centrally located to all the important places in Kanyakumari .

It offers a comfortable stay with clean rooms and a great location near the temple and beach. Staff is polite and helpful. A good choice for families and pilgrims. Value for money.Restaurant option is not there.

I have booked this based on the google reviews. I have booked it for Saturday night. I have called and informed them that I will check in late. We reached hotel at 11:45PM. Check in was comfortable no issues. Rooms were good no issues. I will recommend every one who book here to talk to the service persons and try to request them for anything you want. Most of the service persons are helpful here.

The rooms were spacious, cozy and comfortable. Service was ok kind of. But food was not available in the hotel, even though while booking it was mentioned that the restaurant was open for customers.
