This hotel was amazing . So clean. Staff were brilliant. Breakfast was ok as it is is continental. But plenty of places nearby if you wanted a fry. I would say most of the guests were Spanish . Rooms were spacious with a balcony. I tried to rebook for August but it is fully booked to me this is a good sign. Beach is only a couple of minutes away as is the old town. I will be back

Just got home from an amazing trip to Benidorm with my two friends.|We had a better of a holiday and enjoy every bit of our incredible break!|We had the joy of staying at the Teremar.|We were quite confused on my the hotel had such a lot of bad reviews and also how it was only a ☆☆ Hotel as we thought it was amazing.|Like some have mentioned we took an extension lead but other than that we was very impressed.|The staff were very friendly toward us as british tourists, which people have mentioned in here to have a negative interaction with the staff as british tourists.|| The reception team day /night, cleaners, bar staff were always helpful and very welcoming jnto our stay here and we will definitely be back.|I ordered drinks and alot of times the bar staff would prepare a nice bowl of nibbles to have at poolside tables under a shaded umbrella or on sunbeds.|Smoking is allowed around the pool with is a plus for feeling welcome and safe.|Not so many britsh tourist stay here so it was nice to be around the spanish culture more.|This is a very accepting and claiming hotel that play gentle relaxing music around the pool after breakfast and thought the day to create a vibrant relaxing space as if your in an outdoor spa 🤩🎶.||We will definitely be back!!!|Brilliant hotel, inscribe value!

Would highly recommend this hotel. It is located in the old town but within walking distance to everywhere also close to the tram and buses if you want to go for a bit of sightseeing. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Everywhere in the hotel was spotless. If there was one fault it is that there was no tea/coffee facilities in the room but it was very cheap to buy a coffee at the poolside bar. It really should have more than 2 stars

My parents and myself had booked this hotel for a short break therefore only using the hotel for little snacks, freshening up, and sleeping. The rooms are average but clean, there is nothing too eye-catching but it is okay for a short holiday. There were three single beds with bedside tables beside them, a few wooden chairs, a wardrobe with a safe in it, a desk with a rather small tv on it, a balcony, and a bathroom with a basic toilet and shower. However, the shortage of plug sockets was disappointing so if you are a large group/ family etc I would recommend taking an extension lead or numerous power banks for your devices. Also, if you already find it difficult to sleep I would take ear plugs with you when you go as the walls are quite thin and I was able to hear conversations from outside of the room. The food is again average and of course continental, so if you would like an English breakfast in the morning I advise you to look on the internet for places to eat before you arrive at the hotel to be prepared. The eating area and reception area is extremely clean and looked after, and the air conditioning is perfect. The staff I had spoken to were Spanish but can speak English fairly well and are extremely friendly. Overall, we had a decent experience at the Hotel Teremar and it was the experience me and my family were expecting from a hotel with a 2-star rating.

Just stayed here for a week with my mates and it was the worst decision I’ve ever made. Food is awful made my friend have food poisoning and was ill for the remainder of the holiday, pool well as they call “the bath” is dirty and always full of leaves and god knows what else. I’m appalled that this is even 2 star. Also they take €100 euros as a deposit which I think is ridiculous for the standards of this hotel. I can confirm I was refunded on the last day (deposit). Please stay away if you’re looking for a nice relaxed get away with your mates/family.

Miles away from the centre, terrible staff, cockroaches in your room. Absolutely terrible. On top of that they take a £100 deposit for your rooms which they say they’ll refund should the room be okay. Room was left spotless and 2 weeks later still no refund when they said it’d take 7 days. Definitely don’t reccomend, avoid at all costs

Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Avoid at All Costs||I’ve never left a negative review before, but my recent stay at Hotel Termar in Benidorm was so bad I feel obliged to warn others.||From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely rude and seemed openly hostile toward English guests. Customer service was non-existent, and any attempt to ask for help was met with eye-rolling or outright aggression.||The breakfast was laughable — just toast and cereal, with no hot food or variety. The location was also a nightmare: constant noise from the street made it impossible to relax, let alone sleep.||The hotel itself was filthy. There was visible dirt throughout the common areas, and the pool had black grime between the tiles, making it look and feel unhygienic.||Our bedroom was infested with bedbugs and had flies buzzing around the shower, which was broken. To make matters worse, both the air conditioning didn’t work, and money was taken from our room — something I’d heard might happen, but I gave the hotel the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake.||The worst part was when a staff member physically pushed my girlfriend aside when she tried to walk past. When we tried to report the incident, we were told that this person “didn’t exist” — even though they were clearly wearing a Hotel Termar uniform.||This was a truly awful experience from start to finish. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to stay far away. There are many better, safer, and cleaner options in Benidorm

clean hotel, decent air conditioning, and friendly staff. however I highly recommend bringing an extension lead if possible because there are hardly any plug sockets for charging phones etc.
