Would highly recommend this hotel. It is located in the old town but within walking distance to everywhere also close to the tram and buses if you want to go for a bit of sightseeing. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Everywhere in the hotel was spotless. If there was one fault it is that there was no tea/coffee facilities in the room but it was very cheap to buy a coffee at the poolside bar. It really should have more than 2 stars

Miles away from the centre, terrible staff, cockroaches in your room. Absolutely terrible. On top of that they take a £100 deposit for your rooms which they say they’ll refund should the room be okay. Room was left spotless and 2 weeks later still no refund when they said it’d take 7 days. Definitely don’t reccomend, avoid at all costs

Lovely hotel, we booked a last minute 5 day budget break and were pleasantly surprised by how lovely the hotel was. The staff were all extremely helpful and so friendly. The room was basic but spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and a balcony overlooking the street which caught the sun most of the day. We had no issues with the wifi and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The shower was powerful and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The pool area was lovely although half of it was shaded most of the day it was nice to have a dip after a day on the beach. It’s just a 5 minute walk from the beach and there’s plenty of shops right outside for anything you need. |We are looking forward to booking another break there.

Very good value for paying so little. Central to restaurants, bars, and main attractions. Room serviced daily. i didn't book breakfast or use any of the food choices, so I can't comment on them. hotel staff all very friendly 24,7 reception. Clean rooms and hotel overall nice pool area and view from balcony had a great stay and would stay again 🙂 only criticism is plug sockets limited , and no iron, tea coffee station in rooms, first time trying a low star rating, but I felt it was more than I expected it to be for a 2 star. Would recommend to all ages.

English couple staying in a predominantly Spanish hotel - no faults from us! |They seem to put all us English on one floor - fair enough! House keeping brilliant and welcoming. |Reception are very friendly and speak limited English which of course fine because there is always google translate available in this day & age. Bar is cheap, swimming pool is lovely but goes shady from about 4:30 onwards, limited seating and beds so get there early or during siesta time. |Rooms are basic but fresh, balcony overlooks the street which is perfect for people watching and is quiet when the door is shut. |Hotel room walls are thin but to be expected with the cheap older hotels in the Old Town - bring ear plugs and you’ll be fine, we had a great sleep. |Beds & pillows comfy. Only thing - bring a long charger as plug socket is far from the beds - 3m one reaches fine. |Would definitely stay again, such great value for money!

Wasn't actually the hotel I chose, last minute change made by travel company. The whole hotel is exceptionally clean. Well done to Housekeeping! Rooms cleaned everyday. Rooms spacious but very low on plug sockets. Only one in the bedroom. So couldn't use the TV if needed to charge phones. Walls are very thin, could hear everything from adjacent rooms. I found the beds quite hard but nothing that kept me awake. Breakfast is continental, was always fresh and very enjoyable. Juice and coffee available, but from the very typical hotel machines. You could however get a better coffee quite cheaply from the bar. Close to the old town and beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again on a short break.

This hotel is very good for the money, its a budget hotel and the rooms reflected just that.|We had only one bedside cabinet and no table with our two chairs on balcony. |Having said that the hotel is pleasant with a lovely pool and pool bar/coffee shop and a lovely lady worked there her name is rosemary she was fun.|A problem we noticed was local people coming in and useing the pool and seating that is meant for the paying guests and not staying at hotel 🙄. |But we had a good time.
