Our room was the best room I have ever had at a Caribbean island. The staff was awesome and tood great care of us. Food was so great we ate at our hotel almost every night. Pizza was fabulous!!!! The cook even prepared the fish we caught in the morning for our dinner....it was amazing!!

This is the third time I have stayed at The Champs. It is always a great experience. The service here is top notch. It makes it hard to stay at other similar or slightly higher priced hotels on the island because they don’t compare. The in-room amenities are great (working AC, wi-fi, hot shower, coffee/tea maker, filtered water in a refrigerator). The on-site bar and restaurant is also wonderful and convenient. The pool is perfect as well. Don’t hesitate to stay at The Champs.

I stayed for a few days at this wonderful, small hotel! The staff are incredible, going out of the way to fulfill your wishes! They have a lot of tour recommendations and an excellent tour guide as well! ||The rooms are clean and well maintained. The hotel only has 3 floors and 8 rooms so the staff get to know you well! The views from the room balconies are gorgeous! I got the best sunset and rainbow pictures! The food at the hotel was okay but I realized that I didn't enjoy much of the food in Dominica for some reason.||I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

We enjoyed our stay at this charming, small hotel. The owner was great. The staff was friendly. The food was very good. The views were nice. The rooms are simple, but very clean and I think it’s a good value for the money and if I go back to Dominica, I will return.

I stayed in three different hotels over my 9 days on the island (including Fort Young) and The Champs was hands down my favorite. I showed up around noon and figured they wouldn't be able to put me in my room yet but maybe I could hang by the pool? They had my room ready and let me check in early. They had delicious food for every meal of the day. The room was comfortable and because you're up the hill you have great views. The pool was my oasis. I was sad I had to leave because I was trying to book places the day before and they were booked for the weekend. That's a my bad. I had left a shirt and when I realized a couple days later and went back the employee returned my shirt and asked about my new hotel and about their pool because she remembered I love a good pool, when I told her they didn't have one she offered to let me use their pool! So nice! So much consideration. I love The Champs!

We had an amazing stay! The building setup provides a community feel while still allowing privacy, and the view is absolutely stunning. The team members were fantastic to work with, very friendly, and accommodating. Thank you to Lise and her team!

I love this place, from the view, the breakfast, the pool and the service they provided even when we arrived late. Tammi our morning chef was so sweet and prepared the best breakfast in the island. We will definitely be back when we visit, highly recommended!
