So, I typically wait to give reviews, but these guys are awesome and excellent when it comes to customer service! 24 hours here en route to Kilimanjaro, they held my packs while room was getting prepped so I could grab breffy and tour a museum. Then hauled them up there for me after letting me know that room was ready early. Later, they packed my to go breakfast because I have an early flight. Location and views are great, design is great, and again, superb customer service, thank you guys 👍

One of the coolest hotels I've ever stayed at and the hospitality/attention to detail was amazing. The location is super close to the train station without being in the middle of the crowds and right next to a lot of great restaurants and bars - not far from Haarlem as well. When we mentioned we had an early flight so we weren't going to need breakfast they offered to make us a to-go breakfast ahead of time (at 8pm!) and dropped it off to our room the night before. When we were leaving in the morning they offered us to-go coffees as well. Will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Amsterdam - all the rooms are different so it is the perfect place for a repeat stay. If you're on the fence with where to stay, you won't be disappointed with staying here - especially for the very fair price.
