Hotel the Designers Seoul Station

Located a short distance from Seoul station it is perfect. The staff were friendly and everything was nice. The room had an amazing bath. Some bits of the decor needs a refresh. But for the price it is a really good stay. The shampoo and shower gel etc are excellent.

I stayed in a suite at Hotel The Designers Yongsan during my trip to Seoul, and it was an absolutely satisfying experience. The location is unbeatable—right in front of Sookmyung Women’s University Station and very close to Seoul Station, making it super convenient for both travelers and those looking for a relaxing staycation. The interior was modern, stylish, and felt quite luxurious. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and I loved how the sleeping area was separated from the living space, which made the room feel even more spacious and comfortable. It’s the kind of room where you can truly unwind and enjoy a private getaway. One of the highlights was definitely the bathroom—it was huge, almost like a private spa! The bath area was large enough for at least six adults to enjoy comfortably, making it perfect for couples or even family gatherings looking for a unique and relaxing experience. I also tried the breakfast, and it was better than expected for the price. The setting was neat and the selection was simple but satisfying—just right to start the day. If you’re looking for a well-located hotel in the heart of Seoul with great facilities and excellent value, I highly recommend Hotel The Designers Yongsan!

Amazing stay! The location is perfect—Exit 10 with a lift brings you right to the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely view. What really stood out was the staff: always friendly, helpful, and greeted us with warm smiles every time we walked in or out. They made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. Daily free bottled water, fresh towels, a microwave, and a water dispenser were great touches. The cozy café on Level 2 was a nice spot to relax, and the S25 convenience store next door made everything super easy. Only minor thing—the room lighting was a bit dim, and there wasn’t a full-length or makeup mirror. Overall, highly recommend thanks to the wonderful service and comfort! The hotel is conveniently located (as mentioned by many reviewers here) as it is only 1 subway station away from Seoul Station. Some parts of the hotel room did not look the newest to me, but my overall experience is a positive one, greatly contributed by my experience with helpful, cheerful and polite hotel staff such as Jane Song and Lien Han. I asked for a quiet room and they went out of the way to arrange one for me. They also helped to answer other queries I had. Directions: To reach the hotel from Seoul Station, take subway line 4 and alight at Sookmyung Women's University station (one stop later). The nearest exit to the hotel is no 10. There is no escalator at this exit but there is an elevator somewhere in the station, which I used whenever I had luggage with me.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful! Front desk associate that deserves praise was the young woman from Hanoi! Sorry I didn’t catch your name, great job! Next time I’m in Seoul, I will be staying here!

Very nice and mannered staff. The mainstation of Seoul is very close as well as convenient stores. A nice selection of korean breakfast, unfortunately a poor selection of cheese.

I would like to thank the entire hotel team for their always pleasant personal service and the really great rooms. Thank you for my stay, I would love to come back. Very well located.

Very convenient location close to train, convenience stores, restaurants and a short walk from bus. Clean, good amenities and kind staff.
