Hotel The Frame

I had a great stay at The Frame Hotel in Florence. The space was beautifully designed, very refreshing, and exceptionally clean. I felt completely safe during my stay. Even though the hotel is right in the center of Florence, the room was quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to rest after a full day of exploring. A special shout out to Daniel, who was amazing. He was friendly, welcoming, and really helped make our experience even better. I would definitely recommend The Frame Hotel to anyone visiting Florence.

We weren't very impressed with the hotel we had in Rome. Coming to Florence and staying at this hotel was such a nice surprise. Great location, friendly/helpful staff, perfect rooms (everything in great working condition). So glad that we stayed here. Thank you for being part of a memorable experience in this city.

My wife and I enjoyed every minute at this wonderful Boutique Hotel. The rooms were all updated and remodeled. Our bed was comfortable, and our room had great amenities. A sumptuous buffet breakfast was included each morning in a beautifully decorated sky-lit dining area on the second floor. The staff spoke English and took pride in making our stay enjoyable. The front desk assisted us in planning a tour with a local company of the Chianti Region. The hotel is a short drive from the Florence Airport for our connecting flights. We planned our entire Italy trip for an anniversary celebration. Boutique Hotels like the Frame put you in the middle of the city and its historic squares.| This Boutique Hotel is a "hidden gem" of Florence, Italy. It is located three blocks from the train station near all the historic sites, plus the wonderful merchants for leather goods and fine jewelry. Hotels in Europe are known to have small rooms. We booked the Gianconda Suite, where the Mona Lisa was recovered in 1913, because the room appeared larger. I neglected to notice the extra footage is actually a loft, 5 narrow steps above the main room. It’s the sleeping space for the 3rd person.||The room is exceptionally tight space, after you consider the king size bed. The bathroom is the width of a bathtub and possibly a little bigger in length. It’s really tight. The elevator cannot be much larger than a phone booth.||That said, the room was cleaned. The staff was friendly. The location was ideal. And btw, they offer buffet breakfast only and it’s an add on option.

The location is really nearby the train station. Also in the center of everything like, shopping, eating, sightseeing and if you just want to walk around and enjoy the view. Hotel rooms are cute with different Mona Lisa’s art hanging all over the place. Since this was the stolen Mona Lisa was found. Breakfast was pretty good and we enjoyed it. I highly recommend this hotel with kind staff and easy access of everything you want to do!

This boutique hotel is perfect for touring around Florence. Sited on Via Panzani. 10 minutes walk from the central tram stop. The T2 tram is a 20 minutes ride from Peretola airport.||The hotel is a five minutes walk from Piazza del Duomo and short walks to most places within Florence.|The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful.|The hotel is well appointed in design; offers a good breakfast choice from from 7am to 11am; between 5pm and 6pm offers snacks and cold drinks to residents.||The rooms are not particularly large but well designed and include robes and slippers for residents.||Would definitely stay there again

We stayed here for five nights. This is my first trip to Florence, and I've met so many different people, but I'm especially grateful to the tall, handsome white-haired gentleman who always dresses up, even if he doesn't know his name. He made me feel safest and most at home for five days. On the first day, I didn't know how to take hot water out of my room, but he came and kindly waited until my clothes got wet to tell me until the end. He was always kind, day or night. Strong on the outside and warm on the inside! Just wanted to say thank you. Everyone else is also friendly. The location and system of the room is superb for travelers. Other than the slightly unstable Wi-Fi, it's clean and well-served. I was embarrassed at first because the elevator was small, but I quickly got used to it and it's a different experience. I sometimes received a cold and chilly welcome in Italy, but I forgot everything about the stability and kindness of this hotel. 한국인 리뷰가 별로 없어서 고민했는데, 청결/안전/위치/서비스 가 강점인 호텔입니다!

The location is great and within walking distance of everything. The hotel is very quaint with very tiny rooms. They are very clean and updated though. The hotel does control the temp for the air conditioner so ask them to adjust it if needed. |Overall it was a nice stay
