Hotel THE FRITZ

Location is pretty good, but less glorious than what they suggest (on the Koenigsallee, which it isn't). Room was in principle very good, but the airco was not working properly. It turned itself off all the time and an error code appeared. Breakfast was good, but not amazing. I've had much better in German hotels. They did not even have ketchup and mustard. Overall still very good, but not excellent. I'd say 3.9 stars.

Friendly staff and very Nice rooms. Good location and we could park our car around the corner. Breakfast was also very Nice. A lot of choices and good coffee!

Really limed thé cosy design of the rooms. Mine was spotless, very calm & quiet, and bed was very confortable.||Very easy access to the central station (15mns walk or 5mns tram) and 5mns away from our office…will definitively come back.||Staff is also very nice and helpful.

I recently stayed at The Fritz Hotel in Düsseldorf, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Fabulous hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are beautiful bed is very comfortable bathroom is Fabulous shower is amazing cannot fault anything here at all .Little touches like the hairdryer comes with diffuser .There are no coffee or tea making facilities in your room but tea and coffee are available in reception anytime day or night was never a fan of kettles in a room anyway god knows what could have been put in them heard too many stories lol

Staying here for three days, the location is great, with a proximity to central locations. Housekeeping is good. And that’s it. Staff at reception when we arrived was rude and there was no way to contact her, as there is no phone in the room and she wouldn’t reply to our messages. We went downstairs to ask for something and she was rude towards my mother. There is no coffee or tea, neither a kettle in the room. No water, no phone, and there is no way you can speak to someone if you don’t speak German. The lady at the breakfast was also rude disputing the coffee being hot, when it was actually super cold. They could be at least a bit friendly, even with low cost services. It could have been a good experience, but it’s not. Location great, cleanliness ok. The rest is a no.

Room was quiet and of a decent size, bed was really comfortable (I have back problems so I know what I'm talking about! ;), breakfast was good but didn't have hot food, close to where the action is but far enough so the place is quiet
