We had a lovely stay for several days in The Jay Hotel. Perfect location because it's very near the promenade and the events location during Carnival. We love that it's so family friendly. We have a 1 year old child who seem to also enjoy the place with some provided toys. Staff are the nicest, big thanks to the warm accommodation!! We will surely consider going back!

Great hotel with an excellent location. It is about a 10-minute walk from the train station and around 5 minutes from the sea, which made getting around very easy. The young women at the reception were extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The room had Wi-Fi and was very spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. Everything was clean and well maintained. The hair dryer is stored in the closet, so I couldn’t find it at first, but it was there. As for heating, there is a radiator in the bathroom, while the room itself is heated or cooled via the hotel air-conditioning system. We stayed in January, and the room was warm and comfortable once we turned the heating on. Breakfast was great—everything was fresh, tasty, and the selection was good. In the lobby, there is a machine with still and sparkling water, as well as a coffee and tea machine available at all times. Water can be poured into glass bottles provided next to the machine, so you can easily take it to your room. The tea selection was especially good. We also appreciated the option to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out and pick it up a few hours later. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff were very sweet and welcoming, rooms were clean and spacious no problems with that at all. Nice location right next to beach. AC could be a bit better didn’t really seem to be cooling to room down but you can just open the window so that’s good. Feels safe and secure. Can hear people in corridor but not a big deal as people go into their room quite fast but just thought id add that.

I give my stay at this hotel 4.5/5 stars. I will start with the positive things. The staff and hospitality at this hotel was excellent. All the staff were super friendly, and also both the manager and the staff were very helpfull for finding the fun gems of nice, like the nice farmers market. Also, the free water and other drinks from the machine like coffee are so awesome. I love this. This hotel also offers free umbrellas that you can use for your day trips or evenings, definitly a nice touch from this hotel, love that. Everything was pretty clean and overal felt like this hotel was well maintained. There is also a good working elevator. The location is also excellent, right next to the beach and all the nice shops, and not too far from old nice. The breakfast was overall good, they had a pretty basic, but good breakfast. They had both warm and cold options, but I enjoyed my breakfasts at my stay. The food was fresh and tasted good. The only thing I do wanna add to this is the orange juice and apple juice. They could be a lot better in my opinion as they were the only things I did not enjoy from the breakfast. Orange juice is too bitter and the apple juice is just OK, but could be better. The breakfast hall is on the smaller side, but I really like the astheatic and look they went with. Overall breakfast was good. Now lets talk about the rooms. They look exactly like the pictures. They are clean, but I have 2 complaints. For your info: my mom and I stayed at the studio. First things first, my biggest complaint: the closet and storzge space. For a room for two people, the closet was really small and for a city with awesome shops, it got filled up really quickly and we had to use are lugage as storage, which after a while got anoying. Second thing: the bath/shower. The bath is really small (speaking as a person that is 1.84m). A walk in shower would have been a lot more convienent. The beds were pretty comfortable, I slept like a baby. I think there is airconditioning and there is also a coffee machine, so bonus points for those things. Overall I would recommend going to this hotel. I had a pretty good stay and you feel more like you are staying at a family hotel (the staff makes you feel like you are family). Also, I think the price for the location and quality is fair. Overall i liked it and recommend it.

Every part of our stay was cared for from the moment we walked in. The staff were always very helpful and kind, and they never seemed tired or like they didn’t care. The breakfast was nice with a variety of options, and the location was convenient near the beach and a relatively short walk away from the city center. There were more amenities than I expected, like a free coffee machine and water machine, which is rare to see now. Our room was nice and good enough for multiple people. However, our room’s AC wasn’t cooling our room even max, so we had to leave the windows open all night allowing a lot of noise to enter. That was the only complaint about our stay; we were always being taken care of and the staff was extremely kind.

From the moment you step into the Jay Hotel to the moment you leave, you’re warmly welcomed by every member of the staff. They’re genuinely eager to help with your trip in any way they can. The complimentary coffee machine is a great bonus, and the rooms are decorated in a fun, modern style with comfy beds and wonderfully hot showers. Our room was spacious and included a kitchenette, which we used daily. Conveniently located just across the road are a laundrette and an incredible chef-designed aperitivo shop serving delicious food. The hotel itself is only a short stroll from the promenade and the heart of the old town.

Fantastic stay at The Jay for our honeymoon - complete with a very kind gift of champagne. Excellent staff who can’t do enough for you, gorgeous rooms, beautiful breakfast! Special thanks go to Liliana, who provided us with early check in when we arrived, and the gentleman who I believe was the general manager, who provided us with a lovely Polaroid momento of our stay. Excellent location, perfect for exploring Nice and the surrounding areas, very easy to get everywhere. Would not hesitate to return. Thank you, The Jay!

Excellent service. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Amazing location very close to the ocean and boardwalk. At night it can be noisy though. We stayed for 5 days, party of 4 and really enjoyed the stay.

We had a great stay. I especially like Answar the night clerk hubba hubba. (hottie alert). Besides the eye candy the other staff were all very nice and accommodating. Location was great and just a few blocks from the beach. There was a laundromat two doors down which I used and really appreciated. It's weird you don't need soap you shove your laundry in and it puts the soap in and everything for like 4 EU. Don't use dryer #13 it steals money. Any way back to the hotel. The breakfast was one of the best ones out of all our stays. It had hard boiled eggs and I am into that versus all the bread and sweets at others. The rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities including a fridge, coffee, blow dryer bathrobe, 2 pillows etc
