Super great stay! We can definitely recommend the place. The hotel room was very clean and comfy, the breakfast was good (even though sometimes some of the food was already empty when coming not so early for breakfast). Very friendly and helpful staff giving great recommendations for restaurants, beaches and day trips. We had a top floor suite for two adults and two kids, there was plenty of space for us. There is a water fountain for free refills and a coffee machine for free coffee in the lobby. The decor is very unique and the location is awesome, close to the beach and the train station at the same time. The area is very safe and you can easily walk around with kids in the evening to grab dinner nearby. But I’d also recommend having the breakfast at the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay here. I was coming off of a very stressful part of my trip and I have to say, the kindness of the staff here really helped turn it around! They were able to offer early check in, lots of great recommendations, and always a friendly hello as I was coming or leaving. The rooms are safe, quiet, comfortable, and clean. AC was great. I had to work and wifi was stellar the entire time. Also, I really appreciated the water fountain available in the lobby. It is 5 minutes from the water and next to tons of cute stores and restaurants. Even though the hotel is in a walkable location, it was also very quiet. I would absolutely come back here and would recommend.

We had a fantastic stay here at the Jay Hotel in Nice. The hotel offers everything you need, comfortable rooms with goodsized beds, breakfast, clean bathrooms and VERY kind hotel personal! The location of this Hotel is just perfect as you are at the beach within 2 minutes and also other areas of the city ca be reached quickly and easily with a short walk (10-15 min). The best hotel we have had here in Nice and we will definitely come back for another stay in the near future.

A cozy little hotel with an excellent location. We had a really pleasant stay. The variety of food at breakfast could be improved though. For a 7 nights stay, you get quite bored with the same options every day. Apart from that, everything was ok.

Highly, highly recommend! The staff *actually care*.I stayed here three years ago and made a point of staying on my return. The rooms are great, really cool vibe with an antique feel in terms of decor, even if the hotel itself seems fresh. The breakfast is substantial. The free coffee machine is a real bonus. The elevator is a bit slow, so if you are on a high floor going up is a slog (there are 5 floors). But if you are high enough (floors 4 and 5 and maybe 3) you have a great view of the city and the sky. Location is close to everything, but not in the middle of everything. The middle is 5 minutes walk away. There are too many restaurants to choose from. Literally. The staff are the real joy. They seem to actually like their jobs (!) and work with an ease that is highly professional, and warmly inviting. Familial, even. You just don't have to worry, at the Jay Hotel. That's why I go back.

Everything is so well thought out that my stay was wonderfully calm, comfortable, and inspiring. 💛 The best thing I can say about this hotel: here you truly feel like a most welcome guest!

This is our 2nd time staying here. I Love this hotel! It’s in the perfect location, 2 blocks from the beach and a 5 minute walk to all the popular spots with many stores and restaurants on this street. The hotel itself is super cute. Rooms are decorated beautifully and have everything you could need(even a small kitchenette). The staff is great. They were very helpful and even accommodated a last minute addition to our stay. They offer breakfast for a minimal fee and free fancy coffee/teas. I highly recommend and will absolutely be coming back next time I am in Nice.
