Great hotel in a very good location, well connected to the city center by public transport – the tram stop is just 50 meters from the hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially Jurij, who was a great help to us. The rooms are tidy and clean, and the breakfast is excellent – varied and delicious. Highly recommended!

Very good hotel just outside the main tourist center in Prague. The front desk staff was very helpful and let us check into our room early free of charge. We stayed for 3 nights and had a pretty good breakfast each morning with different options available each day. The location of the hotel is within walking distance of many of the main attractions and conveniently located next to a few main bus, tram, and train spots. Overall, I felt like this hotel was great value and would highly recommend.

The hotel cannot be faulted. It ticks all the boxes in every positive way. The friendly welcome from Yuri and the receptionists with their ready at hand recommendations of local restaurants, sightseeing tours and answering any other query you may have are all excellent. The rooms are very clean, well presented, comfortable and spacious.|The breakfast is top quality with dishes to suit every palate. The choices are vast and varied from vegan dishes, cereals to hot cooked ingredients such as bacon, sausage, beans, all forms of cooked eggs, to continental meats and cheeses. Finish off with a variety of freshly baked cakes and freshly ground coffee and you will have enjoyed a breakfast fit for a king. The restaurant staff are always on hand to help you and they are also very friendly.|The transport network system is fantastic with buses, trams and the metro which will take you to any destination in the city. We love the city of Prague and its people and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring all the places of interest from the Tower to the old town, the Astrological Clock, the Charles Bridge and so much more.|We cannot wait to visit again and our choice will have to be the beautiful Hotel Theatrino, we cannot find any fault whatsoever and in our opinion it is the best of the best. Thank you all from our hearts you lovely people at the Hotel Theatrino.

Nice location ; 30min walk from the city center (a good way to enjoy the architecture!), tram and train station are close. Good buffet breakfast ! Get easily crowded around 8:30. Room was simple and comfortable. Might deserves some amenities in the bathroom but overall good ! Special thanks for Yuriy for his kindness and professionalism ! He gave good recommendations and made my stay more enjoyable. 😊 Will return !

Only about 30mins from airport by taxi that I arranged through the hotel by email. They provided a bottle of Prosecco in the room for my husbands 50th birthday, again requested by email and paid by a link so my husband wasn't aware when we checked in until we got to the room. Night reception staff very friendly as we had a late check in. The room was basic but warm which was needed when it was -10 outside! The tram stop was 1min away which could be seen from the room, great for exploring the city, but down side was it could be heard through the night. The decor of the room was quite worn, but nothing a fresh coat of paint couldn't sort. It didn't really bother us as we only slept in the room as out all day and evening exploring the city. Tea and coffee facilities were topped up each day and there is a fridge in the room which we used for extra milk we bought. The room is cleaned each day too. Breakfast was very varied from cereals, meat, cheese, salads, pastries, breads, fruit, yogurts, eggs, sausage, bacon, beans, juices, tea and coffee. Staff on reception throughout the stay answered our many questions and we're really helpful. There is a bar near reception, that looked fully stocked, but we never used it. We would come and stay again if we visited Prague in the future.

Great hotel, staff all very helpful and friendly, we were pointed to a superb local restaurant, we went twice and it was perfect. Breakfasts were great, plenty to choose from. The room we had was on tge 5th floor, with deluxe windows. It was very warm, we turned all radiators off and left one window open for the duration of our stay. Bed very comfortable, and made up every day huge pillow and one "normal" sized. Bedding so white it almost glowed. Dreadful choice of English speaking tv stations, not even men and motors channel, not that it really mattered, but bbc news was really the only option. Cocktail bar was good and the reception staff were really good. It was Barbora who recommended the restaurac u marianskereho obrasu, only a 5 minute walk away. There is a tram into town literally, 2 mins away. Buy your ticket at hotel or at tobac shops in town. You buy a ticket by time spent on the tram. 90mins would be more than sufficient for a three night stay. Very hilly around the hotel, but as a heavier than is advisable 58 year old woman, I managed with a couple of stops and a lot of muttering. Enjoy!

The reception was absolutely fantastic whit valentin — the staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. It really made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was also great, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. Definitely one of the highlights of my stay. However, I can’t say the same about the dinner. Unfortunately, it was honestly terrible. The food was bland, poorly cooked, and lacked any real flavor. I was really disappointed, especially considering how good the rest of the service was. If you’re planning to stay here, I would definitely recommend enjoying the breakfast but looking for dinner elsewhere.

I had a good time on one night I stayed here. It’s an old hotel but with a great service , especially at the reception. The room is clean and great equipped. The only lack is there is no air conditioning but so far the room was warm although the weather outside was 1 degrees Celsius. The price is quite reasonable and fair for Prague hotels.

Yelp
My girlfriend and I spent 7 nights here in late July 2015, and we both agree we had an excellent stay. We stayed at one of the deluxe rooms, with a bath tube, and free soft drinks in the minibar. The check in procedure was seamless, the hotel clerks spoke magnificent English, and our room was clean and ready when we arrived. The breakfast was good, with a bit variation every day. The location of the hotel was sentral, with only a short tram ride to most locations in Prague. A important thing to remember is that you can't pay with card in the hotel bar( rest of hotel is fine, no worries) , and strangely enough they won't allow you to withdraw money at the counter to pay your tab. We also got a fabulous price for the room, so all inn all we would highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Prague!

Yelp
Nice clean hotel, convinietly close to trams that go directly to the old town, breakfast is good, the staff is friendly. If you are used to living in a quiet neighbourhood, you should ask for a room to the back (yes then you miss out on the view - if you are on the 4th or 5th floor) but then its quiet! :-) And there are good local restaurants very near by
