Hotel Three Sixty, Costa Rica - An SLH Hotel

This was one of the most special experiences of my whole life. This place is pure magic. The view blew us away from the minute we arrived... We spent 6 nights here enjoying the views, the sunsets, the pool, the gym and our beautiful room. The food was absolutely delicious, we enjoyed fresh fruit and freshly squeezed juice every morning. One of the best parts though, was the incredible staff. Javier, Jose, Sofia, Jefferson, William, Andres, Alexa.... They all made us feel so so special and welcome. It felt like a once in a lifetime experience, never before have I felt so sad to leave a hotel and the people that work there.

My wife and I went to the Hotel Three Sixty on our honeymoon and it was amazing! The servers at the restaurant and bar were all very nice and always did their best to make us feel cared for and to get us exactly what we asked for. Christian on the golf cart was super nice and always there to help us get place to place at the resort. Our chauffeur Gerardo was amazing. We felt very safe and comfortable driving with him. The food was exceptional and very fancy but could be too much for some. All in all a fantastic experience for my wife and I.

From the moment you start the drive up from the main road to the hotel you feel like you are going somewhere secluded, somewhere special. |The hotel is perched up in the rainforest surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature. The expansive windows from the villa give a great view of the jungle and ocean. |The food at the restaurant is delicious and carefully crafted. The service was attentive and gracious. |I will definitely visit again. |5 stars +++

What an incredible experience. The staff were incredible. Kind , helpful making every interaction personal and very service orientated. They make every part of your time feel like your home. The rooms are incredible , clean and comfortable. The view is outstanding. Breathtaking. The food was great. The location, the views , the service, and accommodations will make this a resort that I return to anytime I am in Costa Rica the location in jungle with views of the sea and the wildlife and sunsets will blow your mind

Amazing. Would stay again. The location was stunning and the cabin was perfect. Staff were incredible. Food was great (breaky was my favourite meal of the day). Best massage of my life. The staff also helped us to do really fun tours and made every excursion easy and stress free. I saw about 40 white faced monkeys swing past right outside our room one day!

Everything about this stay was fabulous. From the very beginning, making the reservation with Alexa and Andres who were very attentive to making our celebration special, to housekeeping who adorned our room beautifully. The food was incredible, and the drinks were presented immaculately. The servers (Sophia, Jefferson, Josue, to name a few) made our stay perfect. In the kitchen, Fernando and his team created special dishes that were delicious and presented with artisan flare. And not to forget all the men that drove the golf cart up/down the hill to ensure convenience and special treatment! To the entire team, keep it going and of course, Pura Vida!

All over a great hotel and great experience. Be prepered for a steep drive on a narrow road ( I would not like to be driving there in rain). The food was really good as well as the wines. The service at the restaurant was nicely done, could have been a little more professional. Rooms exceptional, clean, the view and feeling sitting alone in the middle of the jungle (which you litterely are) 10/10

We researched some hotels but ultimately chose this one for the one-week experience we wanted for our anniversary. From the start, our experience exceeded our expectations. |Starting with the staff, our driver Geraldo was warm and friendly and it was a joy to have his services for transport to and from our tours. Andres, the concierge/lobby manager is very accommodating and organize and knowledgeable our the hotel and tours. Andres and Alexa helped us make our stay and amazing experience possible <3. Jefferson, Josue, William, and Sofia were very friendly, warm, and personable--we will absolutely miss them and the relationships were formed with each of them. The cleaning staff were amazing considering all the sand and mud we tracked in from our tours. They even organized my toiletries on the sink <3. Loved that. It was the cleanest hotel I've stayed in a long time. We appreciate you all so much and we will be back!|The room was absolutely beautiful and the view is incredible. We stayed the in the Sunset Villa 12 and in the early evenings, you can't take your eye off of the sunsetting on the ocean and the sounds and sighting of local wildlife. You really cannot beat the location. You feel like you are in the Costa Rican jungle on top of the mountain with priceless views of the ocean.|The food at the hotel restaurant was always presented so beautifully and slightly different every time. You can tell they care very much about presentation. My favorite breakfast is the Typical Breakfast with the fresh juice blended every morning with different varieties of the fruits. It really starts off the day before the tour which start early in the morning but you can always order ahead to save time. The fish tacos and pork tenderloin is incredible for lunch. For dinner, we loved the mango tartare, the lamb, and the ribeye risotto. For dessert, we recommend the coconut flan and the blondie. |We used the Couple Package which for us if you stay a week, its worth it for unlimited drinks, a free massage which took place in our villa, and all of our meals. The lunch hours are extended to 4pm which gives you time to return from our tour and settle in to take full advantage of the meal package. To us, it was a great value and helped us not to worry about the cost of everything during our stay. |If you can swing it, try to use the hotel's taxi service, the roads can be very bumpy as you are driving up and down a mountain. It was worth it to use to pay for the taxi each way and we had the same sets of drivers each time. The drivers would communicate with tour guides on timing and transportation and always mentioned if they would be their to retrieve you after the tour or if another driver would be there. We always felt safe and taken care of. ||<3 Brandon & Stacia
