Stayed here for 3 nights. The staff is wonderful - all the way from the receptionists, the cleaning staff, and the restaurant workers. Very friendly and helpful. The only thing I felt rooms are missing would be a mini fridge and wine bottle opener. The grounds are pretty. They offer on-site parking for a small charge but have nearby street parking that is free. Would definitely stay again.

If you’re looking for a resort hotel that combines old-world charm with the kind of care only a family-owned property can provide, this is it. While the hotel itself is older, you would never know it; it’s clear that every corner of the property has been lovingly maintained and updated. The grounds are immaculate and park-like, and the attention to detail is evident everywhere you look. What really sets this place apart, though, is the service. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making your stay memorable. Cleanliness is another standout feature—everything from the rooms to the common areas is spotless. It’s the kind of clean that reassures you they take pride in the property and in your comfort. This is the kind of resort where you can relax knowing everything is taken care of, whether you’re lounging by the pool or enjoying a meal. It’s a place with heart, and it’s perfect for anyone who values great service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a sense of timeless hospitality.

Loved everything about this hotel - location, grounds, hotel decor, but especially the friendly helpful staff and the menu and food in the restaurant. Our room was also perfect with a great view of Tiede and the sea from the SW facing balcony. Would 100% recommend

We had a wonderful 5-days stay. The hotel was built long ago and it is impressive that it is still a family business after three generations, which I think it creates a specially friendly atmosphere. It has superb views of the sea and the mountain. The outdoor spaces are at the level of botanic gardens, they have organised visits, and it has a reasonable sized swimming pool. Initially we had planned on having dinners downtown, but the food was so good we stayed every night. I especially liked the relaxed atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff.

When you wake up at 3:30 am to catch your plane, you appreciate being welcomed with a smile and efficiency: that was the start of our experience. Then, we benefited from a room upgrade with an outstanding view on Teide and on the sea in a room on a high floor. Most of the staff was nice and professional with managers actually willing to bring satisfaction to their customers. Oddly enough, a very few people amongst the staff would never greet us. On the other hand, we particularly appreciated seeing members of the founding family wishing us Happy New Year and concerned by our wellbeing. I'd like to mention how great was handled the December 31st party: classy service, very nice meal perfectly cooked with high quality products. The area is very nice with a beautifully laid-out garden and large swimming pool. The location is very convenient for visiting Tenerife in northern region and its picturesque villages and magnificent parks. In short, a very good address for a relaxing week in excellent conditions.

Great hotel and excellent stay. Staff are polite and extremely helpful across the board. Nothing was too much trouble.|Hotel grounds are a work of art and immaculately maintained. Fantastic seating areas to polish off a pre-prandial G&T whilst watching the sun go down.|Our room was kept spotless and was well appointed with a large rain shower in the bathroom - the only rain we saw in our 2 week stay in the resort. Views from the balcony were magical.|Only little niggle for us was the beds were on the hard side - even with a topper. I'm sure when we return though, the hotel will sort something out.|One final thing. The dining areas were well laid out and staff couldn't be faulted, providing superior and efficient service.|Will we go back, you bet, hopefully later this year.

The room was wonderful, the beds were so comfortable and the location was spot on for everything we wanted to do. However, I toggled between giving it a 3 star or 4 star. First I will say almost all of the staff was AMAZING! Especially the ladies at reception. My only issue with staff, that threw off my experience was with one of the managers Yeray. On my birthday, we were heading out to dinner but i was alittle hungry so i decided to go to the buffet for something to hold me over before the resturant. There was some confusion on what was included with our package (mainly because of the language barrier as much workers only spoke spanish) but instead of confirming with the reception or pulling me to the side away from guests. He ran after me saying I needed to pay for my bill very loudly (which was 3 slices of fresh baguette and butter). It was so embarrassing, we travel alot and I've never experienced anything like this. At the end it was removed from our bill and the other manager apologized (kind of) the next day but it left a bad taste in my mouth, especially because I am a person of colour and there's already a negative connotation there. In addition, the manager who embarrassed me, didn't even make any effort to apologize to me. ||Now for the BUT. If you are a person of colour (Black), I would probably choose a different hotel. Nothing wrong with being the ONLY black people there but we got non stop stares. At first I was like ok, 99% of the guests were older Europeans, so maybe they just were intrigued. But it was VERY uncomfortable. It was like they've never seen a POC before. They would stare while me and my husband ate, walked around, went out to the balcony. And it wasn't just a glance, it was an over extended amount of time. All in all, it wasn't enjoyable to be around the other guests if that's the type of trip you're looking to have. The reason I did keep it at 4 stars was because everything was perfect otherwise. VERY clean, VERY organized, good tasting food (although redundant at times) and for what we came here for (a place to sleep and to be central to all of our attraction), it was a great choice for us.

We have stayed at this hotel for 5 holidays. We love the location, the fact that it is family run, has beautiful gardens, brilliant staff, comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and there is a long history of excellent customer service, concern for the environment and sustainability. We would highly recommend you give it a try.
