The most luxurious, beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at. I travelled from the UK with my son and met with my parents and my brother from France. Everything about the place made our stay a very special one. The staff are so attentive and friendly as well as professional and kind. This goes to everyone who works on the grounds of the hotel, the receptionists, the waiters, the gardeners, every single person on site is utterly delightful. We ate at one of the restaurants twice and the pool bar and the food did not disappoint. The architecture of the hotel itself is beautiful in every corner, the gardens stunningly manicured and the Royal suite we stayed in was superb. The floors, the ceilings, every little detail of the decor having been thoroughly thought through. I feel so lucky to have experienced this beautiful hotel as well as the gorgeous Moroccan culture outside using the complimentary shuttle buses. Thank you to all for making our family get-together a very special one.

My time at Tigmiza was AMAZING. I especially loved the staff. The spa treatments are very good and Rahma took the best care of my skin. I cannot wait to visit again and stay at Tigmiza. 5 stars. The food, service and especially the people. Thank you! Love, Kate from Brooklyn

An exquisite hotel which far exceeded our expectations (the website photos don't do it justice). It felt like an oasis of calm with beautiful seating areas around the grounds. We had a villa with private pool to share between 4 friends. It was spacious and quiet. Staff were all so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic. We also had wonderful hamaam experience and enjoyed the daily yoga classes. The free minibus shuttle into Marrakech was perfect to pop in for a few hours in the day or evening. The evening restaurant food was the only let down as everything else was so fabulous we were expecting it to be excellent, but the ambience in the Moroccan restaurant, with music playing was lovely.

Just a lovely, lovely hotel. You can pretend to be royalty for a few days. The staff are super courteous and nothing is too much trouble for them. The grounds and swimming pools are a delight and the bedrooms sumptuous. The two restaurants serve a great selection of food in terrific ambience and lunch by the pool was also great. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only downside is the £20 each way into, and back from town by taxi if the free shuttle timings don’t suit you. As everywhere in Morocco, tipping ensures great service and is very gratefully received. The exchange rates in Morocco are 30- 40% better than in the UK, so only change a small amount here.

We spent a full week at Tigmiza Boutique Hotel and it was everything we hoped for — calm, green, and peaceful, offering the perfect escape from the busy streets of Marrakech. One of the biggest advantages for us was precisely the fact that it’s not located in the city center. It’s about 15–20 minutes away by car (depending on traffic), but the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service several times a day to and from the Medina, which worked perfectly for us. The hotel itself is beautiful — three different pools on site, each with its own atmosphere. We dined twice at the poolside restaurant and both times the food was absolutely fantastic. A special mention goes to their homemade bread and the incredible olive oil — hands down the best we’ve tasted anywhere. Breakfast was another highlight, with a great variety of fresh fruits, made-to-order omelets at a live cooking station, and freshly squeezed orange and grapefruit juices. A heartfelt thank you to Lamia, the concierge, who made our stay even more enjoyable. She was incredibly patient, warm, and helpful, providing spot-on recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. She made time for us daily, and we truly appreciated her friendly and professional manner. The spa area is lovely, and the Tigmiza Signature Hammam was a wonderful, relaxing experience that I highly recommend. I also had two excellent massages, both performed by Khadija, another charming and skilled member of the team who went out of her way to make me feel cared for. Another unique touch is their private cinema room next to the spa. One evening, after coming back from the Medina, we enjoyed a movie there with Netflix and a great surround sound system — a fun and unexpected treat. Our room was spacious, featuring a huge, comfortable bed and a breathtaking view of the main pool surrounded by lush greenery. Waking up to that scene every morning felt like a dream. A few things to be aware of: the hotel is family-friendly, so there are quite a few children around, especially near the pools and the dedicated playground area. While it’s wonderful for families, those seeking absolute peace and quiet might occasionally find it a bit noisy. One of the pools is constantly heated and covered at night, which makes it perfect for swimming at any time of the day. The architecture of the entire property is impressive, with a charming Moroccan style that’s both elegant and inviting. Service-wise, everything was impeccable. The relationship manager and team went above and beyond to ensure guests felt welcome and looked after — starting with the best Moroccan mint tea we had during our stay in the country. In summary: • Pros: Tranquil location, beautiful gardens and pools, exceptional service, delicious food, great spa, and wonderful staff. • Cons: Can get a bit noisy with children around, depending on the time of year and occupancy. We left Tigmiza with wonderful memories and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and charming stay just outside Marrakech.

The gardens and greens are so beautiful and perfectly kept. Honestly, I wouldn’t be able to highlight a negative. We would come back!

This is an absolutely exceptional hotel. The food, the service, the ambience, the pools, the setting ….. everything is perfect and it’s hard to see how you could ever get better. It’s paradise. We stayed in a villa with small pool within the hotel complex. Spacious and we really didn’t want to leave
