Our stay at this charming hotel in Zell am See this past August was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been carefully considered to ensure a memorable experience. The hotel exuded a warm, inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home — cozy and intimate, yet with all the luxury you'd expect from a world-class retreat. The cleanliness was impeccable. Every corner of the hotel, from the guest rooms to the common areas, was spotless and beautifully maintained. The attention to detail in the decor was remarkable — everything was thoughtfully arranged to create a sense of calm and tranquility. It’s the little touches, like the perfectly placed cushions and the subtle lighting, that made the space feel so serene and inviting. Not to mention the impressive fireplace welcoming you in the lobby. And we can’t forget about the towels — truly some of the best we’ve ever had the pleasure of using. Luxuriously soft, thick, and fluffy, they made the post-bath experience feel like a little slice of heaven. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional, ensuring that all of our needs were met. There was a genuine sense of hospitality here that made us feel cared for in the most thoughtful way. All in all, our stay was an unforgettable experience — one that combined impeccable service, serene surroundings, and the finest of details. Excellent customer server. I'd forgotten what great customer service was untill my stay it Tirolerhof. British chain hotels have lowered my expectations over the years. Nothing is too much bother and the staff were very friendly. We We had bike hire included with the room which was very handy. Breakfast is good, pool is good, location if good. All round top spot.

The best hotel experience we have ever had. The staff went above and beyond for us with every request, the service is unmatched. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, the downstairs pool/spa area is amazing and the hotel itself is in a great location with easy access to the town. Will absolutely be coming back, thank you!!

A wonderful hotel with an excellent location in the city center, close to all services and main attractions. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable. A great experience and highly recommended

Stayed here for 4 nights. We were warmly welcomed and the staff throughout our stay were friendly. Fab spa and swimming pool. The room was a good size and the location of the hotel was central for restaurants and activities.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, very nice terrace & garden, a lot of details in room & lobby decorations, good breakfast , friendly staff, i will repeat staying in this hotel in my next teip, only negative comment that whirlpool jets were out of order.

Very nice hotel. Decent breakfast with lots of options. Lots of small details were catered for . The room was a bit too hot the first night, but resolved by turning off the rad and opening the window.
