A true outstanding hotel. An excellent independant hotel that works hard on getting everything just right. Admittedly my room was a little dated in decor but was spotlessely clean. Food, staff, decor, service & location were all perfect . Personally Id highly recommend it. We were there for skiing but would love to visit in summer. Maybe one day ....

Really enjoyed our week here. The hotel is comfortable and spotlessly clean. All staff were polite and helpful. We were on the half board package and the food was decent - not Michelin star - but better than we expected. Our room was spacious with plenty of hanging space.|Two flaws.|One. A glass panel (not see through) between the bedroom and the en-suite. I would dearly love to meet the hotel designer who thinks this is a good idea. If you need to visit the en-suite in the middle of the night, you flood the rest of the room with light, possibly waking your partner.|Two. No tea/coffee making facility in the room.|Info point. The underground garage isn't large so if you are broinging a car, you need to reserve a space well in advance.

We had a really excellent stay at the Tirolerhof which was everything that our friends who had recommended it to us had said it would be. Room was spacious, clean and well appointed, Food was very good. Staff were all friendly, accommodating and efficient. We would happily recommend this hotel to any of our friends

Excellent experience before arriving with hotel staff answering my ski questions quickly and accurately. The two men covering reception were exceptionally friendly always greeting us with a smile and were helpful friendly and professional both were a credit to the hotel. The food was good throughout the week. My only improvement suggestion would be to include tea/coffee facilities in the rooms which would be expected for the standard of hotel.

This is a lovely hotel with plenty of space in general as well as in rooms. The service is first class - shout out to our waiter Giulio - as well as the front desk. The food was possibly a little pretentious but was always tasty and because of the number of courses and salads (excellent) you would not go hungry. Plenty of choices for breakfast. |There was a bookable transport to the nearest lift which was only about 5-10 minutes walk away but there was no return service which at the end of a long ski day was not so good - slight quibble I know.|Really enjoyed our stay here and could well visit again in the future.

An exceptional stay - you feel all of the details of a hotel done right. It had impeccable service from staff who make you feel special, a large spa that truly was special, a high quality and extensive breakfast spread including an to-order omelette station, hiking backpacks in each room to borrow. Stay here if you want to feel spoiled by genuinely lovely people.

This was the third time I have stayed at the Tirolerhof. It was exactly the same as my previous visits. It was clean, comfortable, relaxing, friendly, excellent service, superb food .... it was dedicated to our enjoyment of our visit. This hotel is beyond praise.
