How to Plan the Perfect Ski Trip to Zell am See, Austria
"A traditional Alpine hotel offering mountain-inspired decor (many rooms with balconies overlooking the peaks), an on-site spa, and The Tirolerhof restaurant serving a fusion of Austrian and international cuisine; its short walk to the ski lift makes it ideal for early starts and first tracks." - Stacey Leasca

The family run Tirolerhof Hotel in Zell am See is superb. It has been described as having all the class but none of the snobbery.||Everything about the hotel is elegant and sophisticated. ||The decor is timeless, tasteful and luxurious.||The restaurant offers a thoughtfully presented gourmet standard choice of food, locally sourced and is beautifully presented. ||The staff are attentive and friendly - nothing is too much trouble. We have stayed at this hotel several times and feel we are treated like family on our return. We’ll definitely be back! ||Our advice - book the Tirolerhof, you’ll not be disappointed.

Great hotel that is only a few blocks from the main Zee am See center and a few blocks to the lake. The rooms were large with comfortable bathrobes. The breakfast was plentiful with eggs to order, various meats and cheeses and cereals. The bar had a two singers one night and they played various 80's songs. We had a great time singing with them and dancing some.

The hotel is ideally located in the centre of town, the breakfast was absolutely amazing and thanks to the beautiful weather we were able to enjoy sitting in your well-kept garden. Everything was perfect! Thank you

Very nice hotel. Decent breakfast with lots of options. Lots of small details were catered for . The room was a bit too hot the first night, but resolved by turning off the rad and opening the window.

Just returned from a week here and cannot fault it. Room had everything we needed, breakfast & dinner fantastic alongside excellent service from the staff - they couldn’t do enough for us. Spent most days ski’ing and hotel was only a couple minutes walk to the gondula or can make use of the free shuttle put on by the hotel in the mornings. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is excellent. Rooms are cozy with excellent bathrooms. The food is amazing. I would definitely stay here again. The only reason for 3 stars is because we accidentally booked an extra night here. We immediately called and try to rectify this but they refused to issue a refund.

The hotel is very nice and located in the center, close to everything, a large selection for breakfast, just a bit warm in the rooms.
