Hotel Tirolerhof Zell am See

We celebrated our Silver Wedding Anniversary at the excellent Tirolerhof. We had a fantastic stay in this great hotel. The room, a junior suite was a high standard and very comfortable.||The bar and outside areas were well furnished and comfortable. We spent some time in these relaxed spaces. ||The food was lovely, with a varied and local evening menu offering a taste of the region. We really enjoyed it. Buffet breakfast had a good and varied selection to start the day.||The staff were friendly and attentive. Special mention to Adele who looked after us every evening at our table. Great service! ||We will definitely be back.

Our stay at this charming hotel in Zell am See this past August was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been carefully considered to ensure a memorable experience. The hotel exuded a warm, inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home — cozy and intimate, yet with all the luxury you'd expect from a world-class retreat. The cleanliness was impeccable. Every corner of the hotel, from the guest rooms to the common areas, was spotless and beautifully maintained. The attention to detail in the decor was remarkable — everything was thoughtfully arranged to create a sense of calm and tranquility. It’s the little touches, like the perfectly placed cushions and the subtle lighting, that made the space feel so serene and inviting. Not to mention the impressive fireplace welcoming you in the lobby. And we can’t forget about the towels — truly some of the best we’ve ever had the pleasure of using. Luxuriously soft, thick, and fluffy, they made the post-bath experience feel like a little slice of heaven. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional, ensuring that all of our needs were met. There was a genuine sense of hospitality here that made us feel cared for in the most thoughtful way. All in all, our stay was an unforgettable experience — one that combined impeccable service, serene surroundings, and the finest of details. We can't wait to return to this beautiful haven in Zell am See!

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The reception service is excellent. Special thanks to Karl who was so helpful with our luggage dilemma and very thorough to explain all our many and varied questions about touring the town. The restaurant and bar are excellent quality and service and the breakfast buffet is plentiful, varied and delicious. The hotel is in a perfect location to tour the town by foot. We even got a backpack loaner in the room to go hiking! The only thing that was less than perfect is that some of us were missing the comfort of AC but the balcony door and window gave plenty of cool breeze for some of us.

This is a fantastic hotel in a great location, not far from the Lake or the ski lifts with sumptuous furniture, soft furnishings and beautiful spa and pool area . I would thoroughly recommend a stay at the Hotel Tirolerhof, all staff were very helpful and went over and above with their customer service and the food is fantastic. Sabina was particularly helpful when I left a bag in the airport transport and all staff helped when I had a hospital stay and needed to send documentation to my insurers.

Excellent customer server. I'd forgotten what great customer service was untill my stay it Tirolerhof. British chain hotels have lowered my expectations over the years. Nothing is too much bother and the staff were very friendly. We We had bike hire included with the room which was very handy. Breakfast is good, pool is good, location if good. All round top spot.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is so comfortable & spotlessly clean. Staff friendly & helpful. Location nice & central for town centre. Meals very nice with choice of menu. We will definitely return.

We have just returned from a 7 night break - hotel was very comfortable and staff were all very helpful. The Guest Mobility Card enabled free public transport in/around the local area - very helpful when exploring the area. Our only negatives would be the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room, and a pot of tea being charged at 6.5 Euro at the bar. But apart from that a great holiday and would hope to return at some stage in the future.

This hotel is second to none. Our room was extremely comfortable, the public rooms and pool and spa are exceptional. The best experience however was the dining room - the food, the service and the general ambience were fantastic. I really hope that we get the opportunity to stay at the Tilerhof again
