Hotel Tivoli Beira

Sadly, rooms dirty; cockroaches; precaution with tap water; no fridge in room; dirty floor, cupboards & curtains; room small-not worth value; phones faulty - must walk to reception each time; club nearby - loud audible music 'til 4am. Staff friendly and food is decent.

Stayed here for 2 nights on A business trip. The hotel is centrally located which is good, for services I will rate average, the staff were very helpful, I got to the hotel without my suitcase as my airline left it at my last transit. The staff at the hotel helped me find a store to get some emergency clothes and also get a new calling sim.

I spent 2 nights here. Overall, it was a good experience. Clean, quiet & comfortable. Wifi worked well. The front desk were amazing. Very helpful no matter what I needed. The breakfast buffet was fine. I would definitely return again, if I was passing through.

Almost everything is wrong. There are better options available.|Location was OK if you are doing business in downtown Beira.|Room size is OK but basic furniture and poor lighting. |Terrible tiny bathroom and shower. |Bed was uncomfortable with a hard mattress, hardly hotel standard. |Noisy air-conditioning.|Slow almost non existent wifi.|Breakfast wasn't too good.|Only saving grace are the staff. In reception and at breakfast they were always willing to greet you with a smile. |

The experience was satisfactory as per my overall score. The bedrooms are very small, tight... I think it should be bigger. The restaurant menu is very poor, it has very limited choices and the prices are very high. The hotel should definitely add alternatives in their menu. I stayed two nights in the hotel, I had dinner in the first but the second I ate in a different restaurant due the limited options and high prices of the food. The STAFF is lovely. Regards,

Nice Hotel, nice bedrooms. the bad thing about this hotel is the fact that it is located in the center of the city and you are obliged to wake up early due to noise... there is a mosque nearby!!! The food is good. However, I think they must add more alternatives in their menu. The staff is lovely.

Warm service, good location, good customer relations, the breakfast offered at the house was good. I had some difficulties in accessing the Internet , it seems to me that WI Fi was not connected, I just didn't complain because I spent most of my time working outside the Hotel. I think they should create conditions to have more television packages with more national channels or 50% of them
