Hotel Tjampuhan Spa

I was here in 2023 and I loved it so much, that I went to stay here again. This hotel is just amazing and so beautiful! Its only 10 min by foot to City Center, but still it is sooo quiet and peaceful! the balinese interior is very authentic and the sculptures are decorated with flowers. I just love the hotel and the 2 pools. Even the massage was perfect and you have the best view in the jungle!

We had a mother daughter trip to Ubud and stayed at this lovely hotel for a week. Staff were friendly and attentive, breakfast was great and the rooms awesome. it was like an oasis of serenity and right in the middle of the jungle. We loved it! There are lots of stairs to go anywhere. Especially to the pool or spa. The second spring pool could be a bit cleaner. Overall, we loved our stay and would came back in a flash!!!

My family have been coming here since I was a baby and as adults now we go back. Such a beautiful hotel, tranquil and peaceful. Staff are always friendly, accommodating and at your service for anything you need. I love the traditional Balinese architecture everywhere you look - from the rock carvings, temples, statues and when the staff dress in traditional dress every Thursdays. The Manager, Pak Gusti is an amazing man, very accommodating, honest and full of integrity. He makes sure every stay and experience is memorable and we're always leaving happy and content. The hotel itself is one of the oldest hotels, 98 years at the time of writing this review and celebrating 100 years in 2028. So much history in this hotel, which I will leave for the staff to tell you when you stay here. Thank you to all the team at Tjampuhan hotel for making our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

It is the best hotel I lived in Ubud, bali. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is also good, which I have included in the package. Room service is also top notch. I must recommend this to everyone who is looking for a good stay. They have big property with lush green forest and a stream passing by the hotel will definitely give you different vibe.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The staff were super nice, warm, and genuinely helpful — truly lovely people who made the whole experience feel welcoming and comfortable. What a privilege staying in this historical hotel once owned by the Royal family. Beautiful jungle setting, lush yet tranquil close to the hustle and bustle of Ubud town centre. Easy walking distance into town. The breakfast buffet was superb with plenty of choice and fresh cooked eggs of your choice. We would definitely return to this hotel in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay at Hotel Tjampuhan. The location was perfect, just outside the hustle and bustle of Ubud Main Street that it was so quiet and peaceful, but still a short walk to the main shopping area. ||The view down into the forest and the sound of the river flowing and the birds singing make this hotel the perfect place to relax and connect with yourself and nature.||The attention to detail from the staff made this a truly 5 star experience, from the fresh flowers in our room daily to a staff member turning on the light for our balcony each night so we would not come home in the dark. ||Every single person who works here is kind, welcoming and greets you with a smile. We will definitely come back.

We are here on a mother-daughters trip and agree that this is one of the most beautiful resorts we have stayed at! We were told that it was the first hotel in Ubud, too which makes it even more unique. The people, service, and food are exceptional. We love it here!
