Hotel Tobaco

Hotel is lovely. |Reception staff very helpful. We arrived on a early flight and decided to drop our bags at the hotel and return in the afternoon to check in, upon arrival we were told our room was in fact ready for us, which was great. Room was very clean, beds were comfy. Bathroom good size and very clean, hand soap provided smelt lovely! |Tram and bus stop directly outside of hotel. Shop next door too! |Would say it was around a 20-25 min walk to main Piotrkowska Street, didn't appear to be much around the hotel in terms of bars and restaurants, but we are happy to walk and discover the area. Overall great stay.

The hotel was okay,rooms were normal, nothing special. Beds didn't have outlets by them, we had to dig behind the desk and the other person had to charge the phone in the bathroom. Light switches were literally an inch above my head. If I dated to change position at night I would more than likely turn the light on with my head by accident. It was fine to just get back to and fall asleep but I would necessarily recommend it that eagerly

It was my second visit in this hotel. Previously I stayed couple of years ago in single room on the ground floor - so I had to like the hotel if I decided to be back. Plus - the prices at the minute are very good value. |We took two single rooms - 119 and 121. We were let to enter the room earlier as we arrived before 1600. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfy. The staff is very nice. Design of the hotel is spectacular. WIFI signal is very good. We left the car in paid parking and there was no problem with parking space. We had evening meal in restaurant in the basement and it was really good meal. I highly recommend the hotel.

We stayed here for one night at the weekend, the room was nice and clean, liked the decor, the bathroom towels were falling apart though! ||The lady on reception was nice however we went to the restaurant to get a table for two and the guy who worked in the restaurant was extremely rude for no reason at all. ||The restaurant was full apparently after being told to go down and get dinner, so we asked where else locally we could go, he said he didn’t know… ‘I don’t know’ offered nothing else…||I asked the two women working with him (who were not busy at this moment) then said they didn’t know.||Rude and unhelpful and very awkward! ||We left and the receptionist called us a taxi and we went to an amazing restaurant called Brednia about 5 minutes away.||Food and drinks there and service wonderful!||Came back to our room (17) ||Couldn’t get to sleep as there were really loud groups in the lobby which was next to our room.||A call to reception didn’t help and the noise carried on.||I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend sadly.

This hotel is what I would remember most in my trip to Poland. A charming hotel with excellent staff, I would love to make a return trip to Łódź just to see the same people at the hotel. The breakfast was also very good quality. Very good standard for the price.

From the outside this hotel doesn't look like much. But the rooms and other spaces are really nice- heritage is an old tobaco factory. Beds were really comfortable and with a high ceiling there was a lot of volume in the room. Breakfast was very good in spite of Corona restrictions. Try this hotel- I loved it!

Positives: Clean, looks good and tasty breakfast. Negatives: The parking lot is shared with other businesses in the area and is VERY tight. Space is limited.

It was only one night. |Place very close to the city center. 1,5km to Piotrkowska street, Main Street of Łódź. ||Rooms cold be bigger and bathroom as well. However I enjoyed the stay, clean, nice architecture, design, spirit of the old manufacturing city. ||Breakfast are stoning, fresh, planty choice of meats and vege dishes. Coffe better than in coffee shop. Very good service. |Waiters and managers doing their job. ||
