Hotel Tokyo Palace

I recently stayed in hotel and camping package, and it exceeded all my expectations! The hotel offered top-notch amenities, comfortable rooms, and excellent service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The camping portion of the package was not so good but not the worst. I highly recommend this hotel.

I spent 4 very relaxing days at the Tokyo Palace. The hotel is beautiful and very well run, and the staff provide excellent and attentive service. The bedroom was spacious, cool, and very attractive, easily sleeping 3. The swimming pool was a real added bonus in the hot weather. I particularly enjoyed spending a lazy day lounging on the covered rooftop terrace /restaurant. The staff up there were fantastic! Huge thanks for their kind, welcoming and fun hospitality. It was a great place to admire the fort, and to enjoy the sights and sounds of Diwali. Highly recommended.

Booked the luxury suite on the first floor and it was a great experience. The rooftop cafe and swimming pool really takes the place up a notch. Hotel staff is humble and took care of all my needs in time.

Location was perfect for getting a bus the next day as it's a 2 minutes walk. The fort is ten mins away - everything is walkable in Jaisalmer Staff all good - they sorted me same day laundry and are very attentive. Rooftop is great as is the food Water gets turned off, pool is filthy and pointless and there was noisy works all day (although as soon as I flagged it the staff asked to stop) Nice please but not worth the expense.

We had an amazing stay at Tokyo Palace. The facilities were great. Rooftop bar was under construction but the staff did breakfast for us. They organised a camel safari which was 10/10. The owner and all staff working here are happy and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and they made us feel like it was home

It was a great place to stay in nice rooms and in a quiet area, Yusef and the staff were all conducive and courteous. Pool is good after a hot day to cool down.Walking distant to the fort , food was excellent with a good choices local dishes Laal Maas and Ker Sangri were particularly good.

We stayed at this hotel for one night in Sep 2024 before our camel safari. Our room was very clean and large and the staff were very friendly. ||However, the pool, rooftop and restaurant were all closed due to construction. Be aware of this if you are booking in September 2024 as this was not advertised. The hotel assured us this was written on booking.com. but that was not the case. The hotel said they would drive us to nearby pools and restaurants if we needed. The hotel stairs and lobby and outside our room was covered in dust and building debris. There was construction noise too. ||It looks like it will be beautiful once the construction is done.
