My stay at Hotel Tokyo Palace was truly nice. The staffs were nice and welcoming and always ready to help. Amazing hosting and even for solo travellers, they never let you get bore. They were. humble and polite. Other services were also good. The best part about property is its location which is quite close to fort. Despite being near the city’s activity, the hotel itself offered a calm and quiet environment, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

For a better value, it is best to book the Suite Room, as it usually includes complimentary breakfast and dinner, making it a much more economical and convenient option. If you prefer not to eat at the hotel, a good alternative nearby is Imperial Spice Restaurant, which offers good-quality multicuisine food at reasonable prices. Overall, Hotel Tokyo Palace is a good choice for accommodation in Jaisalmer, especially if you plan your food options properly.

Our stay at Tokyo Palace was comfortable. The room size is good, and the location is perfect—most attractions and the Jaisalmer Fort are within walking distance. The rooftop offers a beautiful view of the fort and the sunset, which we really enjoyed. The staff is helpful and cooperative, which made our stay easier. A few things can be improved, like providing a better electric kettle and cups, and taking care of basic hygiene, especially the bathroom odour. Overall, a decent place to stay in Jaisalmer with a great location and lovely rooftop views.

The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and modern, and everything worked perfectly. Housekeeping was attentive and ensured the room stayed fresh and tidy each day. I also loved the hotel’s location — it’s convenient, peaceful, and close to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Despite being near the city’s activity, the hotel itself offered a calm and quiet environment, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The restaurant served delicious food with a great variety of options, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was elegant yet cozy. We thought that we would stay there for a night but instead ended up staying for our entire stay of 4 nights in this hotel because of central location, comfort, cleanliness, good service and extremely helpful behaviour of the entire staff and the owner. There is a good view of the Fort from the terrace restuarant. We didn't try the food in the hotel as we eat only one meal a day and our days were busy exploring other exotic places around Jaisalmer. From the moment I arrived, the staff mr choka made me feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The traditional Rajasthani architecture and warm décor gave the hotel a charming, authentic feel. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the modern amenities I needed. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight — the view of Jaisalmer Fort at sunset was breathtaking, and the food was delicious, especially the traditional Indian dishes. The hotel also arranged a desert safari for me, which was one of the best experiences of my trip — well-organized, fun, and full of memorable moments. Overall, Hotel Tokyo Palace offers amazing value for money, top-notch hospitality, and a truly local experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jaisalmer

They provided complete information about local tourist attractions, transport facilities, and even connected us with reliable local guides. The food options were great, offering a good variety to suit different tastes. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, neat, and tidy – providing a very comfortable environment.
