The hotel arranged excellent transport services, and the desert safari they organized was a real highlight — well-coordinated and memorable. The food selection was impressive, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. My room was spacious, spotless, and very well maintained — it really added to the overall comfort of the stay. Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely cooperative and helpful throughout, always ready to assist and explain everything in detail. They also arranged the best transport options, making travel very convenient. One of the highlights of the trip was the desert safari experience, which was very well organized by the hotel. They provided complete information about local tourist attractions, transport facilities, and even connected us with reliable local guides. The food options were great, offering a good variety to suit different tastes. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, neat, and tidy – providing a very comfortable environment. Overall, tourists staying here won’t face any difficulty. Highly recommended for a hassle-free and enjoyable experience!

The private rooms were beautiful Pool looks great I told the front desk someone was smoking in the dorm room and they literally ignored me and didn't care. Didn't stay here EDIT: I was invited back to the hotel for a coffee and a talk. I was told they handled the situation by removing the smoker. The Indian hospitality is definitely very good. First impressions matter very much in the hotel business. I forgive them, but I won't forget how I was originally ignored and then essentially forced to edit this review. They got lucky by randomly seeing me on the street and inviting me back in. The number one reason I would stay at a hotel is because of the staff. I recommend to other people to visit this hotel. It is a beautiful building and they will probably treat you very well.

From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Room & Comfort My room was well-appointed, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was really comfortable, the linens were crisp, and all the amenities were thoughtfully arranged—every detail made the space feel like a home away from home. Service & Staff The team went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, offering helpful local tips and assistance whenever needed . Their friendly and attentive service truly stood out. Value for Money Considering the quality of the room and level of service, the price was very reasonable and represented excellent value—affordable without compromising quality .

Good hotel, they have cold swimming pool to fresh up in hot weather. Beautiful rooms, ac, comfy beds. I took a trip to the desert with camel riding, and night. It was one of the best adventure iny life. You sleep under the stars. So beautiful quite night next day will come to hotel Tokyo palace he will give you room for fresh up nice view from the rooftop restaurant we take the tea in the rooftop so very nice I will recommended this hotel and hotel staff is very friendly and helpful thank you so much

Outstanding food. The staff Mr. Chokha is very cooperative and helpful. You can arrange your suffari from hotel also. Great location of the hotel, just beside the Sonar kella. You can view from roof.

I stayed two nights here. Perfect location in a quiet street, only 15 minutes away by walk, to the Fort. The room was very big, comfortable, well decorated and very clean. The hotel has a terrace on the roof, with the best view of the city, ideal for breakfast and or dinner. The staff is very helpful and nice, and the owner a very kind person. No doubt about it, best stay in Jaisalmer.
