Hotel Toledo Napoli

24 hour (very helpful) desk. Felt safe. Clean hotel. Free rooftop breakfast (cute, free-roaming tortoises)!!. Very small room. Extremely noisy area. Close to shops, restaurants, coffee shoos and port. Hotel has a lift.||Oh, how could I forget. The young man who helps serve the breakfast is absolutely charming and super helpful.

My second visit to Napoli. Last time I didn't have the time to visit Amalfi Coast, Capri, Sorrento and Positano so this visit was for that sole purpose. I chose this hotel location because it is walking distance to the port for my ferry trips. ||The hotel was in a very good location. Nice restaurants and bustling. ||Yes, my room was a bit noisy, but I could handle it. Room 207 was small but met my needs. Great roof top for breakfast, but felt that breakfast could be improved and better use made of the roof top.

This hotel offered 24/7 services and therefore didn't provide keys to enter as a member of staff will open anytime. However, I was left stranded for an hour in the middle of the night until the member of staff decided to open the door and leave me in. He never apologized or even acknowledged any wrong doing.

Located in the middle of everything. Unfortunately extremely noisy at night. Close to anything you might need. Great service, clean but small room, lovely free breakfast on rooftop. No, you can't take the resident tortoises home with you!!!

This place is classic cheap and cheerful and a bit run down but it's perfect for what I wanted and fitted the bill. Located an easy 10-minute stroll from Naples port it's easy to get to from a ferry and also to then join the airport bus from the port terminal. It's slightly run down but fairly clean and tidy. The neighbourhood is all cheap restaurants and bars. I'd stay here again but if you want glam go elsewhere. The breakfast is basic to say the least but it was all I needed. Good shower and bathroom ensuite.

This hotel is in a very busy area of Naples so very loud. We had a sound machine with us for sleeping which helped. The hotel is within walking distance to several restaurants and shopping. The internet was not working in our room the entire 6 nights. They provided us service if we sat in the stairway. The staff very nice and the breakfast was adequate. The room/bathroom was dated and had some peeling paint but the size was comfortable.

Good location and friendly staff. The hotel was reasonably clean but it needs maintenance and small things felt grubby, like sheets that wouldn’t stay on the bed. Old and run down. The breakfast was pleasant. I wouldn’t stay here again.
